WHAT I'VE LEARNED ABOUT HOW TO SAVE USING CHEAPER AUDIO..

What's wrong with Mp3? All cyber machines fail eventually, most of them fail in lots of small ways before they go. While I haven't tried pricey MP3, I have put 200 into cheap low cost Mp3s that failed one by one in just weeks.

Like a Steam Car of the 20s. with a room that's an elevator that could go at 100 mph outrunning the usual automobile in the 20's, it seems that "the final days of an old technology are always better than the first days of a new".
..
For saving more money, or me, good old cheap audio works best. You may see these 1g chips they advertise to have 40 hours of sound. But a usual hour of CD sound has about 500 Mg so the total is just 4 hours, so the cost per hour with SD is much higher. You can buy 10 times the memory on cassettes, and even listen to blank cassettes in silence if you'd like peace and quiet with your solid gold ears! I never tried this with Mp3!

.
Certainly cassette portable audio has no little AAA's you have to charge in 15 or 20 minutes of listening, AA's in Walkmans last weeks and don't lose all my memory if I drop the machine, now I remember! The AAA's in all my Mp3s I bought were so bad I had to leave the battery compartment open and often the off on didn't work so the only way to boot down was to disconnect the battery from the outside..

And what about flipping through the songs, this is no easier with Mp3... All I bought had just numbers of each track and you had to flip through all the tracks between to reach your song, start to finish. This is not good if you have 100s of tracks, and the only features that were definitely improved were random order of the songs and that you could find out faster what was on by skipping through the tracks with the sound bite. These aren't really that much of an advantage, a song is a song, whatever the order, and earplugs and a bit of patience solve the bad parts of the tape like grandma turning off her hearing aid if the preacher was bad sometimes! Actually this may be better because research has proven that rest between when you learn like in college improves memory. If the memo is too easy to acess it may not be as well learned.

This may like when they remove stop lights and build a traffic circle and the number of accidents goes down, they think this is caused by people making more effort to be cautious when they have to make some labor to achieve a task. And in Sweden when they went from driving on the left to the right, it's believed accidents were reduced too because of more labor. So during the time when the memo is on already heard, if the listener plugs in ear plugs worn around the shoulders with a strong twine all the time instead of hearing the other memo they can instead be memorising the higher quality memo with both rest and power learning.
..
This about continous access to ear stops is good for sleep and a good bark stopper too, I wear smooth earstops most of the time so if the volume goes up by accident for a second while I listen it won't damage ears for the rest of my life. Black shoelaces make good cord you never lose them so you can have solid gold anytime day or night, it's easy to wear them if you never lose them. Mine were a bit tough to tie, I tied them and then would sew the frazzles. They say the damage caused by constant loud music may show up years later without evidence before and if you listen to a song without all the sharp notes it sounds pretty good. The EU is considering sound limits on Mp3's.

Actually you get two or more songs from the same song if you listen at more than one volume and with the earstops in and out, more tunes when you save the absolute most!

If you like the sharp sound because you like music a lot it may be of value to alternate between listening with the plugs in and out to give your ears more of a rest at any rate. Continuous listening is not recommended by experts.

Thus cassettes for now in 2008 are as good as Mp3's ...

What if you have a great collection of old cassettes you don't want to let go of?

The main problem for long term use of cassettes is being able to find all your songs, particulary recent songs or memos, often the most valuable.

There is a way I've devised to find out what's on all my cassettes, this makes them much more of worth. My method is to take the cassettes of a given type, say music from a given year, radio shows of a given type (comedy, drama, language, wit college, music, current conversations/improvs and more) and tie them together in batches with a strong narrow twine like nylon upi can get at the discount store. The twine is across the top (opposite the audio tape) and then taped to the cassette with good more silent tape (light tape general area, heavier tape so stronger to seal the ends) and added in a line the same way to another cassette beside it you'd like in the batch, and then the one line and cassette repeating so you have a batch of say 5. The only drawback is it's a bit more labor to insert and remove the cassette or to flip it around from side to side (auto reverse reccommended). The main problem I had with cassettes that made me stop listening to shows like radio shows or good sounds I missed a lot was I had so many cassettes, when I would record one, I'd put it with others in storage and they would be absorbed in the giant pool of the cassettes. The only way to find the one I was looking for was to either sort the whole batch (a real labor once a month) or do without the info or songs I'd like to find. When you have this you have the main problem of cassettes solved for large numbers of audio memos and with this overall you have a better value than Mp3 remember the money and better sound is in this picture..

..
This batch method makes it easy to find your current memos by numbering each batch with numbers and then naming each cassette of each batch say with date or A Z. Once you write down all that's of worth elsewhere like in an A Z in a book you can always find where any song or verbal document on any cassette is by the general to exact cassette number to letter, and you can also then be more precise by making a line where the the wheel of the rolled tape is on the outside like with ink and a small number or name on the cassette beside this line to find the song or words if it's important to know and you haven't written the words out in your booklet that goes with that batch of cassettes. They're both grouped by batches and types of document, it's more than 5 times as fast to find your memo even if Elvis was the author.. And you can code them with stickers like stars, gold and silver stars always solid gold and silver music, silver stars, language.. use color coded tape on the tip and top of each batch of five twined cassettes. Naming them has good worth too, when I was recording FM music I'd number each tape with year and month and hour if the same AM FM with numbers like no other, and if you do this you can put them in order from old to new. Another old method I used before I used the nylon twine was to put labels on the side of a high shelf above my TV and these were A to Z so I hoped to sort them well. While this was better than just putting the audios in a box, eventually the memos were random even if not as often so this still took sorting and it was tough to stack the cassettes without them falling. The cassettes are 5 times as easy to sort with rubber bands and more stackable using the A2Z index on the shelf and this in combination is another good way to find the twined cassettes especially if they are recent memos. The rubber band is most useful if you often listen to just one of the tapes at a time in the batch like I do to learn math intensively, audio is much faster and deeper to learn words if used in question and answer form. Without the twine and color code to them fast just like with the Mp3 discs it would be much tougher to find them so they would be not worth nearly so much for this.

...

Why not use your computer to store your audio? My Windows XP is slowed down a lot and storing on broadband audio sites costs a lot, and the main problem is about pressing the wrong button and all the memos go zonk to cyber space. I have at least two non computerized document types (books like My Comedy Machine and the audio cassettes) so if my computer goes down I won't cry for hours all month. Warren Buffet (el richo) says moving to more types of business doesn't make much sense, with this at any rate you should be as wealthy as the neighbors in Malibu who listen to cyber sounds!

..
To improve this about the batches of cheap cheap memory you can make booklets (modular clip on is good) and tape them to each batch say at the starting line of the batch of your cassettes where you can always start to go through the whole song batch by 80's song, or 90's. I write memos in the booklets about what's on the tapes except the start of the first words for each joke so I can have a fast summary of the best of the cassette without taking an hour to listen to it if it's of worth once it's in memory. To make an easy memory marathon in the memo for the audios like to remember comedy to memorize, comma the letters in batches of say five and read them like forward and rewind or repeating each letter more than 1x and the moving ahead slowly but more surely to exercise my brain with easy memory exercises. If the radio show doen't have a lot of comedy mostly, I listen to the radio with the recorder at hand, when I hear a good joke (a good way to know is if it's memorable and makes a good impression on you) I record on the cassette without wasting my time on the whole show, it's condensed, most radio shows are with few jokes per minute, why waste my comedy being serious?

..
This is cheap (my wokman costs about 5 a year not counting rechargables and cassettes). And it's more reliable than MP3. I've had just two tape failures even with cheap tapes in 15 years, and the cassette wokmans are droproof. The lowest price tapes would tear up, but above 37 cents per tape the tapes are good. With cassettes "being now on the way out" you can get high quality cassettes at sites like closeout or other old audio sites at the cost of cheap ones 10 years ago.

One problem with portable audio is often the jack for the plugs which wear out and lose the wire connection before anything else tears up so no sound and the machine is not playable, just because of the darn connection. To save the wokman of any type from the plug failure a good method is to buy earplugs they sell with a wire in the bundle you plug between the wokman and the audiophone, this second wire can be plugged into the walkman wire and cinched to it and then to an amp like a bigger sterio (I got one at no cost at a yard sale with and amplifier and big speakers.) or to audiophones. To make it so the plug won't wear out my wire is plugged and unplugged between the amp wire and the wire to the wokman instead of in the machine each time you may want to jog or walk, or when you flip the cassette over to the other side, this makes the number of times the machine is plugged and unplugged much reduced saving it for many more moons of music in the roomwah. If you leave the Walkman on a shelf plugged up to the sound booster and don't move the plug much you have lots of good music and will save you 100,000's of rich..

..
To flip to the other side I used enough line between the cassettes to make it so I could simply flip it once in one direction to cross the line, and then untwining the same loop in the opposite direction to listen to the other side using no more than one loop so it won't tangle. More than 5 cassettes will tangle. To batch them during use I use large clips and modular clips are of value, for example when you are recording from one cassette that's not as much of value as another which has a higher level of information, like e.g. condensing a talk show in your own words when you sing!

A problem at first was about the line I was using, it's broad enough when I clamp the door of the cassette machine to throw the tape heads off, and this jams up the tape so I lost a few cassettes at first. The solution is to move the lines further down to nearer the hinge of the door of the cassette machine when you load or unload the cassette, this allows the heads to stay aligned. These are the only cautions about this method.

To store the clipped and lined cassettes while listening so they are not too loose to handle I tried Zip Locs, these were too small and clutzy, like Santa Klutz, the advanced method is a foam bag I got with my Sony Audioearz, it's 8 by 7 and it holds about 5 cassettes well, this black bag unifies by beauty and makes it much easier to walk around while holding on to memories, just wrap around your hand with the machine and memory inside. No doubt this only is good for one batch of cassettes, but I often listen to just one type of music at a time, and buying a number of these for the most uses of worth (one for music, one for learning, one for comedy) you may stay busy with just these for so long the small amount of labor needed to change them more infrequently is no problem. And this use of bags and nylon line is a lot cheaper than buying the clip in cassette holders that you see in some libraries that seem to have the volume up too high cost with the marms shushing rather loud.

This cheap cassette twine method to find your audio memos is portable, even so your wokman will wear out sooner in jog mode because of the plug losing the connection when you're walking around or changing the tune so you won't be a gold prospector and cheap both, most audio will wear out sooner if you walk around, ther's not as much portable HD Wide Zoom Dish Stations as high resolution FM!

If you see those books you buy where you snap your cassettes in and out for storage, the batch of 5 method is much cheaper, the books would cost 500 for the cassettes I have, and thousands for more, and your cassettes may not stay nonrandom without more sorting. So in truth, like the A2 Z shelf memo method I tried on my way to this method, it would still be incomplete even at this price. E.g. I thought of buying zip locks and taping them in looseleaf binders to organize my cassettes, but they eventually were more random as I used them, and I wouldn't always know where the binder is even if it has 30 cassettes.

..

While these are some of the 8 ways I tried in my evolution to this method of using twine to sort the cassettes, some of these early methods are of worth to use with the batch method, e.g. the program memos, rubber bands to keep them neat, color coding at the tip and top with tape, and an A2 Z index on a high shelf to find the most important audios (especially the ones of this month or hour), and the rest in boxes by type and so on.

All cheap audiophones are not the same, I tried cheap 2 to 5 dollar audiophones for years before I realized that Sony around the ear headphones for 20 are better because they last indefinitely instead, my current Sonys are 2 years, for the same cost the cheap ones would cost just be for 12 months, because they would always tear up in about a month, so about 1/3 of the time I would have no phones unless I lived "live" at the BBB reunion concert! The only problem the Sony phones have even if they are much more durable is that I stepped on them by accident when the first two pairs smunched, this can be solved by always putting on a high shelf or loop out of the way when not in use instead of leaving them around the room. Even if you don't crunch cheap phones they use cheap wire so they tear up and the best value are the Sony's because you don't have to go to the store to buy a new set half the time, so I'll have sound in both ears.

Cassettes to record radio music and shows can be made just as good as Mp3 and much cheaper than listening to a big cassette recorder by using a larger recorder to record off both AM and FM for good sound quality (audio science proves cassettes have better sound quality than Mp3 If the recording is high quality, walkmans to listen with are well known to be as high quality as a medium priced machine, Consumer Reports says they have "suprisingly good sound", mine sound much better than mp3's.). The big recorder may cost perhaps 70 dollars and I use mine for recording music. The heads of all cassette machines wear out and become oxidized at the same rate, I needed a good recorder for sound quality and the cost for the recorder is "one time" (mine's in good shape after 15 years). Once you buy the recorder you always have good quality sounds and a good copy machine for just the cost of the cassettes and you only have to buy a big recorder for higher sound quality once in 20 years not once in 2 if you do most of your listening on the smaller machines. ..

You may remember how good a preprogrammed recording sounded on your cassette Walkman while your own recordings like with a cheap machine sounded not as good. The reason is while the music recorder has to be a bit higher priced, the walkmans can be cheap to play the sound, they last as long as the big machine for playback of all audio documents but like me with the 200$ in Mp3s you save a fortune and with high sound quality than if you played all your songs to listen on the big machine which has the same lifetime as the walkman, if that same lifetime is used for recording only or mostly and the player more often for listening only, since the players are much cheaper, you save a lot more.

To optimize better yet, for voice recording either of radio or my own creative words, I bought a cheaper, though still good for voice recording cassette recorder so the big recorder is used just for music and some dubbing, conserving it just for higher quality audio like music. The players are all for listening, the bigger recorder is for music, and the cheaper recorder is for speech recording so the big one is saved for music alone. If you're a musician you can also buy a second hand high quality digital recorder, I got a Minidisc Recorder with the highest sound quality for my own sounds of music and then make cheap copies for listening to my own songs. I don't listen to the minidisc for the songs themselves to save the MD because it cost 200 new. Now a good used on goes for 40 no doubt.

Thus the worth of over Mp3 of using cassettes in batches is, it's cheap, it's drop proof (safer too no high voltage inside like MD), the machines are much more reliable than Mp3's I've tried, the sound quality is better for cassettes than Mp3, the batteries last much longer with each charge, sooner or later all computers fail, smaller Mp3's are easier to drop, and so on, and also compatibility, the memory is cheaper, and the audio documents are easier to find. I think while it may be more worthwhile in 20 years Mp3 is way overrated as they are here in 2008.

Why not use CD's? Even with random play and how you can skip through the tracks, they're more expensive, and you can't tape them in a line like cassettes, so to find your data on CD's you would have to flip through the entire heap or continually sort them (if CD's were in a box like floppies they could be found in batches like this, I actually got his idea for cassettes from floppies in cohesion with the cosmos to find the best ones with a tab, the inventor says this would be a useful improvent for DVD's or CD's.). And CD and DVD recordable has the problem of "volatility", there's risk of losing your 10 years of data at one time or misplacing the DVD itself, and all cassette machines read cassettes at low cost. You may have noticed there is much more problem with the security of your digital documents. My mother lost half of a book she was writing because she forgot her password, maybe she's just overqualified, she knows a lot more words than math! Almost any digital document can be lost at any time in cyber space or the bit bucket. You learn from machines like chess computers, if there's any risk of a great loss by one move like this or audio at any time while you're recording, the machine or us would make the most sure and take the most time and energy to try to solve and stop the move. DVDs that can be easily recorded it seems may be easily erased like by the accident of the TV's magnetic field, so cassettes are more of worth about volatility.

Windows And Blinds How to Clean Fast, Safe Easy

..Have you seen those blind cleaners with five fuzzed out brushes they sell for about 20? It's absurd if As Seen On VHS TV where there are millions who would have to spend five seconds to insert the brushes between the blinds and five more to move the brush in oscillation, and repeat this four times across the blinds because of the small lines holding up the blinds so you can't just sweep across without complex motion, and you have to repeat this 10 more times to the sill of the blind. I have 4 blinds in my rooms so the total time for this tedious chore if I paid 20 or more for a piece of fluff that may never have cost the BBB 2 might be about 30 minutes (the BBB is a watch mouse Business Business and they make businesses look good but they have no clout in consumer defence). But it doesn't clean because if you just try to scrape off dust with a brush much of the dust being sticky is so attached to the blind it's much harder to dry clean than the doge where they are in moist waves moist of the month via the basement leak! There is a much easier way using wave power and the tower of Pizza may be richer;

Take the blind out away from the frame and into the bath water, let the water run enough and stop the drain to soak the blind, 5 minutes. Next sweep off the dust on both sides just with a broom, poly bristles work best because the water won't soften them, so do others when real if in a pinch or you just like to live a life of action cleansing shows! Go from side to side and flip over the blind to repeat on both sides. Run out the water and you'll see lots more dirt than with cleaning out those brushes 40 times a blind! Run more water like the shower, say an inch deep, pour in shampoo, well dispersed over the blind to save more cash and time. (Shampoo is experimental, my sister recommends dishwashing detergent; the shampoo may clean faster and better but it may damage the blinds. With shampoo use more water soaks and scrubs and rinses and less suds so you don't have to clean lots of suds from your blinds and windows if you opt to use shampoo. Proceed at your own risk, dishwashing detergent may be safer.) Repeat as with the broom and water side to side, top to bottom, both sides, drain out the detergent or shampoo, dirt and water. Lift your blinds up perhaps to between the handles on the side of the tub and the faucet of the tub or other such way to lift your blinds out to dry (solar power on the line with blondes in the shade is most to reach that sweet cute woman who lives up the superhighway you'd like to meet!). Don't leave them in the tub overnight to dry, this dries in the sids and it will take longer to reclean. For a higher speed cleanup of the water bring your blinds together like an accordian, a vertical roll, and then tap them on a level floor so the water and what's left of the suds are tapped out of one side. Repeat on the other end of the blind so the water on the other side is shaken loose here.

...

You may have to repeat this process in and out of the water a few times if your blinds are unclean, but the like booze light the shine may last many moons!

This takes about the same time per blind, but it's much cheaper, you're spending much more time soaking than scrubbing and scraping, you don't have to lean way over to operate the brush, it makes your room smell better than horse scents if you're always ahead by a nose in life, and most of worth because it cleans much better! The cleanse is deeper so the overall time is half or 1/3 because you don't have to clean so much in general.

Windows

Have you stood there for three hours with the boss on the way a day ahead and the darn streaks won't streak out of sight? There are three important tricks.

To clean the streak makes more streaks if you use a paper towel. Glass cleaner is toxic and polluting, most who don't step back to admire window washing labor live in a hi rent district! Vino seems to be rich and it didn't do the trick for el meo and otros. Here's how to use water to clean your windows and glass fast cheap and easy.

FIRST put water in a spray jug, you can store it in the refrigerator by looping the spray handle over one of the shelf beams in the door (great to spray on your arms and legs to stay cool in summer shirts and cut offs, the best I've found by far for summer cooling, so good you don't even have to cool the spray jug in the ice box more than the three most hot days of the year. It's also a good water source out in the heat by drinking the water from the jug or even life saving on the ship). After first dry cleaning your window like with a broom or other brush to remove loose stuff and going from general to specific (often far more efficient) spray the water to clean on the window well and let it soak a few minutes, this is important because it scrubs a lot for you so you don't have to scrub 5 hours.

SECOND; Go Over the Soaked in Water with a Poly Squeegee, I got mine at Big Lots for just 2, I found this by accident, and it's not obvious, so I'm sharing this method with you so you won't have to try all the other ways that aren't as fast or easy. The squeegee is of real worth because in essence it dries the glass in about 10 seconds without many streaks. To reduce streaks I go from left to right in rows, top to bottom with the squeegee a bit bevelled not at 90 degrees so the water is swept up and flows to the bottom of the motion. The bottom of each line is the top of the line below, so the majority of the real wet surface is almost completely dry with the water at the base of the glass if of a flat surface, like a wall.

You're left with an almost clean surface with almost no water, fast and at no cost. To finish up the small lines of water or other small debris you may want to go over with a bit of baking soda on a towel, it's a good abrasive, and it's especially good to take off adhesive of like tape, this is far faster and easier to remove than by other methods, most ahesives like tape are rubber based, and baking soda removes them fast if you first loosen them with perhaps a butter knife. This will leave some powder on your window or mirror but you can finish up by either more water and squeegee or if the area left to be cleaned is small,

THIRD Go Over the Window With a Paper Towel that Has Just a Bit of Moisture on it as you finish. This is the way to no streaks as you finish up so you're not in the endless loop of, more scrubbing, more fibers and marks, and more scrubbing to cleanse these. By using just a bit of moisture on your paper towel that dries right up just when you are through, the small debris and streaks are themselves cleaned. All this combined, the spray water and soak, the squeegee, and the moist to dry paper towel to finish up makes it so you can clean your windows without endless loops not in hours but in perhaps just a few minutes.

How To Buy DESIGNER OUTFITS For Just 2$!

That Old Epic The All New Reader's Digest says the best way to save money on clothes is just to spend more (Buy more save more I presume!). We all know about yard sales, but there is one better source for cheap clothes than Goodwill or yard sales, and that is sales, not 20% off in season, I'm talking about the 2$ designer outfits in spring and fall. Reader's Digest mentions sales but like flea markets where knowing what you're up to can make the difference between making a hundred dollars a year or hundred thousand- (I'm serious see link below) so too knowing the right kind of sales can make it so you can buy all kinds of good clothes at yard sale prices, but the store sales are better yet. You see these sales where they mark 20% off like in season, but the ruse is to buy winter clothes like long sleeve shirts at the end of winter March for instance, and short sleeve shirts and summer shoes in about September or October when the stores are often willing to unload often recently stylish clothes not at 20% off, but where they pay you the 2$ (well maybe they would if you're like up in Canada where you're so rich and air-conditioning is a luxury and they have so much.) While it's easy to buy clothes at yard sales, it's often not easy to find the clothes you want compared to this, and this is how to buy them just as cheap. It's like having a sidewalk sale that lasts for months but with designer clothes!

PICKING OUTFITS SAVES YOU MORE

The seasonal sale method of buying swimwear at Christmas gives you more options but to optimise still takes a bit of saving and savvy too, this will make your values even better. Van Gough said, avoid the obvious, looking at his pictures he didn't seem to follow his own advice about his choice of bolds and old golds. What he actually was was strong and good, but not it in an obvious sort of way. So in picking outfits at the seasonal hoo has, bold beautious colors are good in moderation, but it's often also good to pick up unusual colors like off chocolate gold or somewhat off red. I've never been a red person but picking the off red makes it so it will go with more hues because off red is more flexible and not as a definite as on red. Once a month I may actually wear this red with light blue bluejeans. On red wouldn't seem to go with it or with much else, but if I always wear the same clothes three of my acts will slowly go out of style at high speed red!

***********

The above will buy you shirts and pants, but often you have to pay more for broadway, so shows take special consideration since they cost more. To get the most for the money when buying feetwear, consider price relative to these values;

The base of the food should be so durable you can't easily make a dent in it with your fingernail or even a sharp letter opener. I like soles with designs on them for where when I'm on the trampoline or sofa or anywhere where others look up to see me. If you buy soft rubber they may last months, but tough footwear may last many years.

To easily keep my clompers clean feetwear that are not too bold are good even so to make sure they go with outfits it's good to buy them with motifs like silver string buttons that hold the laces on. Another important consideration is where they wear the most. Often once the floor contact of the feetwear is taken into consideration even so vamps wear out both but from the outside in and inside out at the wear points so it's important to consider the wear points and whether these have built and shoes guards and reinforcements at least on the outside. The three wear points that have been the ruin of many of my flip flops that seem good about this are at the rear of the foot and the most outside and inside of the front of the foot past your little toe and big toe where the foot is most broad. The best vamps will have wear guards here on the heels and inside and outside too. (Polymers are good, synthesized shoes are now often much better for durability and beauty then real cow. I bought a beautiful pair of real comy cushy sandals that lasted 14 years of summer exercise before they even showed any signs at all of wear even of the outside sole which had beauteous patterns on it.) Steel toes, insulation, and waterproofing are all good extras, all this about shoes you can get for just about $40 if you take your time and carefully consider all the features before you buy your shoes, this may take a couple of trips of the store but these shoes last years and to clean them all you have to do is to go out for a walk in the rain with the one you love, you and others, the rainstorm fits comfortably! An easy way to clean your shoes when they're waterproof is just to put them up to the sink and spray them with this prayer for a moist weather report!

The clomp is also a consideration, I've bought pac boots before that were so heavy they were worthless for walking. You may see these boots rated to a comfort rating of -100 degrees or whatever, I've never found any more warmth in any of these boots than boots without the high price! See THIS LINK FOR COMFY FEET IN WINTER.

What Are Better search engines?

the other day I was searching for the octasonal, a herb for health but it took me three hours to find it, natural octasonal I didn't find all, rather I foudn nall! When I finally found the search engine, Biz Rate.com It was easy with a long list of octasonal options, on other pages there was one or less. The moral here is that all search pages are not the same. In other words finding good search pages like smaller search engines is an important method of saving lots of time. Here's a list of some fo the best pages for the use;

Epinions is another site much like Bizrate great for herbs for health.

Yahoo Answers is great for software, type in freeware for no cost. Yahoo answers is also good for any common sense search, e.g how to of house repairs ect. Often a lot better than dumb computer search engines because real people rate real problems, the best solution is at the top, and second opinions are more of worth than a doctor at 1000 an hour..

Web MD is good for health searches, like for interactions of herbs or other hot dish, (A herb is a hot dish if you don't eat the hot dish, if you eat the herb you're low fat, all radiance, because herbs have 10,000 IU of radiance so you just rise up in the heat!).

Wikipedia is good for scholarly research like science for real science well taught and for some health searches.

Keep Your Teeth With Pleasure, Save 1000s!

... SUMMARY;

As you MAY REALIZE BY READING THIS PAGE, I've tried perhaps 50 herbs and cleansers in 4 years of research. By FAR THE BEST I'VE FOUND IS THE SUGAR XYLITOL used in small doses plus "good germs", as I say on my Xylitol toothache cure site. As I say on the link this method works fast to DRAMATICALLY reduce bacteria on teeth PERMANENTLY, Your teeth will often feel great in just awhile! More On This page...

Half of The People At Any Given Hour Have or Will Have Some Type Of Dental Problem...

~~~.....
..Doctors recommend brushing, and I liken this to optometrists charging 200 for a frame, essentially a piece of wire, at least if no better option is around. Dentists both get more business because brushing spreads bacteria around, they can also say when you visit for 200$ "See you are in error and should brush more, it's because you aren't brushing enough." SOLVED How to Cure Otitis (Ten Year Search)
I've tried other methods and ten years of search have found me with much reduced itching both dermal and otitis by way of drying! If you have any type of bacterial derma itching drying may work better than other methods including the darn derm dermatolgist! To dry your ear or derma super safe and cheap talc or other drying powder works the best for me. Put the powder in your ear, no tear in your beer, and you'll see lots of fizz jugs! Powder is lots cheaper than other methods, I must have tried 20 methods in 10 years. Powders like this are easy to find at Wal Mart and so on. Bacteria need food and moisture to live, stop the moisture and you win better than otherwise as they say about supergerms that are resistant to all known antibiotics, going to the doctor or nurse may now be a risk of mortal degree, and this trick may save you if you are hit by this problem where no other may, so here I memorise, say me read me, tune me up.. Another trick for solving itching elsewhere and Ohio is to use drying underwear as I say here, even better in combination with some type of drying powder.
Eyewear Comfort and Cleansing;
Don't Step on Your Opthamologist's Signed Numbered Limited Edition, You'll Save 100's!
  When the nose pads are AWOL (your nose is good for vision to hold your eyewear so it doesn't fall)! A method I've invented after about 20 years of trial and error instead of buying a whole new pair of eyewear at a whole new cost, is to make my own pads out of thumbtacks, I bought the more expensive type so the metal that's smooth is what contacts your nose. Use wire pliers to bend the tine of the thumbtack around nearer the side, leaving it at about a third of the way unclamped so you can thread the tine through the wires that held the pad (before it boosted to another cosmos!). With the tine where you can see if it matches, cut the sharp tip of the tine off a bit shorter than the radius of the "pad" of the thumbtack. Then thread the tine through the pad holding wire of your glasses and taking care not to scrape your lens (slowly clamp away from the side of the lens) clamp the tine of the thumbtack around so it is held on well by the wire of the tack. Bend the wire of your eyewear so it fits well and so the top arch wire of your eyewear itself won't hurt your nose, in other words divide up the pressure between the arch and pads, and carefully make sure the pads don't also clamp your nose too tight. This holds quite well. I found even with this the best method of 20 years search at least the first week that my nose still hurt somewhat (it's like a bruise and needs rest) so you can combine this with an early trick I also invented, to give your nose more rest; take a piece of scotch tape about two and 1/2 inches in length and bend the end around first on one side so it it bends around a cancels out the adhesion, then achieve this on the other end, leaving a bit of tape say 1/2 inch in the middle that's not doubled up so it will adhere to your nose at the top. The tape goes over your nose where the pads of the eyewear press a bit too much giving your nose a rest, ZZZZZZ. You can wear the tape on a day or two and then without because your nose needs rest and then it won't be in the marathon with a limp anymore and is the rest is the afterlife!
  Another later method I found is to just tear off a bit of duct tape and put it on the launchers so it actually adheres to the smoother zoom well! Trim off the tape around edges if you like, it even looks good and your eyewear is  you live so you dreams are with your eyes wide open and you are aware.
    You may see these eyewear repair kits but they seem to not have pads you can add to your zooms, rather just cheap adhesive pads you add to the pads already there, this seems of no worth if you've lost the pads before. There are the other two options of cheap eyewear like readers that have no pads with continuous eyewear from ear to ear, but these aren't as beautious, paying the optometrist for a new pair for 250 for just a new set of wires, this is exorbitant and rediculous, of both of these are more comic celebration when solved!
I tend to save my old glasses and not toss them out. You may get a bad perscription with costs saved by opthamologists these days and I got some bad I just asked if i could use the old ones and they said yes saving huindreds for another year or two. I find trifocals to be dumb! You always focus away right. I'm was thused more by VISA.
CLEANING YOUR EYEWEAR
 The compound of lense cleaner is good for biz, for the American Biz Institute, and smokers of no food and booze! To dry clean your eyewear, use a dry clean bit of your outfit like swimwear on your line when you wake up in the heat outside in the pool in summer. The problem seems there are usually small bits of stuff on your lenses left by this method (and certainly wet cleaning is worse if you have to wait for 10 minutes for it to dry) and just a bit of stuff is bad for the whole picture when magnified up millions of zooms! To solve this when your lens is generally clean via the above, just remove the rest of the small stuff with your fingernail, then clean the loose floss by the rag, bellissimo the mirthier!
How To Make Your Lenses Not Fall Off
 Like To Exercise and can't see if your ears hurt? My world was fuzzy till I took off the outer ear shields perscribed by the RN who saw me! A narrow wire inside causes reduced ear woe when you wear a hat or audiophones if you carefully bend the wire so it's exactly between your ear and your MRI! The end if sharp metal is all you may need to stop once the wide ear holders are ousted and the wire is left. I put just a bit of gold metalic duct tape or black duct tape around my earwear holders of each ear  to soften my ears and reduce the chafe left of the wire at the end. The tape is rubber and has lots of good ear traction so not much is needed, just say 2 8ths inch so no one can even see you're so way cool with golden tape you hear with so real well (as mom the english professor always knows real good.). Bending your wires both at the top where they reach down to your ears so your glasses will have a close fit to your nose also helps resduce all sliding. If the tape will slide I attract with small black clips for black tape a wrap around method than multiplies the force without a bulk of attraction on the ear.
  To not step on eyewear, if sometimes you don't have time to pick up all the room and so you can see your REMS better while you yawn and save 300 dollars when you save your lenses, a good way is to always put your eyewear on a shelf beside the light switch above other levels where you don't sort. When you wake up even if you can't see to find it you will by sense of feel.
 To level your earwires of your glasses so you don't have to walk around all the time at an angle, another trick of my own, put them on a level shelf and then bend them so they are level both for your lenses and the wires.
HOW TO ADJUST TO NEW GLASSES
 They've finally improved those horrible eye drops of the exam, now they are merely annoying not a map of the stars to see GPS, so you can proceed with confident rest to the opthamologist. Even so to stop the eye adjusting headache when you see with twice what you see awhile when your frames are live to see your FM, a good way to stop most of the headache is the herb ginger used below or above in your brows to reach your eyes by circulation (all I see is in months is my Opthamologist Melissa!). Ginger is a muscle relaxant, it also relaxes your body 8 ways, a better pain reliever in general than OTC's. Another good method to use with this while you adjust is an oil like pumpkin seed oil in your eyes, like ginger it's a powerful antinflammatory. Show me a sign, and I will read! Great for dry eye like computer is vitamin E right in my right and left eye, for me better by far than fish oil the standard recommended method.
Sewing Tips and Tricks
When you live in a luxury apartment you often don't want a sewing machine if you'd rather own luxury, you can't just own space, and even with the search for life elsewhere, you'd rather have your own world! A sewing machine costs a lot, takes up room and takes a lot of labor to operate. Those cheap handheld sewing machines often don't work, like cloth glue they won't sew many types of cloth and are of no use for buttons. Good old hand sewing can also be used to augument or completely out wangle a sewing machine and is lightweight and low cost. And it turns out it's not a labor once you know how. Here are ten tips and tricks to fast and easy hand sewing;
To thread the needle by hand you can use the small wire threaders in some sewing boxes, often these aren't around and you often have to buy the whole kit of worthless thread with it. It's a chore just to find the needle and thread and cut it so simple methods are of real worth in the sewology realm. To thread the needle
1. Make sure you use a needle that has a wide enough eye to thread it, and no wider to not lose traction on your sewn loops of thread unless you have other use in mind.
2. Cut your thread at about 45 degress with a clean cut if possible
3 Find a black or other background you can see the eye of the needle to thread it.
4.Wet the thread with a bit of spittle and twirl it tight with the tips of your fingers to sharpen the thread more.
5.Move your hand close to the end of the thread say, an inch or less. This makes it so it's much easier to thread since it's not jostling around while you thread the loop.
6.Learn by a reflex arc of a bit of trial and error guided by your vision sense of where the loop and thread are, improving with perhaps a few go rounds, soon you'll have it threaded, if you miss it to the right, go left, and sew on!
Once you learn how to thread a needle by this method it's yours for life and you can use it just as easily as the threaders but at no cost. They have patents on elaborate threaders but they cost about 15 each and are a dud. Looking around for a threader is often a web search, with this you're in zoom mode up the zip road of life!
Instead of a thimble, consider a heavy leather glove, it has a lot more coverage.
LOOPING TRICKS
7. Tie the thread in knots, snip off the extra thread, except about two inches beyond the knot (needle, thread, knot, two inches of thread). The two inches is to tie knots. And it's of worth if you run out of thread because you can tie the thread past the knot to the end of other thread so it's a good connection. Add candle wax or even olive oil (though oily) if in a pinch to the thread so it won't catch as you sew.
8. Start at the start after you fasten the cloth to be sewn just where you like it. To reduce wear and beautify, you may want to fold in the outside edges in and then stabilize via pins if sewing a patch.
9. If possible make the first sew between the two layers of cloth to be bound, the knot is out of sight and this reduces wear and boosts beauty.
10. Pull the thread all the way through, do this several times, overlooping to tighten the thread then tie the thread securely with the thread of the knot.
11.To sew on the outside, to beautify use a small loop on the outside and a larger loop in the inside, the larger loop makes it faster. Faster yet if your'e sewing inside like a coat and beauty is no concern or if you just are fast, loop above and below in a zig zag with just the needle, say 4x and you pull it through. If you're short of pins you can recycle by sewing then use them over and over while you pin, sew, and pin and sew, repeat. It's often good to see how you wear the hat shirt coat or other outfit to be sewn held in place with "real simulation!" before you sew with the pins.
12. For a slower, more utilitarian sew, sew on the same side of the folded cloth. Pull the needle partway through, then loop the thread over the needle from the other end of the needle one or more times, pull. Slower than the in and out loop (11.) this makes all your sewing of this type more bound such as to sew a loose edge. To make it more well sewn with almost no more thread used, spin the thread two, three or even more loops around the needle with each stitch.
Poly or nylon thread is not recommended, it's stronger but doesn't tie or have much traction so it won't stay sewn.
With these motifs you'll have the last laugh in fitness and heart science, the nurse won't leave you in stitches!
SEW A BUTTON OLAH! YOU'RE A PHD IN ROCKET SCIENCE WITHOUT THE BUTTONNEER!
Repeat steps 1-6 above with the button.
1. Put a safety pin between the button and the shirt for a spacer, BLAST ON!
2. Pull the loop through say 5 or 10 times. Tighten with each loop.
3. Loop the thread around the thread loops between the button and fabric 6 times to make the thread of worth.
4. Tie the thread to finish more than once or twice if you like.
..
You may want to consider renting out your sewing machine for income, others may want to use it, if your remote control has lock stitch!
EXERCISES In VOLUME FOR MORE AUDIO POWER
..Exercise can make you strong enough to stretch, and saves me a lot of lunch money. It’s a civilization all of it’s own high culture, complete with jug bands. How to exercise, how to remember how much to exercise and when? On this post I’ll share some tips and tricks so you can lose weight, and improve your strength, plus all the other advantages of exercise. The American Arthritis Association says almost everyone will benefit at least somewhat from exercise.
HERBS FOR ENERGY TO EXERCISE
First consider that in order to exercise millions are in need of fitness. There are a multitudes who can't think they get fit to exercise, as with the old saying that 21st century research proves that if you’re weary and you exercise this will give you more energy, which theoretically will then give you more exercise power. Like with The Price is Right, with many it's more complex than this. They used to say we just use 10% of our brain, and that it's been proven in 2008 that this was a goof, many use 97 % of brain power just saving heat in the shower and this is just in March! Millions of people aren’t exercising, and if they’re smart enough to try exercise once in a while just on the outside chance this were true about more power via more exercise they would be. Actually other research finds that just 3% of US in the us exercise. Obviously if most got more from exercise than they put in, they would be smart enough to know why they were winning. I myself tried exercise for months with hopes the heath biz was right and got more weary not less. Even so I continued and found that if I walk first at moderate speed to warm up in about 10 minutes to where it's comfortable to move and then started slowly with moderate or light weights within the range of comfort, in alternation with higher speed nonweight bearing exercises for my heart (e.g. windmills) and then just continued the alternation at higher speed and heavier weights with higher speed and heavier weights each time the reach of the given speed and weights were comfortable at that range, It's not a bit uncomfortable. The trick here I found after much labor is that I couldn't stay with 3 hours of exercise a day just to warm up, instead by just walking a few and with moderate weights and reduced range of motion and so on, it just takes like 30 to 45 minutes. Other than the first 3 to 5 days when I was sore, mostly it's not unconfortable.
You may hear about these jokes about pills for strength, and now they have them! No they aren't vitamin jugs that look like a rowing machine! On the one hand they have ACTIVIVE that has no side effects, it has all 10 of the super sugars, and is actually good for you, it reverses enzyme deficiency and fatigue that many have. Atheletes are taking Activive and it’s even used to treat CFS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, an illness of severe fatigue. Thus to exercise if you have fatigue, the first step may be to try Activive for energy,
CLICK HERE FOR MORE). See my disclaimer. Because of the relatively high cost of Activive you can take a smaller dose of Activive dermally on your legs. (Your legs are mother of circulation weariness because you carry the load of circulation the most on your legs, and it's not real evolved because we walked upright late in evolution). The good news about Activive is it boosts other herbs for energy so much by improving circulation and relaxing tense contracted muscle the blood can circulate and the circulation is smoothed out, so a much smaller dose is all that’s necessary if taken with other cheaper herbs. This is for all the energy you may want or need if you're in moderately good health including more than enough for exercise without weariness.
CHEAPER HERBS TO TAKE WITH ACTIVIVE
FIRST, CONSIDER
OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT. While it's not yet completely proven many think it may be a cure for the severe fatigue of CFS Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It cures the virus that causes fatigue in almost 100% of the population, is cleansing by dissolving the bacterial cell wall, and costs just 5 dollars a month with no side effects even at 100's of times the recommended dose.
SIBERIAN GINSENG (Eleuthro) It’s an energy boost, but it’s more edgy without ACTIVIVE to smooth it out. And also be sure to take it at the exact same time by a loud alarm AM and PM to also make it less a strain on your body. Gradual increase of the dose up to optimal standard dose is recommended because it’s powerful, yes it does boost your fitness but it's a bit stressfull like coffee to go off of for about 10 days or so. (If this timing schedule is not for you, you can try all the other herbs and exercise methods listed here.)
PANAX GINSENG Red Korean Ginseng, (Like Ginsana you see on the banks of the shelves of contenental stores like CVS or Rite Aid!) A totally unrelated species to Eleuthro. Even so like euleuthro, and other "adaptogens" it’s good for the body in many ways like endurance while causing no harm to the body. Both types of ginseng are considered to be among the safest of all herbs known. Panax improves oxygen metabolism, and speed of reflexes without edginess. Unlike eleuthro you can change the dose more during the day (after exercise) if you find you want more energy without edginess, so it’s more of worth to fine tune your level of energy after you take the main AM dose when you awake..If you have or develop high blood pressure or any other unexplained side effects, discontinue ginseng.
LEG CLEANSERS LIKE DIOSVEIN As I say the mother of weariness is poor leg circulation. At the least if you’re tired you want to cleanse out your legs once a week or more often. Diosvein is a compound extracted from orange peel that’s a real cleanser without raising blood pressure, taken with vitamin C it’s even more so. Like the two ginsengs and ACTIVIVE it’s considered to be extremely safe but some sites say it’s bad for blood sugar and others say its good, so just to be on the safe side I take a much smaller dose than recommended on the bottle. Please see
DISCLAIMER..
Diosvein is so powerful even a small dose is good enough to cleanse your legs. You can buy it online at
Swanson Vitamins. Another option for leg cleansing to boost energy are other herbs you see in leg cleansing formulas, also on the Swanson Vitamin Site, and so on.
Why Coconut Oil?
This oil, Or Choco Oil as I name my pet chia pet "Chia" is good for low thyroid which perhaps a fourth of Americans have, low thyroid has many of the symptoms of depression or even severe depression, improving low thyroid can improve a whole constellation of anxietys, may the stars and the force be with you. Choco Oil is also one of the best antinflammatorys I’ve seen out of perhaps 35, it reduces low level inflammations that have been linked to many types of illness, and in addition it may be as good for cardiovascular health as fish oil. (Fish oil has been found in healthy persons to reduce any risk of heart problems by 80%).
FISH OIL/EVENING PRIMROSE OIL
This has been found to reduce Fatigue like even the severe problems of CFS Chronic Fatigue syndrome by as much as 80%. ALSO great for Heart health.
B VITAMINS
B Vitamins convert food to energy. Bee vitamins in bee bread the most and C vitamins are good for vision? Well who knows? For energy conversion at any rate most adults have problems because we need enzymes which are being depleted in our food to digest food. As we age we have reduced enzymes. (See ACTIVIVE above) It takes a major fraction of our bodies energy just to digest food. This is why an old person is knocked down just be eating lunch, and the children are running around. If it takes horsepower to blend food just mechanically in a blendor, imagine how much it takes to completely digest it to the molecular and atomic level. Exercise depletes B vitamins. When you exercise you lose a good number of vitamins and minerals, and a banana is enough to restore all the nutrients lost, so goes the biz. You need a B complex vitamin too because just one B vitamin is not complete like in evolution’s own breadbox. If you still feel tired with a B 50 Try the B100, you may feel a bit of nausea for a day or two. This is temporary. B vitamins are an important energy boost, with more health uses than any other vitamin. Taking just the B 50 gives you about a third the energy of the B 100. Choline is a B vitamin that's a natural non edgy stimulant. I take two because this is the dose recommended on the Centrum Performance (energy boost vitamin) jug. B vitamin complex tabs are easy to find in any store like K Mart or the pharmacy. And for vitamins you can take WAIT FOR IT WAIT FOR IT!..
"Centrum Performance Vitamins"
This is alright if you have no kidney issues. Lots of people may and via the magnesium oxide in this vitamin (worthless magnesium the Centrum Company may have added for a more solid image, or the more innocent reason that it’s just harmful to the fewer numbers with kidney woes). Even so for most this formula you can get cheap (about 14) may be a real energy option. Just to be on the safe side, try a bit more and see how you feel, if a cushion is cozy, so lifes a beach.
If you can’t take the Centrum and want the energy vitamins listed on the jug in addition to the B vitamins in the complete list they are
Manganese
Vitamin E
Selenium
Vitamin C
These are the four most important Centrum antioxidants, good for energy to the cellular level, not just digestion of food like the B vitamins
The Centrum Energy herbs (energy for body and mind) are, (as above)
Panax Ginseng
and Ginko
RIBOSE
Ribose is a sugar that creates ATP, the main power molecule of the body, produced in the mighty mitochondria. Taking ATP in the wimpy dose like a gram in some suppliments is worthless because the heart alone uses 14 lbs of ATP a day. The ribose synthesises a lot more ATP from the a small amount of the ribose, so it’s viable. Ribose is not for those with blood sugar problems, but this is not yet completely proven.
Finally about your baseline energy you may ask, why are so many people tired with 99% of patients reporting fatigue to doctors? I believe this relates to conversational distractions ("noise"). 75 % of Americans live in the urban areas. All the noise is distracting, conversational distractions are proven to reduce efficiency by 50 to 80 % on the job. This wouldn't be found in evolution because it would hardly have been a survival advantage. Distraction isn't natural and wasn't with us then, it may be what causes the weary brain so many have. This would be the behavioural equivalent of increased Competition and reduced Resources, by way of the idea of reduced room for urban dwellers with overpopulation. The behaviour parallels and would seem to be much the same as the physical loss of room for most of the people, tough to live without. Click Here for My Complete Causology of OVERCROWDING, EVOLUTION, AND IT'S HISTORICAL INFLUENCE. Even so the GOOD NEWS with all the urbane noise it's true that silence is golden, and the truth abounds in quiet places, even with all the noise they now have headsets that reduce the noise by 97% (digital antinoise) the price is 400$ here in 11 08 but it may be lower in some months. Another option is to move out to the country, or the suburbs where research shows you are most in good health.
With all the options above you may boost your energy 10 billion percent or more!
So, good, you have your energy to exercise if needed, here’s how to exercise;
..
EXERCISE TIPS AND TRICKS
Though the above about the herbs and vitamins may be enough for anyone in moderate to good health to boost energy including atheletes, what I discuss here about exercise is not so much for the marathon swimmer who weight lifts (for real!) as for the majority of us who often want to find viable ways to exercise at least enough to lose weight and stay young 24,000 months when you breathe all the abc's in a college volume of math!
Training
No doubt, before starting and diet or exercise plan, consult your health care practitioner. And just think of me and how I must feel with this Caution! (
disclaimer for you..) To avoid accidents and fatigue, begin exercise training at a level somewhat above your level "on whensday".. Boost Force, Duration, and Rep time of the weight lifted gradually. It takes 4 to 8 weeks for a healthy person to achieve fitness from low to high levels. Work done per hour of exercise determines the worth of fitness you achieve.
CONDITIONING/DECONDITIONING
This is the fancy term for muscle soreness. You may read how anyone with much fitness has lots of this. In all my ten years of exercise, the only problem I’ve had was just for perhaps five days at the start, except when I would quit like for the Christmas high speed action and no more, this may be a problem for marathon runners but it may not be for moderate fitness, and moderate exercise is the most of worth for aerobic and other health. Too much or no exercise can be harmful, at other times of the month! At long last there's finally a way to solve most of the DOMS, Activive on your legs saving money too, as I say on my CFS page..
Sometimes even the best of exercise we find is not achieved and then we return and exercise a bit much or we have to work a lot for the worth of business, causing Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, DOMS. Fitness experts recommended to rest 48 hours and let your muscle heal, this is how new muscle is created. Both the exercise and rest perhaps with DOMS are needed or your muscles are damaged. I find minimum or not much DOMS with regular workouts, even so it's not for many that uncommon to have DOMS like after Xmas when lots of us are busy in many realms. The best way to recondition with Activive combined may be to just take one set of muscles like your legs and only start with perhaps 15 minutes of heavier exercise, then while in conditioning do perhaps 5 days of lighter exercise like walking and stretching, then resume the heavy exercise, till you legs are conditioned. Then repeat this process with your arms. While this doesn't stop muscle soreness like Activive by only exercising half of your muscles and just for say 15 minutes it minimizes the discomfort while you wait. After the 10 day conditioning phase keep on mind, you'll feel great if you also use the cleansing exercises (see STANDING SITTING EXERCISES, above on this page).
For relief from muscle soreness while your muscles are conditioning Olive Leaf Extract is also of value, Click Here. Olive Leaf extract is a herb with almost miraculous properties and when combined with MSM (a solvent which means MSM carries all sorts of compounds across barriers like skin or other tissue) MSM makes the Olive Leaf Extract much more powerful for high speed relief from DOMS. Is DOMS the opposite of DMSO? No, well researched MSM is! MSM may be like DMSO without all the terrible side effects of this industrial grade solvent, it's been found to cause permanent contraction of the bladder muscle and damage to the eye. MSM is made from DMSO. A good way to no have soreness is just to stay in shape and not over exercise Activive with moderrate exercise is better. This would be how evolution would have planned it, so we weren't in pain so much it would reduce out survival, even so you may find (liquid not the powder)Activive MSM and Olive Leaf Extract worth saving you from 3 days of pain once in a while. You can get MSM from stores like CVS pharmacy, More About Olive Leaf Extract..
STANDING SITTING EXERCISES
You may see you are more energised during your workout if you perhaps start with exercise such as slow then higher paced walking. After this warmup, try alternating sitting with standing exercises. This is more relaxing to your circulation power. It takes more energy to stand than to sit and more to sit than lie down. With the reduced labor you can use more of your power to build up more muscles while improving your circulation. A smile is not just a frown upside down, you are cleansing your circulation all around. More than one position is essentially more than one set of muscles. The cleansing muscles due to the one way valves that move your circulation in return to your heart not found in other muscles are your lower leg and lower arm muscles, "your second heart". When you get weary standing, you can continue without rest if you sit and exercise, a good lower power cleansing exercise e.g. when you're conditioning (getting your muscles fit at the start and you're sore) for your legs is to sit on the bed or chair and stretch foreward to feet with your arms, stretching the muscles of your upper legs while sitting, this is easier to cleanse your legs than standing up. When you exercise you may often be tired for hours in your legs "even if your legs feel fine" if you don't cleanse them by exercises like this too, by alternating positions with more cleansing, this is not the same as just doing standing exercises alone, it reduces fatigue and makes it so you can exercise in comfort where otherwise you couldn't.. Then when you’re a bit tired sitting you can go back to more refreshing walking or other exercises, and then return to sitting or sideways.
If you're like me and doing heavy pack lifts with my legs you may find it makes your legs sore after about say 8 lifts. A simple way to cleanse out your legs is by flexing your calves by spreading your legs while you stand and lifting the pack above your head, first with both legs and arms and then with arms above (in general a vertical lift with weights is best to start with to allow your arms time to build up, a good graduated arm lift is with weights lifted with support like the arms of a chair). There are only one way valves to the heart in the veins of the lower legs and the lower arms, the muscles there are the only cleansing muscles of the arms and legs. When you're doing heavy lifts with the pack it takes more of a flex of the lower leg muscles to cleanse them out. Thus, like the old adage the more you work out the more energy you get is true if your muscles are already conditioned. This use of the heavy pack lifts both for the exercise itself and the cleansing too makes it so you can go past the break even fitness level and you get more for the same workout at first just some then perhaps bocoups, like a profit and loss statement if you're doing better than breaking even and building up fitness and cleansing the toxology so you exercise in comfort and strength. Cleansing exercises may make the main distinction between your fitness or the lack of fitness.
A good cleansing exercise for the arms (after e.g. pushups) is to face away from the kitchen counter with your arms to the side and on the edge of the counter. Bend your knees downward while you flex your elbows and also grip the counter in and out with your hands (out like on the lower cabinet door inside). The gripping is important because it cleanses better. This exercise can be done at high speed.
..
Stretching Out While In Your Warmup
They’re finding this is not of worth before a workout. Who stretched in the evolution for millions of years before being chased by an elephant, "Wait a minute before you chase us, the marm always says to stretch before yoga!"
Stretching wouldn’t have had a survival advantage, on the other hand, fire was of worth. A fire exercise of mine is where you light a bit of wood and boost it with care up to a roaring flame. My workouts are like this. I exercise with slower, short motions, then longer and or faster motions, perhaps with or without weights, them more and/or longer and/or faster motions with heavier weights and so on, like lighting a small fire and building up from within. Another way of looking at this is that your muscles are like wax, if solid there is not much circulation, but if you move them and heat them gradually step by step, melt a little, move more, melt more yet, move more yet, eventually in say 30 minutes you move so fast and strong you can do your stronger exercises. First I stretch then flex then stretch more, in cycles, and so on, often after I let the stretched and flexed muscles rest awhile by flexing other muscles, like alternation of standing and sitting. The advantage is that many people will be out of reach of the heavy exercises without first building up their joints and circulation with each workout so it’s not so uncomfortable they can’t do it. (It often takes me 30 minutes to an hour to reach the heavy fast exercise without discomfort.) This about comfort mostly at all times is a mistake millions who don’t know how to diet and exercise make like about conditioning (in the above) this lack of comfort that many associate with workouts is not true or in evolution we would have been so hurt we would have gotten ill. CLICK HERE, WHERE ELSE! for my complete
EVOLUTION AS LIFE causology. Evolution has made it so like with memory where there is scientific proof we are the most able when we’re somewhat uncomfortable. Being a bit uncomfortable when you exercise is good, life is good exercise!
Keep in mind that too much or too little exercise is harmful, and it’s good not to compare your fitness level to others. Light weight bearing exercise and some heavier exercise are best, more heavy exercise has just somewhat more fitness boost, like how it takes 60 calories in 10 minutes to walk and just 70 calories to mow the lawn. Even so weight bearing exercise like lifting just a small jug of milk is one of the few or the only known way to increase bone density, you gain the same amount of bone you would otherwise lose by bone jarring and bweight bearing exercise. An easy way to always jar your leg bones lift your heels and then slam them down with each lift of the weight.
Exercise of more than about 50 minutes of fast walking or 300 calories a day is the break even point for weight loss, all exercise past 50 minutes goes to weight loss if your calories are low. Even so you want to stay in moderation.
If you cut your fat and sugar to below 55 grams each (think of sugar as fat) and exercise more than 50 minutes a day you’ll lose weight. Say you eat 25 grams of fat and 25 grams of sugar and exercise not 50 minutes but an hour and a half of fast walking and other higher speed low impact, non stressful exercise. This burns about 60 calories/10 minutes, so in the extra 40 minutes you’ll lose 240 calories, or around an ounce (or more with lower fat and sugar) that day. All without much strain just as evolution designed us. If you know you’re dieting, you’re doing it wrong! You should be in complete free fall, no discomfort, no hype, I’ll lose all my weight in orbit! My life path is a boost!
Starvation is worthless to lose weight as evolution would say, you just return to the weight you were, so merely reducing fat, sugar, and exercising is best, these don't cause discomfort, no pain, cyber brain.
About workouts an hour and 45 for me is too much and it’s so much so I often gain back some of the weight. I think of it not how I feel when exercising, which is like when in macho mode; rather the idea of exercise as a bite or a slice of life. Too much and you’ll be too strained and it hurts your diet more than helps. An hour and a half or an hour and 45 minutes is more optimal.
TIMING
They say to ruin an afternoon, just use an appointment at about say 22 hundred hours. If you think a lot about exercise, this reduces your chances of staying with it, so you want to have savvy about your time without having to check your watch so frequently you think it’s dumb. A way to time the hour and a half is to take strips of heavy paper or polyvynl and beside your unplugged in wall clock with the hours and hands, mark the hours from say 1 to 6 on one side and 7 to 12 on the other. You can tape the strips on both sides of the clock. I use the door frames. When I wake up to exercise in the AM I look up on the clock and then use clips on the strips, (big for hour small for minute). You can also use clips of other types to time events like washing laundry while you combine other activities with exercise for more efficiency. This way I always know just how I’ve been in the marathon, and just how many 100 mph you were when you passed that business airship in your sock powered helicopter! It’s good to also move the clip ahead say 5 if you stop for five minutes say to eat. The total time is the same you’ve worked out when you finish without the 5 minutes. To make sure I have lots of chances to remember to exercise all day, I just exercise in 10 or more minute standard units, this makes the exercise more like in evolution because I would often find myself thinking of other things and stop the workout and lose track of how much I had exercised. If you feel more like 20 minutes you can record this with the clip in the standard 10 minute units.
TIMING/DAYS
Its recommended by experts to take at least one day a week off from all exercise (light walking may be alright). And one day of heavy alternating with one day of light exercise. It’s easy to forget when you exercised, so like the clippety clock motif above (See Timing Your Labors of Life) a good timer for days is to mark the days of the week on say the edge of a picture in the kitchen, then use clips on it to mark the days. I use labels on the clip and or foil stars, red for heavy exercise days green for light, and gold when the day is of rest, and so on. Adhesive tape timer markers instead of clips will run out of adhesion, so clips with like foil stars on them are like a sticker that won’t wear out with the clips. Another method to keep track of exercise and other cycles like appointments, when food or money runs out, ect. is to mark jug lids like juice jugs with a sharp permanent marker all the way around and then I just use a clip on the side to mark the day, or ect. and the name of it. I have an entire wires worth of these because I punched a hole in each and lined them up well, all the cycles are easy to find and keep track of and I read them and edit to make sure I'm not overlooking my cycles of worth. This saves bootup time no cost like 100 dollars worth of batteries in 10 years or 100 for the machine. It's faster to access and will never melt down. And it's portable and fits right in a box or shelf.
TIMING MONTHS/WEEKS
Experts say it’s of real value to take a week off from all exercise about every 8 10 weeks. You only lose muscle after four weeks of deconditioning, so taking a week off won’t cause any muscle atrophy. The overall advantage of rest is great and you’ll be advancing more than if you exercised without rest. Don’t understimate it. Your brain will be boosted by the rest. To time this rest, just mark it on your month planner or where your cyber brain will see that you are wiser.
HOW TO REMEMBER TO EXERCISE/REDUCING HYPE WHILE BOOSTING EFFICIENCY
Like dieting hype, there is value in reducing it’s equivalent with exercise. One good way is to watch TV while you exercise (Zapping all Food commercials and hiding the scale, and so on has been found to be good for diets). The low information content of live TV (no sound) is distracting from other activities so I don't remember to do other non exercise stuff like read, and exercise in the AM is good so you're refreshed and don't think of other unimportant stuff, labor has its hour and so does mom. Reading health and fitness magazines is a goood way to remember too, you can get free subscriptions to health magazines like Energy Times. Another good way to boost your efficiency is to exercise clean, you end up more fit and with a cleaner environment, good for your den if in the MGM roar! HOW TO MAKE YOUR WORKOUTS MORE ACTIVE AND RESUME YOUR RESUME FROM THE START
..
It’s been well established that when you are building up more then just conditioning, by changing your workouts in more random ways it boosts fitness as much as 37%. If you don’t want to exercise all the way to the fitness club for 1000 an hour and shell out more for the advice of a yoga web guru, you can make a memo pad of line drawings of your labors, and custom build your exercise program to boost your labors. If you’ve done too many pushups say and want to build up your wife, look in your list, and lift her just right! CLICK HERE Click Here For Exercise Memo Plan to Boost Your Life.
Another good way to custom engineer your fitness program is to use an A to Z index and research on the web and just cut and paste in from the web or type in your own conclusions about the best exercises just for you from the web. You learn as you go and have high quality advice just for you without a bootup. This innovation I name the Toolbox method, and it's quite useful for any type of problem solving.
Click here For My Complete TOOLBOX Method. And another good method you can use to learn anything better is to make audio memos you can find and make one especially for exercise, or prayer about exercise, other things to learn while you exercise, and so on. Being able to find audio memos is far better than having a huge pile of them like I did with no way to know what they are because it's been found that an audio document is 4 or 5 times as memorable as a written audio document (whatever a written audio document is! I don't know!). This may sound like a commercial for a language course for foreigners, and this is true and "they say so!" My mother the English marm disagrees, she says audio is the same as written. I think it's better because when you go to college you learn faster with audio than just reading, I've heard that many people have learned languages on their own or in addition to college by just listening to audio con dios and boucoups of bushwah much and higher speed than by reading alone. My mother may not realize that while learning is somewhat improved by audio conversation heard, it's improved a lot more by making an audio of it and then rewinding it a few times, this is the main cause of the high res memory in college. BOOST YOUR HEART THE SAFEST WAY
Use the talk test; exercise so you can’t talk with ease, then slow down a bit till you revive, repeat. This has all the benefits of the same amount of continuous cardio workout without so much risk. Consult your physician if you have cardiovascular problems.
Disclaimer.
THE MAIN TYPES OF WORKOUT NEEDED TO MAINTAIN FITNESS
This is the minimum exercise needed to prevent bodily deterioration save muscle, improve your heart, bone mass, immunity and more (you can also save heat in the winter spring and fall by exercising in the AM and PM warms you up for 4 more hours a day if your heater is moderate);
At least 300 calories or 50 minutes a day of exercise like fast walking by burning energy to stop risk of obesity
At Least Twice a Week; stretch joints in complete range of motion to cleanse joints so they’re in good health
At least 5 minutes a day of cardio exercise heartbeat above 110 beats/m to maintain the health of your heart (See Above
BOOST YOUR HEART THE SAFEST WAY in this post).
At least 3 times a week your muscles must lift something like a sack of groceries. This works the muscles at more than half their maximum tension to maintain their power and strength. It’s not the number of lifts or length of time you lift, rather the weight you lift determines this.
To exercise both light and heavy in alternating days (not heavy all the time or more than a half hour, and 24 hours rest between heavy workouts are needed so your muscles recover and build up; without rest other than just light exercise on the second day your muscles would deteriorate not strengthen) the same hour and a half each exercise day and a half hour of the heavy is included in the hour and a half of the heavy day. This is where the worth of keeping track of what day I did what and when by the clips and watches is of worth. To know when I started the heavy exercise inside the light, another clip is used so the overall time is an hour and a half, and the half hour is also a half hour and no more, no less. SEE TIMING, EXERCISE on this post above.
The best overall plan for me has been three day cycles, a day of heavy exercise for a half hour plus the usual hour of light exercise like walking (many types of this lighter fast activity are of worth). The second day is just an hour and a half of this type of fast exercises of many genres, the third day is of rest. This method of three day cycles for a moderate exerciser with moderate fitness has three advantages, 3 days a week of fast/light and heavy exercise to stay fit, 5 days of lower power labor to lose weight, and 2 days a week of rest because moderation of worth too, and no doubt if or when my fitness is higher, one can just add more, like on one of the days of rest, and or boosting the workouts to higher levels.
