..What's The Best "Safe" Cleanser? Bleaching Tips And Tricks ("Even With Allergies")



...If you have allergies and live in a house or room, it's often a visit to a Y; "Y" hire an expensive cleaning specialist, or do the cleaning on your own. Not only is the specialist pricey they also can't be the domestic genius you know you were born to be.

...Only you know where all your stuff goes and what's most beautious. Cleaners can even harm your room (once a cleaning specialist almost threw away half of my music, I only found out by accident, taking out leftovers) horroors!

...It seems the best way in general is to clean your room more often, perhaps if so rich I can afford to pay the rich some other time, perhaps this month in 2015! If you then opt in to do your cleaning on your own, one of the main cleaning chores is cleaners especially if you have allergies. What's the best liquid cleaner, and how to use them even with allergies?


See bottom of pg. for a way to clean almost as well as bleach yet without corrosion, risk of cancer, allergy risk ect. "Tea Tree Oil". I use this wonder for safer maintenence cleaning between the times when the boss visits, bless her for her business.. ...Even so Here's what else I've also learned about other cleansers in 15 years of labor (I'm awake this month!).

...One thing is certain, ammonia is maximum wimpy for basic strong cleansing and the odor is worse than wimpy. Same for Hydrogen Peroxide.

...Baking soda in a mop is worthless without huge scrubbing on walls and floors. It's abrasive so it scrapes a bit (makes a good countertop scrubber, and for a laundry detergent/deodorizer, salt is cheaper) but it's almost worthless for floors or walls without bocoups scrubbing. I'm speaking here of cleansers for walls or the kitchen or bathroom floor, There is a way, Read on...

...Baking soda and vinegar are a combination praised for a general cleaner. This may be good to clean out your drain because it's better than Draino (worthless for drains and extremely toxic and pollution bound, as a rule they say it's best for the ecology to not put any refresher cleaner down the drain you wouldn't drink yourself). It's non polluting and somewhat strong, but not nearly as strong as......


...BLEACH AND BAKING SODA... Baking soda improves the power of bleach a lot. This is good for the ecology and allergies, because you can dilute the bleach more with practice with the right amount of bleach like in a cup with more water in the jug. Chlorine bleach starts converting to almost completely salt water in a few minutes, so it's safe for the ecology. You use less bleach with the baking soda for the same or perhaps twice the power, so you clean better even with reduced fumes. Even so bleach is still bleach and there are tricks to use bleach the best.


....Bleach And Walls

....Tired of scrubbing for years to remove just a scuff mark from your wall? Bleach is essentially a self cleaning wall. There is a way to use bleach even if you have allergies. As you may know about cleaning off cement mold outside bleach continues to clean for years even in the rain outside on the patio. It's imbedded in the surface. Once you add it to the wall it not only cleans, it cleans for years. And it not only cleans your wall, it's a good air cleanser. A way I have of cleaning my walls with bleach even with allergies is to pour a small pile of bleach in an out of the way realm of the tiled floor, e.g the washer dryer room. Pour the small pile of bleach wher no dogs, kids or the reduced fumes are a problem. This will also cleanse the air in whatever room you use so you may also to use the kitchen floor like under the shelf where you won't walk on it if it's also safe here too for a more optimal use. To reach the wall with the bleach the trick is to use an acid brush (a scrub brush with dense bristles and a handle to reach that is acid proof). Add the bleach to the acid brush by moving it around the edges of the pile of bleach, you want just so much it will go on the wall and not enough it will run. Next take the slightly moisted brush and add the bleach to the wall you are cleaning. Smooth it over so much of the wall it won't run, this is the trick. By using a small amount of bleach on the scrub brush from the pile of bleach it's spread out so much both on the brush so it won't drip while you walk and it won't run when you widely spread it on the wall and the fumes are much reduced. Add bleach higher up than the rug, lots of rugs aren't bleach proof, caution! Put a small box flush with side of walk under bleach to catch any runs. Always keep bleach from rugs, or test rug out of sight to see if you have more room. To make sure of no runs use small bleach doses as high as you can up the wall and spread the bleach out, watch carefully a while from the side and the other side to see if any runs start and disperse the runs well with the brush. Lower spots to remove are of worth if you take special care to watch for runs by these methods. If you don't remove the spot the first time, repeat with bleach, and use baking soda and water on a scrub brush, this is the most powerful safe cleaner I've seen in 15 years. It's also a good room air cleaner because you spread the bleach out over a wide area of the wall, so as the bleach evaporates it cleans the air nearby. The good thing about this is because the bleach is just a coating and a small batch in the other room it won't fill up the room with too much bleach before it combines with the air, so it's better for allergies even with bleach. This is common if you take a pan and try to clean the air with the bleach by letting it stand awhile, you'll find it doesn't smell like it's dispersed much, this is where I got this idea. The wall is like a five times larger dish of bleach that both cleans both wall and air.

...To clean without any fumes at all pour bleach on a few scrub brushes, let dry outside perhaps a day. Watch for the small amount of fumes when you pour bleach on brush. Add baking soda and spray water on the wall, scrub and it's clean! Use many brushes when the bleach in one brush used up, you don't have to wait five days for five brushes. Be sure to not let any of the "dry" bleach water reach the floor if you have a rug. Never use the scrub brush for cleaning any shelf or dish you may use to eat out of.

A..Put baking soda on the general region




B..Pour a small puddle of bleach on one small area of the floor to be cleaned or apply bleach with the acid brush method above to the area of the wall with care, or on the floor.



C.With your (bleach only) scrub brush (hopefully with a long reach to be far from the fumes with a handle) blend more baking soda with less bleach on each scuff.



This makes the bleach dry faster, reducing fumes and cleaning fast, in minutes not days, although this has more fumes than the above method. To reduce fumes in this scenario carefully wash out your brush after you clean with brush, leave room and wash hands well. If you're in a hurry this method of baking soda to dry the bleach fast may be an option worth considering.






...REMEMBER PETS AND CHILDREN. USE ANY BLEACH WITH EXTREME CAUTION. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOME FUMES, BUT YOU CAN APPLY THE BLEACH FIRST BEFORE THEY DISPERSE. CLOSE DOORS TO ALL ROOMS WITH BLEACH INSIDE, ALWAYS TURN ON THE SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM WHILE USING BLEACH AND WHEN TO CLEAN BATHTUB BLEACH OUT, AND OR USE A WET MOP TO RAPIDLY REMOVE ALL THE FUMES AFTER SOAKING IN BLEACH, AHHH, WELL THE SHOWER! WASH YOUR HANDS IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU THINK NO BLEACH GO ON YOUR HANDS, EVEN A SMALL DROP IS WORTH REMOVING.




For allergies, I was reading about how horses have respiratory problems due to ammonia, so a trick I use is to put a bit of clay powder in my nose, this absorbs the ammonia and will save your nose from allergies for perhaps 3/4 better defence if you must use bleach or ammonia with allergies. Better yet might be the clay (like zeolite) in a face shield blended in with a moist cloth. Clay is not advised for those with life saving perscriptions due to it being absorbed out. Zeolite is an absorber and natural detoxifier, it was even used for the Cheyrnoble disaster to absorb the radiation, and most horses in threir stalls had much reduced respiratory problems with zeolite to stop the ammonia. If you see an ant just stopped it's just snoring with small ant schnozz! I buy clay at Swanson's online cheap. ..





..You may see these wimpy sites at the top of the web that say to remove water from the wall (with arches when Noah walked on the waves to reach the Old Country) toothpaste is of worth, but it has no value. Better by far is to use bleach and baking soda on a toothbrush after you label where you write that it's a for bleach toothbrush use only on the paper tape, this is also of real umph for cleaning your walls in general after using the acid brush method to then zoom in with the toothbrush. To reach the lower part of the wall around the edges the toothbrush is of value, and the same method as with the acid brush is of worth, using a small(er) pile of bleach and baking soda and then just moisten the brush a bit on the edge of the pile and then add the bleach to the wall with fresh breath. Be careful not to go too low to the rug and to not scrub the wall too hard so you don't remove the plaster itself if this is sometimes so.

...Floors/Rugs

....To clean rugs a great way to remove dander is Baking soda and then Vinegar on a mop. Baking soda alone leaves a white powder, combining it with vinegar leaves no powder and cleans better cheap. Baking soda is an alkali which means it combines with fat or oil to form soap. The vino multiplies up the power of the lava science project eruption method! .For a rug spot remover, salt water on a scrub brush is far cheaper and safer and works better than expensive chemical cleansers. You don't even have to be religious on your hands and knees in the holy water if your scrub brush has an operation control!



...FLOORS/SOLID

First I find my worst stains, these are usually water stains. I apply some baking soda over the blemishes then pour some bleach in just one puddle say 3 inches. Taking the brush in hand that's shielded (permanent thick plastic, cheaper in the long run than disposables, disposables always wear out eventually, like in the 1700's the gloves were created by hand!) dip it in the bleach and then scrub the baking soda in removing the spots. Then I bleach the entire floor, and stand back to admire my labor. Washing the bleach off in a few minutes with water and the mop to diliute it, I then look for blemishes I missed and do the same scrubbing/brush/bleach/baking soda method there, going from general mopping to exact scrubbing. Bleach and baking soda on the mop alone aren't enough for water stains too, so a more exact scrub method is needed. Even so this works for cleaning most of the floor. Especially if you use a large towel underfoot after the water phase dilutes the bleach in a few more minutes and reduces the fumes, you'll be amazed what the towel picks up, water stains unknown, your floor may look clean with just some bleach and water on it, but there's a lot more in future water stains if you don't complete with the towel. And of course after you've toweled dry to walk on the floor and let it dry, for cleaner yet you can repeat the brush/bleach/baking soda method and finish. Before you begin see if you can remove your stove door and shelf below to another room to stop corrosion. To reduce use of your kitchen floor while you do other cleaning after your floor is dry, put down dry towels ect. to stop corrosion of my water heater, I set up my utility closet where it is with all the stuff in place just so for the site manager when she arrives for the yearly inspection and then leave it just that way. Nothing used nothing to clean, nothing to mop, so no corrosion. This method of REDUCED USE has many uses, what else, right!



If there are more spots, ...




Put the bleach/baking soda/water down on the floor cleaning from the inner room to a door like the outside kitchen door, not to an inner hall like with a rug you have to walk through to reach. You want to have a place to put your jug of mop and cleanser outside so the air is cleanest. Wear vamps like slide in flip flops in the kitchen and walk just in the kitchen with these from the hall ect like for a Cup a Cash In Box while I wait awhile for the woman who lives on our lane, Lois! To remove your flip flops like to walk in the hall turn in reverse and push heel of your flip flop on the metal edge holding the rug down between rug and solid floor so the flip flop moves forward and off your foot without reaching down. Always put on your flip flops like this in kitchen and off to walk in other rooms, so no bleach is tracked.



....Wait perhaps 45 minutes for the bleach to soak in and then just go over the bleach/water/baking soda with water on the mop, diluting the bleach and improving the air in your room. Remember even with lower dose bleach the other methods without fumes may be better even if slower because it still has fumes. LAY DOWN BLEACH, Always GO IN OTHER ROOM, OPEN DOORS TO OUTSIDE. WHILE YOU SIT NEARBY TURN ON A FAN LIKE A BOX FAN. The bleach baking soda makes it safer to use, but it's still a strain if this plan is plan B. The average person puts their hand to their nose 3 times a minute, be careful to wear gloves and not try to see if there is bleach by hand to nose. If you start to do this be sure to wash your hands before you do.


CLEANING SOLID FLOORS (LIKE KITCHEN FLOORS) TO FINISH UP



There may be realms where this doesn't clean, like around the edges of shelves where you walk more. It's often not best to always do the complete bleach method above, due to time, energy or feasibility. To spot clean there's a simple method. Apply the bleach with care to the floor with a medium or small paint brush ("Moores Medium Weather!"), if you use a small small coat of bleach the fumes are much reduced. I use bleach covering just the spot to be cleaned, saving bleach and fumes. Cover the bleached area with a shield, perhaps a strong poly box lid. I use a set of boards that make a slatted shelf to walk over and not reach the bleach, with cross boards so most of the shield is just above the floor without contact with the bleach because they're on hand where I live. I let the shield area dry for a day without risk of stepping on the bleach with the shield, a mop and zoom peace shield! The second day, remove the shield and scrub with baking soda and water on a scrub brush to easily remove much more of the dirt or discoloration. Baking soda and vino on the mop are a real good cheap rug mop cleaner, unlike baking soda no powder, and it really cleans the rug well, much cheaper than rug shampoo, even so; CAUTION! Don't use the bleach and baking soda both in a mop you then use to scrub like your rug with!!!Th Buy two or more mops and use just one for bleach. The bleach mop I code just with some yellow duct tape from the dollar store. (Yellow is bleach like a bleach blond who lives up the road on H2O2 Realtors Drive.) The baking soda makes the super cleaning power stay in your mop and your rug may be bleached more than if you just use bleach and wash out the bleach which won't wash out of the mop for weeks or more. Either don't use in your mop or use in a mop only for bleach baking soda use. Keep the bleach and baking soda separate if possible, this is why it's good to bleach one day, let dry, and then use baking soda on a scrub brush the next, you don't clean in the fumes and it's easy and won't taint your mop. USE CAUTION WITH BLEACH AND BAKING SODA NEAR METAL LIKE APPLIANCES, THE STRONGER CLEANING POWER MAY CAUSE MORE CORROSION THAN JUST BLEACH. Use bleach away from these machines and more common methods near them. Even if this may seem a bit complex, it's the smart way if you have to clean for the landlord, it's much easier than scrubbing for months, it's cheap, it's good for the ecology and not bad for allergies and it really works.

A great cleanser I've found that's about 3/4ths of the way to bleach for floors and as good for walls is TEA TREE OIL, from Australia. You can get a little jug at the pharmacy and blend it in with water in the spray jug, a worthwhile standin for bleach, cleans walls like a dream but unlike bleach no corrosion, the fumes are safe and it's non carcinogenic/non allergenic for your nose (wear gloves for skin allergies. I've had many allergies but no skin changes here so you probably won't but just to be on the safe side.) While super cleansing for inbetween bleach like when the boss arrises, Tea Tree Oil is highly flammable, so I actually spray a thin layer on my mop for floors and "thin" mop with more water to clean it in awhile. Are we wimpy to be health concious? Were Jefferson, Franklin and Madison, American Deterioratives, or rugged individualists in a vast land of natural beauty and wealth? Are those who eat healthy and are in more power to be praised or if out of this world with celebration and feeling alright? I ask you, well, ya know.

How to Make Your Own Gas Mask To Safely Cheaply Use Houshold Cleaners

Walmart and other stores have swim snorkels with a mask in swimwear if your pool wears in. Remove the snorkel, and use hook and loop aound your head, replacing the loop which was made for kids to fit around your ears. Buy the mask to fit over your nose if possible. To cover your mouth and/or nose use hook and loop to also wrap around a small cloth like a dish cloth, a heavy towel is both too tough to breath thru and too hot. You can even wear your own glasses inside these if you ask for the in fashion of the wire type ones at the opthomatrist. It may seem a bit out of it to ask for these, but it's better than eye damage when the boss is about to arrive, and you won't be out by the fumes for days just when the boss arrives and you want to make a good impression. This will save you about 70 or more on a gas mask and how do you know if you are rich, with me you do in blessing!

Always wear long sleeves and gloves and never eat or drink while using houshold fizz to help your walls you'll be somewhat plastered and lit up, ouch.

OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT, AMBROSIA, OR HIGH OCTANE BOOZE~ Of THE STARS?...

With all the razzmatazz and hype about olive leaf, keep in mind that, like progesterone and herbs like thyme or rosemary, it may not be perfect. In essence, it's still an experimental substance. It's only been in use in it's present form for 24 months this is Feb 2009.). In the history of health supplements many of the same things are being claimed for Olive Leaf Extract that were claimed for progesterone and thuja (the active ingredient of thyme and other herbs of its type). Like olive leaf, thuja and progesterone have a list of about thirty health advantages, many of them the same. The problem may be that like thuja and progesterone, Olive Leaf may cause something like cancer. You may say, cancer? Isn't this just what olive leaf extract is supposed to cure? This is what progesterone was claimed to control but, like most hormones, it was later found that it actually does cause cancer. Even when progesterone is stopped, the risk of cancer stays as much elevated as the last day of progesterone supplementation. The risk of long term harmful side effects for pharmaceuticals that only show up in months or years is about 5%. If the number of deaths a year from prescription drugs is about 500,000 while the number of deaths from supplements like herbs is perhaps 50 people, it would seem that the risk of a repeat of what has happened with progesterone and thuja would be small. Actually most of the deaths by the prescription drugs were caused by doctors clumsy use of the drugs, not if they were perscribed wisely, so the distinction between herbs and prescriptions may not be so sharp. On the one hand, any risk of the horrors of hormone therapy causing cancer wouldn't seem worth it with progesterone or thuja (as well as the problem of insanity that was found to go with thuja). It may seem that natural herbs are mostly benign and this is not a consideration, but hemlock which was used to kill Socrates and many "natural" herbs are harmful or deadly. The reason I consider caution to be exercised for the time being till more evidence is available with even Olive Leaf Extract is because of this and also because when Olive Leaf was first used in the early 1800's up to the 1970s it was always in its natural form that bound well with blood albumen and didn't have the power to directly work it's wonders by being more directly involved, it worked well in vitro but not in vivo. This seems like progesterone that was heralded to be a panacea. Actually, like progesterone, the body may not recognize a herb like Olive Leaf Extract is harmful till it's too late, just because it is "natural" and is so common in all the cells of the body, with the body unaware. The body has fewer defenses especially from internal threats that are harmful but that seem natural. It's possible Olive leaf Extract may be natural enough to be unharmed by the body and unnatural enough to cause harm. For this reason I think it's wise to use Olive Leaf Extract at the lowest possible dose and for the shortest time possible till it's proven more safe. In truth perhaps a third of evolutions herbs may be harmful to life. Natural pesticides are perhaps 10,000 as toxic as man made pesticides. More may not be better even as good as Olive Leaf Extract may be. There have been many times when natural substances were found safe, and many times when they were harmful, if olive leaf cures you of ill health and makes you a rich millionaire, even so this may be enough! I think Olive Leaf extract may be without harm, I've had no problem with OLE, but like all untried herbs, for the time being, caution is still advised even if with cautious optimism. I've had no problem with it, with the vino jug it was booze while even so I washed no Pepsi from a jug of mouth rinse!

This is the first phase of testing. A good method to find out about herbs is to read the ads themselves in health magazines (probably not as worthless as other ads) where you've also read about the herb in the articles of the magazine, you find out all the business promotion at the high end. For what's advertised as strong, more web research than usual is always advised especially if the source is unsolicited and seeking you out (like mailing lists.).

If it seems of worth, it's often of worth to buy it at lower cost from higher volume retailers by way of reliable information and low cost.

Once you have the herb in hand, how to know if it's of worth? First start at a low dose and watch for cautions or improvements. If you're especially cautious, try it on your body near where you want the health benefit. All herbs should be treated as of equal risk when you start because while the probability of dying is small the chance it will cause permanent side effects is about 1 in 100. Thus ALWAYS take a small dose the first time ON THE SKIN, and WAIT A WEEK while watching for any bad events that might be permanent, then if no harm has come, gradually increase to say two days, three days ect after reading and obeying all cautions no doubt.This is the safest way because there are some retailers who are selling compounds that can cause permanent side effects, and there's no way to always know which herbs or other compounds they are. This is a lot safer than perscription pharmaceuticals. It's a bit more inconvenient, but is the safer way to reduce risk for OTC's.

After this, in Phase 2 take it in the morning. For a more reliable way to know, set two loud alarms, one for morning, one for the afternoon at 12 noon or 1pm. The first day in the second phase just take the AM dose, then try just the PM dose and compare the two. This is good for refining your search fast. You know how it works because you take it at noon and you're awake all afternoon so you can compare the two. Three herbs that may be of worth one AM can be used to compare them to the PM so you're more alert than when you're zonked. If your results are good for the three herbs, try them one at at time by the AM FM method, to find the herb of worth. Since this knowledge is non intuitive and valuable it's of worth to document your progress. Being savvy by this method about which herb is rich makes it so you can achieve the most advantage for the cheapest sales and saving event you hope for. Be sure to take your herbs in phase 2 at the same time at first with the alarm. Many herbs, e.g. Ginseng (eleuthro) "settle in" and have a different effect if you take them at the same time each day. You may get another health option by knowing whether to change the time or not. (I think I'd settle for being over 21 if they made one simple change, base it not on how unaware they are but on how savvy I feel!) If you have to be real exact in hour and minute and second of your herbs or perscription (don't count on your doctor to tell you about this, they often don't even know or don't have time to tell you) and want to make real sure you don't miss the dose, In Phase 3 use two loud alarms for the time of day when you know you're near them, the first alarm say a minute or two ahead of the second (put them on two shelves so you have another way to know which is first, and use different clocks). This gives you time to get ready without so much adjustment/change to take the herb at the right time if timing is an issue, this is not uncommon, and is of worth when changing your dose ect because if one alarm fails you have the other one.

HOW TO FIND HERBS OR PERSCRIPTIONS OR EVEN WHILE YOU'RE ALMOST ASLEEP.....

If you think outside the box, what will wear a path to you? Web Words! I've evolved a method of taking my vitamins and other compounds even in the PM while in bed if of worth. First many people take the herbs in all the jugs in a box, how to know if you've taken the herbs for that time? Pill boxes with the month's herbs? This takes hours of your life a year to load, and you may have dropped a months worth of vitamins and herbs two or three times when you drop the box. The box costs a lot for bigger boxes to fit the powders and herbs in, and may lose potency. It's not easy to know what's in the box (dose, number of herbs, safety) without writing for hours on the label. This doesn't work for powders like for dermal use (I was walking through a supermarket and I heard a faint voice yelling , "Save, Save me!" It was a package of powdered VISA!). And how to take them while in the cozy bed? I thought of the computerized pill box, seems like a bright idea, (finally, the web is OTC) even so this has the problem of cost, loading the herbs, dropping the expensive pill box and herbs, and no allowed use of other than solid herbs like caps. And like the older pill boxes you have to enter the data about each herb in the label on the outside or type in the cyber pill of science and math. I thought of a sort of pill loading machine, you pour the herbs in a series of pill bins, each say 2 1/2 inches wide, they drop into one trough, into your hand, 100% real! Even so you still have the problem of not knowing what herb is for what and safety info, and so on, and would the herbs stay viable in the bins?

Perhaps to hold on to the jugs, complete with the outer labels, and tying them with strong poly string around the top into a line of jugs, so you know if you took them in order by memory. The problem here was that I actually didn't remember just that, there were sometimes many of them. I was having a great AM that night, I opened a fortune cookie and it was a winning VISA for 10,000!

The best way I've found for the light hours is to put the herb jugs in a drawer, I use the kitchen shelf standard under my stove, it's easy to open and close.The low shelf is best because you you can see all the vitamins and you won't drop the herbs far, this was a real problem with A/Z viramins on the shelf even while A Z was of more worth than the other methods even the computerized box. With the herbs and vitamins in the jugs sidewise I can see them all at a glance, no need to put them in order, just cluster the jugs by purpose, one set for heart power, one for general health, and so on. Since I don't use my stove, the broiler rack holds the pill jugs with the small grease slots where the grease would fall down to the lower level, so they don't move from vertical.


A way to take them even while you'tr asleep if necessary is by a modular wire attached to each jug. First secure a line or rubber band around the top of one type of jug, say one batch for circulation, one for other health, time to take or whatever, then tie the line to perhaps just one or two more, then clip the center line to a clip attached to another wire, and at the other end of this wire itself was a second clip. The second clip can be clicked on the wires of my electric fan or shelf beside the bed. Thus there are batches of jugs attached at definite heights, so you can reach over and feel around for them even at night with many shapes of the jugs. And because it's over by the bed, when the alarm goes off, and in the day time this is a definite activity, it's more memorable sitting on the cushy bed over on the other side, so it's good to remember to take the herbs, often this isn't true with herbs up on the shelf, for better health. (I know why my delivery woman is so healthy, like a goddess. The glue on stamps, how many calories?) On the shelf there's often no guarantee you took them all, because if you're in a hurry you have to read the jugs one by one often with question and answer, but with the batches by lines they're already well sorted by type. Since these are modular batches you can edit them as your herbs improve with research science, and they're portable so you can unclip them from the fan or other shelf and move them to other batches, and put them in your knapsack to take them when you're on the road with Maria Shriver. To take herbs like powders you can combine them in small jugs with a binder like olive oil, this is not probable with pill boxes or even the pill bin. You always know the dose by the information on the jug. Modular wires and clips are better because with smaller batches of jugs they're organized. With many herbs and many of them running out at random times of the month the jugs were often jumbled in the box, out of the box they would be in other boxes. For the decor of your house they can go in a beautious box with the modular clips and line and you can always find them.

To remember to take a herb like fiber or other with food a good method is to put the jug right in front of where you eat each meal or snack and just sit in the chair facing the jug or herb you want to remember. This can be made more beautious by putting the herbs in a decorative box so if the site manager or my laundry woman arrives she hasn't lost a single button and has found 10 suds machines!

How To Stop Bees, Ants Or Other Uninvited Visitors To Your House, Cheap, Safe, and Easy, While You Help the Ecology..



Yes, at no cost and fast without compounds like Bee H. and With A Hurra!


A simple method to cleanse is to plug your disposal with a tight fitting jug so they have nothing to guzzle and then seal up all your trash bags and hang them on your door or ect away from the little varmit's reach so they are out of reach of what you eat and other fizz. Mop all your floors and clean any food out of your cabinet shelf such as bread and make sure all boxes are tight. Then boot up your heat pump to cool at night while you're asleep and warm in a cozy blanket (see about electric blankets on main page).. Without food water or warm air the bees or other small woes soon find honeyer and flowerer pastures. Helping the ecology more is of worth and calling exterminators is much more expensive and may "bee" bad, , and the bees may feel much more luxury sweet to not bite us when we go outside in the summer heat.

Ants are a bit tougher than other small life to say welcome to the great outdoors, and other types of bee leave sooner, ants take more indepth ways to safely remove. To stop ants we may either lend the ants itty bitty army boots and they'll march away-or just limit water, and move dishes and food away from them. There are other tricks than just being clean too. I make use of what is known from ant science that ants find food with their antenna by feel. One good way to stop ants is to put your food or even small trash bins on a table with just one post to the legs in the center, because the ants find lunch by sense of feel alone they need a trail to find the food, and since the ants won't climb the post by mere luck or upside down on the lower side of the shelf and food rarely if ever spills to make a trail by accident if it's underneath, if all your food when out for dinner is on the shelf, the ants have much reduced army rations. To stop food like cereal or chips from falling to the floor a good trick is to pour the food with many moving components into a jug with a mouth say one inch via a funnel and twist on the lid. You don't have to be so careful the food won't fall out each time you eat the bashwah if you eat or pour the food from the mouth of the jug. This is good for reducing, popcorn, chips and other spills ants love, you'll also have to hoover less often too. (This is use of a method I call Reduced Use to save you literally years of your life cleaning, you won't be weary, yet you'll be super clean. See link at bottom in orange.) No doubt when you see ants mop or wash the area to stop the ant trails they make to find food, this works best when you clean the room area because they won't have any general trails to follow, so there's a barrier between them and the food here too. To remove the ant trails ammonia works the best of any method I've tried in 15 years of search and if used as directed it's a powerful safe ant discomfort method, If you put it in a spray jug with the ANT CAUTION family name this will not only stop the ants if used with Reduced Use of your shelves (Food on just the one post table, read on for why) it stops spiders too. Spray or wipe the ammonia around the doors and use the Reduced Use method and you'll have no ants safely fast and without much cost.


...Health experts say that if we lived long enough we would develop allergies to all there is, so when using allergens like ammonia it's important to save your breath for the longer term, our nose is like a fuse to dynamite and I don't want it to go Achoo Boom! For allergies with ammonia, I was reading about how horses have respiratory problems due to ammonia, so a trick I use is to put a bit of clay powder in my nose, this absorbs the ammonia and seems to shield well for allergens at the source with perhaps 3/4 better defence if you must use bleach or ammonia with allergies. Better yet might be the clay (like zeolite) in a face shield blended in with a moist cloth. Zeolite is a great absorber and natural detoxifier, it was even used for the Cheyrnoble disaster to absorb the radiation, and most horses in their stalls had much reduced respiratory problems with zeolite to stop the ammonia. I buy my clay at Swanson's Vitamins online cheap.


..If you may spill food while you eat sometimes it's of worth to eat over the shelf and use a spoon or fork when you might spill other food. Often with chemicals the ants just stay for a long time, with this method they leave fast. If you do spill a bit of food on the boom by accident, it's easier to clean by this method than battle with ants all summer. If you have a four foot high table with a 3 foot shelf, you have a 7 ft plus barrier between the ants and food and it's easy to clean if needed. Ants can walk upside down on a rough surface with small hooks on their feet, so a shelf of this type with a smooth underside is best to stop ants although I haven't yet needed a smoother shelf. If you have extra food another way to do this is to just move your food in another room away from where the ants can feel to find. A good measure is also to use a good overhanging tablecloth so the ants have an extra foot of travel up and down the side, or even better they go between the cloths and have even further to go, more than two feet of extra zone. Bee sure no box or chair touches the cloth. If you're considerate and are doing what's not


in disproof of gods hope for the world when you stand up fast to leave maybe the bees will think you're a tower of flower power they may look up 2U. If you eat fast food while you eat and run around the room, do it in another room (smooth floor) so if you drop a bit of your food the ants can't find it till eventually they go.


Why it's better to be a kind person and be kind to ants


Though ants aren't actually clean, a bee can bring toxic compounds into your house from up to 3 miles away, even so like bats, bees are of major worth to agriculture because they make the flowers grow by pollination. Thus to save our food supply so food prices won't rise by 2/3 in a year or two as is expected because the bats have illness of unknown cause it's kind to save the ants and bees to prevent huges losses in the food supply, common sense. I believe it's somewhat like a religious dream of salvation. If I take from the ecology I want to return what I took plus more. If you agree to be with salvation and save the flowers and the world perhaps it's good to feed the ants outdoors if you remove them from your house with other food you don't use, don't throw away that T Bone, an ant may say bless us!



Why Refresh A Shower If A Shower Has Already Been Refreshed Millions of Years Ago! Even Better!


Here's The Main Plan,


(1) Zip Locs on faucets with tie by binders, e.g. Velcro (not rubber bands so can remove without tearing zip loc; (2)Turn up AC PM (3) Trash cans, small can on table with foods and other jugs on table only with one post so they can't climb upside down and even if you put ants in trash can by accident they can't form a "good" trail......


The small trash cans are on the table because they fit and the shelf used for eating and because it may just take a week to remove the ants, using the grocery bags from the store for temporary trash downloads then moved to a bigger trash bag inside the small grocery bags each day or two so you don't have to take out the trash so often even with ants; All food is off the shelves other than the one post table. To use the small trash can without being on a shelf top, I insert nails or other fasteners into the edge of the table and then wire the trash can to the supporting nails or screws with small wires or S hooks through holes punched in the top side of the trash can. The ants will never find it in your roomwah and your trash can is in more convenient reach than on the floor. To use the small grocery bags I use only dry trash and pour the fluid trash down the bathroom tube or into a widemouth jug and periodically toss it the liquid into the forest half way in and no more, after this I'll be in the rest frame of high speed motion in the cosmos. By using dry trash I can save my drains, reduce room odor, help the ecology, save money and stay with the soap dish goddess! !


When you see an ant swarm pick up the food with as little harm to the ants as possible, if they are hurt others will come to save their comrade. Clean where the food was with ammonia; if the ants are on a dish or other utensil, shake off all the ants you can outdoors and then put the utensil in the refrigerator to slow the ants down, then tap the rest off outside, so no ants are hurt and your boss will like you. If you have a bowl or other source of food or moisture the ants could get and e.g. you don't have enough shelf room or you don't have time to clean it say overnight, a good trick is to just put it in the refrigerator so the ants won't swarm by this trick.



Because ants find food by feel with their antennas and can't smell the food, once they've completely left your house you can then use your water and shelfs as usual for months of summers, the ants won't know your food is there. Be especially careful once the ants are removed to not spill food near doors like the kitchen door so the ants won't feel their way back in. Even if so repeating the above plan will remove them before they have time to reach the ant afterlife and swim around in a swimming pool of my soup!


A good way to make the post or other buffer zone ant resistant is to use the ammonia, it makes the ants uncomfortable and cleaning with ammonia in general is of worth for this. If you have allergies using small bleach around the beams a second better way to stop ants other than the actylcholine reducing pesticides. MELATONIN CAUTIONS/WARNINGS

Melatonin may be better for weight loss than cotinine, even so it's not for some people with blood sugar problems or autoimmune, and may not be for pregnant or nursing women. Driving is Not recommended with melatonin, you may want to take a cab or jog. Melatinin is not for depression. Cotanine or other non drowsy pain relievers may be of worth here. People with depression go out of the MRI machine laughing and joking, so if you have depression cheer up there may be real relief for you by this eventually.

EGGS WITHOUT WOE

For eggs' health benefit without high fat or odor, and no cleanup of the skillet, a good motif I use is to buy the liquid eggs and blending them in with foods like dry oatmeal or soy flour, easy to find at Wal Mart. Liquid eggs (like "Egg Beaters") are convenient, have no odor like eggs in the box, and not much waiting. Don't put too much of the hen creations in the bowl till you see how your dish is about flavor, generally dryer than the eggs are moist is better because the trick is to absorb all the egg into the oats so you can't taste them, rather like other breaded dishes known to moma IV and her hug station. Eggs are believed to be essential to health. Health gurus say to eat eggs, like the other main foods, each day. In evolution this would have been a major food.

HOW TO CUT YOUR OWN HAIR AND BEARD WITH ONE CHEAP COMFORTABLE MACHINE AND SAVE 300 A YEAR....

...AA good method is to buy a small battery powered beard trimmer, with a gentle blade about an inch wide. This not only is self sharpening and trims your beard without pain better even than a wet dry shaver (how can it be both wet and dry!) because you don't say ouch to pay for it and the new set of cutters they don't mention upfront for $39.95 you have to buy twice a year, and it also doubles as a hair cutter trimmer all for just 12$ a year not 300.

To cut your own hair there are some simple tricks. No hair off the top holds true not just for air ships, clipper ships too. It's easier to let comb to the sides, trim, and let gravity do the rest. If you trim all the way to the top, cutting your hair will be of no worth after all!

...GENERAL

...All you need for your hair cut is thus just to trim the sides and around your shoulders. First get a good hairline, I do this around the rear of my shoulders by combing my hair downward, and then putting on a hat like a euro hat, or you can use a headband or just a rubber band, this makes it so you have a line to calibrate your hairline to. In general I don't want a big chunk of my hair over my shoulders and it's easier to shampoo and keep clean with not so much, so the line I cut is about an inch below the hatline. A get a good pair of sharp scissors and start on the right rear and cut from here to the left in 3 or 4 cuts, trying to align the one before with the one after. Although you only get so many, you may get about three go rounds for practice to make the line level. The highest cut on the line has to be matched by the other cuts, so don't make any cuts too high (deep). When going to your left ear with the line is the most tricky, you have to have big enough scissors to reach around to the left rear, and it takes a good bit more skill to make a level rear shoulder cut, and you have to take care not to cut your ear. This is the toughest part. It's good to be able to see, so to save your ear proceed slowly and with care with the left rear side (You can't do this from the left if you're right handed so the best way is to reach around over the right shoulder from the right rear, the scissors are just enough to reach and cut the line to your left rear ear. To not cut your ear, first go near your head to get the hair between the cutters, move the cutters out above your ear with the hair between the cutters then snip.). To make the line level it's good to zoom in with both the mirror you have and the one in your hand with twice the reflection. Another way to not cut your ear and cut the line to the left shoulder first move the hair behind your left ear more to the right rear away from your ear if possible before you make the left cut so you ear is safe.

....Now that you have a good hairline it's simple to shape your hair. The hair above the hairline may be in an over hang so just take larger chunks out of this with the scissors to get in the general area you want, using as simple clean cuts as possible and then taper with your beard trimmer to finish up, tapering is important because your hair will look like an aurora of loose ends if you don't also taper it. This about split ends right and left behind the ears is often the mark of an amateur who wants to save money, ah youth, except cutting with scissors or the trimmer won't solve it well if they can't see around to the left and right behind the ears. By using tapering for this part of the cut you don't have to be able to see, solving the problem the unsavvy often have, if they're at barber college they'll cut no classes! The trick to tapering with just a beard trimmer is not to use all the fancy attachments, it would take hours even if you can find these boost for the Biz Beach Boom even if they worked well, the simple trick is to cut with the cutter aiming upward, handle down and pull away from the top of your head, toward the ends of your coif. This insures a faster simple taper cut that doesn't catch and jam the blade like using the cutter to take out the large bite with the scissors or to cut a line using scissors would. A low cost trimmer can't cut big chunks of coif and with more power it's more unpredictable. This with a cheap trimmer may be best if you consider the value and that you also cut your beard without pain and with no expensive cutter heads to buy. There are three ways to taper (slow down) or speed up the cut, go with the flow of hair to taper or against to cut faster; or you can move the trimmer at more or reduced angle to the vertical (for taper or fast cut) or to move at a more sidewise angle to the horizontal where the hair is vertical. Tapering or higher speed cuts are of special worth when you cut your own coif because it's tough to see "real good" so if it cuts "too well" it's easy to make a bad cut. With more tapering cuts even if a few of your cuts are bad because of the randomness of your hair they won't show, so you can cut your own hair even if you can't see the reflection 100% of the speed of light.

To trim sideburns trim the outside of your sideburns by the taper method as usual so the burn is thin and easy to cut and to cut the bottom edge the trick is to go upward with many small motions stopping with each motion where you want the line to smooth out the edge, and then make a simple cut or two at 90 degrees to the side, so the cut is more in a line even with a cheap trimmer. To trim the sides evenly look on both sides in the mirror get the general area by untapering cuts (see above) and compare them to zero in with tapering cuts.

How To Save 350 or More a Year On Cabs by Walking To and From the Food Store.

You can walk 3 or four miles from the supermarket with 100 lbs of food and not be tired, by dividing up the load. (Automobiles seem overvalued. They cause debt, they break up families and communities, they reduce exercise, they pollute, and make noise. Because engines make noise and this raises blood pressure even for hours afterwards even if you're asleep, it's estimated that they cause 200,000 deaths a year, the stress they may cause to the emotional health of the world may be much higher due to the unnaturalness of noise, ask a neighbor. Though some people are naturally more at ease with noise most people aren't.) To divide up the load makes it so you get a good workout once a week but you don't want it to be too strenuous. Research shows that even though it seems doubtful that exercise can harm the healthy, other studies prove that wrong exercise is harmful. Luckily if you want to save on cabs and the store is just a mile or so, it turns out there are methods of carrying even 80 or 90 pounds of food this distance with just mild discomfort, good for fitness if in moderation. (Of course your level of fitness may be different than mine, but I'm certainly no athelete. Even so ask your doctor or health care provider before you try any change in your diet or exercise plan. This is not medical advice.) The trick to carrying 90 pounds for a mile even if uphill half the time in the mode and medium is to divide up the load. This is the way to at least 1 good workout a week so your health won't deteriorate after the usual 4 weeks of no activity they say may cause this. In the first part of my evolution of this method the store near where I lived closed so I first opted in for walking about a mile to the store and back rather than paying for the expensive cabs. The problem was it seemed that carrying a weeks worth of food was a real strain. Eventually I decided to opt in for a more moderate plan of walking to the store and then calling a cab at the store and using the cab for a lift of the food on the return trip. This cost 150 a year even so and it wasn't good exercise. And it was as if I were to endorse the problems automobiles are causing civilization. It's not so great to pay 6000 in 20 years when it's good to be fit if there is a way. If I was unfit at the end of the 20 years the cost may be another 20,000 for doctor fees. Later on I found that instead of carrying the food or other boxes under my arms it was much easier to carry them in a backpack on my shoulders. To see that this is so, think of carrying 40 pounds of food in a box at arms length in front of you for a mile, then think of carrying it under your arms, much easier. So too carrying it on your shoulders is much easier yet, you're balanced even more vertically with a strong column all the way from tip to top. So in this third phase of my evolution of this idea, I bought backpacks and put plastic trashcans inside them of the right fit so they're easy to load and hold their shape. I even thought of buying a backpack that folds out to a bench when upside down, why not one that folds out to a starry night and the great outdoors, can't afford it! An airfilled cushion from the box is not a RV! This was better but the most I could carry was perhaps 50 or 60 pounds, not enough for a weeks chow. Finally in the fourth phase I bought a hand truck with sturdy wheels and a frame from Kmart for 15 dollars on sale and then bought a Samsonite type box of about 30 by 20 by 10 inches and bungeed the box to the hand truck (the wheels of the box wore out in a few weeks because of rocks jamming it and then a skid, the hand truck has wheels that don't jam). With this I could indeed carry more, the same maximum load of the backpacks with no problem. Even so this was often not enough food to last a week and at a higher maximum load than this yet it was a real strain on my arms and hand. I tried wearing gloves and this was of some worth. Finally in this fifth phase after 20 or so years of web box evolution I tried bringing along both the hand truck and the backpacks too. This is the solution, it makes it so I can carry a comfortable weeks dish with only moderate discomfort. The same load in the box would be much more a strain so I could only carry a third less without discomfort because even if at lower weight it was more comfortable, at the higher weights I'd sometimes buy at the store it was putting all the weight on my arms and wrists. The hybrid plan of the box to lift about 2/3 of the load and the rest on my shoulders in the backpack makes it finally viable to carry a comfortable weeks food a mile even if uphill on part two of the trek. As in the third phase of the evolution with the backpacks I realized it wasn't impossible to improve the weight I could lift at low cost if I found a way to. To carry smaller loads like a plastic bag from Wal Mart at first I would carry them under one arm, this was tiring. I saw this business for a loop that loops down into the bag and has a handle you hold to hold it well. Never got around to trying this because I then realized it was easier to just loop the loops over my wrist and then reach around the outside of the bag and grip around it with my hand, it's easy and comfortable to hold and won't fall off. Alternate this with loop over the wrist and hand in pockets forming a continuous band with your arm so the bag is held, this works quite well for small loads, say a five to ten pound load, and at no cost, and with much higher comfort if you have to carry a WalMart share, try it sometime! To climb a hill if carrying a load, rest as often as needed, slow down, walk with your feet splayed, trade one hand for the other with the same load as often as needed to be comfortable, and flex the opposite muscles that you grip with to cleanse your joints and circulation while you rest. Flex your gripping muscles too to cleanse while you grip, this is more cleansing than just a continuous unchanging grip. In exercise they say "Do unto the left as you do unto the right" and "Do a unto back as you do unto the front" because for each flexor there is an extensor. It's best for circulation and to build up your muscles without harm to flex the opposite grip, in as well as out. This will make you feel better and your journey will stretch you to more roads to travel.

If you're in the heat, always wear light clothes and bring a spray bottle of water, it's super AHHH! Even on the hottest days, and can be used for emergency drinking water. For winter you can buy super wicking underwear. Wikers work the best I've found by far like a giant super toasty sock. And even better because of new chemicals science, the Wikers not only absorb lots of moisture, and take a major bite out of the cold winter legs, they don't overheeat when you go in the store! I got mine from Sierra Trading Post, rich cheap about 25 they last 10,000 glacial ages, other types I tried didn't work. ..

To clean off a shelf, first I remove all the larger items. a good way to achieve this is to group them by like types, e.g, jugs to refrigerator, pens to box, and only then make the trips to the box, a fast way. Once your shelf is sorted, clean off all the light stuff. To save paper towels here I use a squeegee and remove the stuff into another dustpan in my left hand. Once all the loose debris is swept away, spraying the shelf with water or other safe solvent is of worth to loosen up the dryer debris that's perhaps attached to your shelf, let soak for a while and then sweep this loose with a small moistened dustpan brush. I alternate two or more soaking layers at once to let the soaking do more of the time otherwise scrubbing, for instance I soak the sink and the refridgerator by alternation of scrubs and soaks while each soaks more, deeper and deeper in. A wet brush for the deeper layers is better because it's easy to clean with water and it both scrubs and soaks at once, I do many soaking surfaces at once like an assembly line to make the most here.

When I reach the level of the surface to be scrubbed, the trick is to have a lot of used towels on hand, like from a lawn sale. Towels make better rags to clean all food type areas because they are like 20 paper towels at one time and are real absorbent. It's like having all these rags if you use just a bit of the towel for each time. When they are ready just wash them in the machine. (I wash only the towels with the same towels for "safer" clean.) You save the ecology, a lot of money and it's much faster to clean up fast.

To finish you may want to use a bit of paper towel or a motorized machine to scrub, just 45$ at Wal Mart.

The towels are for general use like with water or baking soda or soaks while paper towels are for use anywhere there is risk of contamination.
