MELATONIN CAUTIONS/WARNINGS
Melatonin may be better for weight loss than cotinine, even so it's not for some people with blood sugar problems or autoimmune, and may not be for pregnant or nursing women. Driving is Not recommended with melatonin, you may want to take a cab or jog. Melatinin is not for depression. Cotanine or other non drowsy pain relievers may be of worth here. People with depression go out of the MRI machine laughing and joking, so if you have depression cheer up there may be real relief for you by this eventually.
