Here's My method to Improve or Cure any Illness With Herbs by taking many non herbs that operate by unlike pathways with some herbs at once to multiply the boost in natural, simple ways faster, such as by improving absorption like ceyanne of all other herbs without interaction, or vitamin D increases absorption of other minerals by 50%. This often works much better than any one thing you can buy because it's cheap and powerful. It nourishes and cleanses in ways doctors are unaware of. For example with prostatitis I've found no site or herb out of about 100 that is better than use of this motif combined with the best herbs for it. This may often much achieve more than a 200 an hour orthodontist, and no toothache! This is not medical advice. Click Here for more about prostate herbs.

"For Warm Feet, Wear a Hat"....

..

is old advice-Or to paraphrase Groucho, Wear a sofa all the time it's warmer!

....

Modern research proves that warm hands and feet aren't just for comfort, they're essential for health and well being. For maximum comfort at November 25th on Bankslending (my house has lots of branches of the wreath) I recommend insulated overshoes. I know this well because I had cold feet for 20 years one month! What I've been through to find warm feet in many ways was an incredible journey, seemingly simple yet amazing enough and finally I solved it for you and me.

As the years went on it became obvious the problem was much more of a labor to solve in cooler weather than it seemed (or was it? As it turns out there are easy way to real comfort, just by knowing how, more about this below). Here's what I went through to find your answer, for me and for you if you have cold feet too! I wore mukluks, deep space aluminum socks, heated health socks with oats in a sock, "Lava Boots" (microwavable boots), thinsulate socks, battery heated socks, and so on so, higher up than a heat wave. The mucklucs were clunk and caused huge friction on my feet, I had to walk all the way back up to NW Territories for a refund! The deep space aluminum socks are used in Space Stations, I did without cozy footwear at 67,000 mph and saw starships! While I arrived here the month before in each go round, the heated oat socks were warm in the Radarange but cold and moist in a half an hour and I had to get out of my boots to add more, and what they don't say in the commercial for these is that you can't wear them inside your shoes. They're too big, and with moisture in the microwave and near your foot, they have odor. So you wear your health socks with nothing but cold air, like wearing a pair of dead fish on your feet in the weather for 20$ that cost them 20 cents to make! I tried cutting open a pair of shoes in hopes of putting health sock type heaters in them, sealed with hook and loop, but they didn't seal, were unbeautious, I would lose too much heat and they had the other problems of health socks like odor. The Lava Boots were Here Today Gone to Maui. The thinsulate socks were cheap, except the price-it was luxury size! The battery heated socks had a big heavy battery at no charge except 70$ a week and they were of no heat value. I've heard of people who tried heating their feetwear from the outside with an electric range by opening the oven door and tipping them on the rack, this heats feet well for perhaps 20 minutes, but if you called the Radar Range ranger who sells the stoves, they may say it's unsafe because it could burn out the thermostat and cause real problems. And not only this, 20 minutes is not long to heat, the shoes could catch on fire if not careful, and the burning socks or the melting foam of the feetwear sometimes would cause fumes. Because of this about the oven some people have even tried then to climb up on the shelf by the range and heat their feetwear with the burners or tip back on the chair with feet up on the top near the burners in hopes to heat their feet this way. This still has the problem of short heating time, fumes, and risk of fire. All this just to have cozy feet! The rest of the person is cozy with low blood pressure, just the feet were cold. And all this is just a memo list. All over the airwaves of the mass media you see all these ads promising warm feet, with R&D like mine however, hold tight, your chances of cozy feet with me are much higher, I actually had cold feet! Low blood pressure is healthy while doctors praise you. Feet are not all I'm made of, I have many other activites like on my Main Science Site but for long life doctors recommend regular visits to the podiatrist and the dentist in addition to other more common health care, so cold feet may be comparable to having a toothache all the time, except-as it turns out, there are easy ways to solve this problem with the right savvy. You won't have to wait ten or twenty years for relief like many have, in 15 minutes of reading about this with me you'll know how to have warm feet for life.

You Don't Know What I've Been Rue Looking For An Afterlife For You! AN AFTERLIFE where hot socks are always fuzzy, and without pill machines to oversharpen them if you wear them while in a wild west show! If you have feet like me LIKE WOW I sympathise 24/7!

Cliff's Notes To Cozy Feet; Pour rice and salt in just a 4 inch parsley or other poly herb jug and use these for microwaveable warmers 2 per foot inside your insulated socks and boots. Combine with Wik A Way socks (best by far for this) to Dry Them see Below. Use of polypropylene underwear (like Wickers) is like having a big dry sock all the way up your leg and much increased surface area with great tempertaue evenness otherwise not found if your clothes feel cold or hot to the touch, and so on. For low mobility and more reliable warmth is lightweight special insulation, not all insulation is the same, more about this. Boot heaters are best for high mobility/fast heat/and general coziness, and insulation/boot heater used together are the most cozy of all ! Two more of the foot warmers are also cheap reliable great handwarmers, for details about other types of hand and foot warmers, how to make them, contrast with other warmers and why these are better, and disclaimer, read on...

Finally after all my research and footnotes in health boom box science I found real relief, "boot blankets" and then insulated overshoes, you put these on outside your boot and they are real warm, warmer than Three Mile Island, like the old song "You Light Up My Life"! Even better is using microwave heater power inside them (read on) I have warm toasty feet and here's proof. When you go to sleep are your feet much cold? Mine never were. So my conclusion is more of the only reasons I was having bootups without heat was about insulation ot the equivalent lack of motive heat. The overshoes, like boot blankets, wrap around the outside of your boot with insulation, unlike boot blankets they are for walking and are commodious. (And I don't have to walk in a semi weigh in station to find out if I lost 25) I recommend www.gemplers.com I haven't tried the insulated boots, I just bought the Traveller and added insulation such as pot holders with duck tape (between boot and overboot) so some socks are on hand... The best insulation for this plan is a flat light weight insulation you can cut to fit the base and insulation like thick shelf liner also cut in bands to wrap around the ankle of your inner boot between the boot and outer overwear. For the top and lower sides of your feet, other than the base and ankles best may be insulation like oven mitts. They're lighter and can be cut to fit and duct taped to outside the inner boot, like a santa boot the outside around the top can carry more insulation weight because further down the boot is a weight to lift each time you lift your foot to walk, while higher up around your ankles heavier insulation like the shelf liners is of reduced weight to lift even though your foot is much warmer by heating and circulation to and from your foot. You may save much if you buy cheap light insulated boots and use the outerboot method of much reduction of wear on your boots. I've already saved twice the price on boots and these outer boots are so durable I may never have to buy winter footwear again. They're also real comfortable, easier to put on and off and they're a nice hunter hue, so easy to clean, a forest primeval! Mucklucs are far too heavy, the ones I bought were rated to 100 below, and they were like big blocks of ice on my feet. Unlike outer rubber boots, these are synthesised, won't wear out and are completely waterproof so they'll never leak. This plan of insulation may be best because it's more reliable, all you have to do is put them on to heat up, if you just forget the heaters even once without the insulation you may be in real discomfort. For faster heat like when you lose your heat or for just cozy luxury, microwave boot heaters are even better inside these boots. And the heaters are especially good for handwarmers. Unlike the insulation however, boot heaters in lighter weight boots are better for walking mostly.

The inner boot can be cheap (no wear, they last years, for boots I bought cheap Explorers with thinsulate from K Mart, just 12$ They don't wear out because they're shielded inside the lightweight synth cheap comfortable inner boot, you save a lot on boots (like 100's with years with a good looking outer boot) and real cozy)) inside the larger boot blankets (bought mine at Cabela's a midwest hunting/fishing business you can find on the web I've been doing biz with for about 10 years). While your feet heat up it often takes a while. Better yet while you wear boots to e.g. power up fast while you wait for the insulation to heat up is to microwave a pair or 2 of socks or other Heat Storage Modules of Science and FM and wear them inside the boots with insulation you then retain this heat, it dries them SOOO COOOMFY. While the "health socks" with the oats sewn in are good for warm feet they won't fit inside your feetwear and are odorous, this is clean. I've seen where they sell these Poly socks for the radar range that are presumed to be better than other socks about flames. You know it's hot in August if you see the weather woman turns on her fan, her fan has flames as she spins around! To save heat when you warm your head indoors, it's good to wear a parka type hat you can raise and lower, otherwise your hat will over or under heat, to generally stay warm in the colder weather you can wear a hat inside the parka, and then you can use the parka to modulate this warmer temperature so you don't lose too much heat or overheat.

COLD FEET WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING can be solved by buying a sleeping bag (15 to 20 at stores like Wal Mart) and tying the cords used to roll it up to the foot of your bed frame. Unzip the sleeping bag except at the feet where it's tucked underneath and use it like a heavier blanket. Your feet may seem too hot before you go to sleep in the sleeping bag at night but this is solved just by removing socks, the general warmth around your legs and feet will keep your feet warm enough without overheating. The lighter rug is at the other end of the bed for warmer weather. With the sleeping bag tied at the foot of the bed it's easy to get in and out for sleepwalking to the Fast Room without the sleeping bag sliding off you bed. The sleeping bag I count as the equivalent of four layers of blanket, about one layer per 10 degrees outside.

For fast heat I recommend putting your blanket in the dryer and then get under the blanket in bed or putting socks in the dryer while you wear them, with your active schedule!

You may ask, why not just use the feet warmers you buy in stores you shake, or Microwavable Foot Warmers?? I'm glad you ask about this and keep me aware like in optimalology where they research how to be an optimist! Radarange boot heaters you make yourself are much cheaper than 40$ (for the store bought ones on the site) and they stay warm longer, and are both for indoor and outdoor use. Why not use boot drying machines, you may wonder? They too are expensive, they take much longer for relief, they may be a fire hazard (microwave ovens have a proven safety record), they don't actually add more heat like boot warmers, they don't add insulation like the insulated boots (although they can be combined for even better warmth) and the socks use reduced room (see below).

And these cheap boot heaters are much better than the chemical foot warmers you shake for heat because it's of worth for your outside (I don't recommend contact on skin even so), kid safe, you don't need ventilation in your boot (this warms the feet warmers a lot on a cold afternoon, no doubt!) no lump in your socks (put the jug inside a big sock to smooth it in). The heat is fast (you don't have to wait 20 minutes) the heat is reliable and (see above) dry (often the iron powered feet warmers fail). Unlike leather heaters from the radarange, jugs of water (like mustard jugs) or jugs of something like salt, dry noninstant rice, or wheat won't harm your socks or eyes for hand warmers, are better for the animal you save, and the jugs are easier to just add in the side of your insulated boot. Your circulation carries the heat, the heat is even (and with more jugs, more heat cheap) nonpolluting, and they cost much less than 30 dollars a month or 200 dollars a year these heaters would, and the heat is much more cozy. I use a bit of cinnamon in the hand warmers for good breath assure. Blend salt and rice in a small bowl for even heat then funnel them in the 5 oz. ceramic jug. For more heat when my feet are cold before I put them in the boot, I used to use a poly bag like an air bag kids wear to swim with you buy in the summer filled with waves in Oct.sales, which has all the advantages of a leather microwaved footwarmer, it's easy to make and easy to add to your feet without taking off your boot and so you lose less heat. The bags have a more even heat than solid jugs and they fit in your boot more comfy, the heat goes where a Christmas Science would say, search the web, think and you shall find bright people are just as sharp when they sharpen their fez! While bags of water are good, they may not be as good as just sewing (noninstant) rice in tube socks, the water bags I've used leak sooner or later just when the water is most hot and burns you. Tube socks take a bit more labor to make (CLICK HERE FOR 12 SEWING TIPS so don't you need a sewing machine for sewing like I do just once in many months, saving room and cash and so your gold watch is worth more than money) I thought they would be the best in the long run, better than water bags which are not without leaks. Turns out the best of all are a couple of hand warmers used to heat your feet instead inside each outer 1 or 2 pairs of socks. It takes much longer to sew the socks than to just pour rice and salt in just a 4 inch herb or other jug. Mostly the problem with big sewn sock foot warmers is that like oat filled health socks you buy, they just don't heat, and unlike the water bags the water isn't sloshed around for more of the heat to circulate and reach your feet, so a reduced heating of your feet is achieved. The socks can burn much more than the herb jugs, if the socks are just a bit to big they don't heat anyway, and if a bit too small they may be too crispy and catch fire. With the smaller herb jugs (2 on each foot inside your outer socks inside the insulated overshoes to hold the heat for hours) turn the Radar Range to high for 30- seconds per heater the same as when used for the pocket warmers (where you just use one of these per pocket since hands are not so big as socks, mine aren't anyhow!) Unlike the big socks filled with rice and salt I've never had them catch fire, and they heat much better, without the leaks like water bags. With two smaller doses of heat the heating is more gradual so you can control it well. One good moreso is if you use coolers of the same type stored in fridge if your feet overheat which can be a problem. A wide thin poly jug for heat of like the size of a round Altoids box, with boots of width would obviously be of worth if you go in for the jugs for feet heat, just a round jug will leave air leaks on the side, jugs have some advantage over the bags because they're easy to insert in the wide tops of wide boots. You can open both your inner and outer boot, insert the heaters, then cinch them tight with the hook and loop, and press in the heat while you seal your boot, when you walk around the heat is more evenly distributed around your feet. Insulated bib overalls with these methods are also good for cold feet but they weigh about 2 and 1/2 times as much as the socks-in-box-in-boot, so they aren't as mobile or easy to get in and out of, they aren't nearly as cozy and toasty for feet and they often over heat, which the boots do not because you can easily remove the heaters if too hot. Bibs are good for outdoors, except if the boss has turned up the airconditioner in the heat too much. Appointments in luxury offices can be a major pain in summer or even in winter. If your're a dog who types this may make it where you type out a great memo pad on all of your web sites! For moderately cool weather, there's no need for the heavier shoes with the water heaters because the best socks for dry feet I've ever worn in 30 years are Remington Wick Away Boot Socks. I tried many types of socks, wool socks were totally soggy and heavy in an hour or two, cotton tube socks are dry longer but then they lose power in about three hours, but the Remingtons last almost all day. They're 65% acrylic, 20% wool , 14% stretch nylon, and 1% spandex. While the heaters are by far the best for warm feet in colder weather (like below 30 outside) these are better for most other winter days and indoors, worn by the wicking witch of the east, she's a great and good witch! Before this and the boot heaters I was in huge pain even on most spring and fall days when it was "warm weather" outside with the heat up to 60! Remington socks from the outdoors room of Kmart are more portable and lightweight than a heater and super comfortable. If you can't find Remingtons try other socks in the sporting good department, white tube socks are too loud and go boom like Remington rifles, grey is easier to keep clean in general. You may find that if you wear three pairs of these the Remingtons are so wicking they might work too well and your feet would overheat. To solve this and add more insulation I use an inner pair of mere cotton tube socks, this is not so wicking and the if it's a bit moist this cools your foot and you stay warm just right with the outer socks both. You can buy the shoes with a sort of ventilation layer that adds room between your foot and sock to reduce overheating, but these are expensive, and not as easy or as rich (You're the MC of the Pumps!) in WoolWorth like tube socks. One good thing about Wik a Way is they're self drying too. When you try to dry any other type of socks I've ever seen it takes about two days, the Wika Ways dry completely overnight, it's like having 10 more pairs of socks in the same amount of storage room, and they're even good in terms of beauty, off brown and off light green.

For moderately cool weather like saving heat indoors, I recommend wicking underwear, like Wickers, don't know about other brands, they had no Wikawa at the sites I read and the great thing about underwear of the same blend as the socks, is they keep you dry, so to save heat and so on you don't need so many layers of pants, other than bibs for the deeper winter. And once you buy the underwear it won't wear out like the socks with no rubbing on your feet.

Combining these methods with an (electric) oil filled space heater is great for computation while I type, like, ya know write at this moment! It costs about 25 a month and takes a while to heat up, but it's a deep radiant heat that goes deeper in. Being higher up, the heaters of this sort are easier to reach the off, and safer than ceramic heaters. Mine cost about 40 at Kmart, and it has a more elaborate thermostat than cheaper heaters. Even while it's safer it has a caution light, and it's possible at too high temperature it would burn out the thermostat and start real outdoors heat. Thus it's best to keep the settings moderate and the bibs, socks, underwear and so on are both a way to save heat and cost while you are safe twice often.

Cold hands and feet while you type? Even lots of doctors have this in the in the heat in summer with the airconditioner. It's good to use a clip on heat lamp for the desk, not a heater! Just 15 bucks or so, cheaper. I'm never a month late to labor, not because the labor's slow, because the wife bakes lots of fast food! The foam in your rugs and other cushions may be highly flammable and they say there's usually no way to know if they use fire stopping chemicals. Aim the lamp to a narrow area of your desk so it's good for eyes and it won't fall like a heater may and uses much less power to heat hands. The best way to warm hands seems to be to use the boot heaters (jugs of salt and rice) in sewn in pockets like in the memo above. There's enough radiant heat to make your hands so warm you don't need gloves indoors if your boss likes too much air conditioning and not so giant the mainframe may sag! With light gloves you can also modify the heat so it's not too sharp from the Microwave in your pocket and cool your hands a good bit and not too much. When the heat is cool a bit remove the gloves and grip your hand on the jug turning it around for more heat as you use it. If you were cold before, you may find it wasn't that you were cold, it's just that you were actually never warm. Another Safer Way To Save on Heat In Winter with Portable Heaters.

~~

~~

I read a book about the evolution of machines "shepherds in the plateau of Tibet stay warm by wearing stoves inside their coats." I wondered why almost all the other people in the world in history of the higher latitudes hadn't tried this, it's a good idea.

How could they keep the fire going without going up in heat? Just add more more Calciyums at Christmas! Good for hearthburn... and I have warm hands and a cozy stomach for hours because the insulation holds in the heat, and when socks are used you can beautify your heat. If your head is warm your feet are cold and you see dotcoms in front of your eyes, you're probably doing this well, especially if your hands are warm-with polka dot sock on your head! And if you decide you also want toasty warm feet in March-you already will have, at Christmas!

I put the heaters in in the AM when out roaming around and am comfy for a comparable number of hours hand warmers that use compounds are good for that cost and may be harmful to the enviroment..(they say no, this helps the economy, me, I'm the singing chipmunk who always watches the "How to Be Rich" and save more station for you..) Other types of pocket warmers may be ones that heat up when you squeeze or windup warmers for the brain outdoors. A jug is easier and fast to make and won't leak, these are best for hand warmth. The salt jugs are good for hands because they are small like your hands and are more predictable in heat just for hands, you don't have to squeeze around in your pocket so much, and they heat fast. You may want to innovate with your heater contents, water takes a bit more time to heat but the heat is more general and lasts more even if a bit too hot. Solid stuff like salt heats but loses more power than water. Even so it's good to have heat fast and water may leak, so using the salt to start and other contents or even storing the heat in a thermos till needed in sequence may be of worth as you go hybrid. Just shake a moist warmer for more heat. If it's hot for your hand adjust the water to fit if the microwave has buttons that won't tap without too many taps of the timer. Reach in and out to modulate with each go round of the heat from the microwave. WHEN TRYING ANY NEW ITEM IN THE MICROWAVE, MAKE A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF THE TIME TO HEAT IT SAFELY AND HEAT IT HALF THIS MUCH, THEN HEAT IT MORE WITH MEDIUM SIZED BITES OF HEAT, THEN FINE TUNE. THE TOTAL SAFE HEAT TIME IS FOUND BY REFINING THIS METHOD, WITH A GOOD BIT LESS HEAT THAN IS NEEDED OR THET WOULD BURN YOU OR WHAT IS MICROWAVED. BE SURE TO WATCH THE EDGES OF ITEMS LIKE SOCKS FOR BEING TOO CRISP AND DRY (MAY CATCH FIRE WITH FUMES) REDUCE HEAT AND/OR ADD A BIT OF MOISTURE TO CLOTH TO SOLVE. BE SURE TO HEAT LOWER THAN YOU NEED ESPECIALLY WITH SOLID HEATERS, IT CAN BURN YOU SO ALSO USE ZIP LOCS TO SLOW THE RADIANCE, A GOOD METHOD GENERALLY FOR SAFETY MAY BE TO SEW IN DOUBLE POCKETS WITH CLOTH LIKE BLUE JEANS, SO WHEN IT"S TOO HOT AT THE START, YOUR HAND HAS AUTOMATIC SHIELDING WITH THE JUG IN THE INNER POCKET, YOUR POCKET IS WARM BUT YOUR HAND ISN'T BURNT. IN ALL THE TIME USING THIS METHOD MY HAND HAS HAD NO PROBLEM, EVEN SO SAFETY IS OF WORTH TO ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION. EVEN THOUGH WE EAT FOOD FROM THESE HEAT MACHINES IT'S NOT TOTALLY KNOWN TO BE SAFE. CERAMICS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR ALL HEATERS AND COOKING FOOD, I'VE HEARD MORE RECENTLY THEY SAY PLASTIC IN THE MICROWAVE MAY BE CARCINOGENIC. Gloves or other shields like sewn in two layer pockets or microwave safe jugs are recommended. Wouldn't it be hoot if microwave containers were invented that would heat up and use the extra heat if it was too much to make both more even heat and no overheat? The heat beyond a certain level would close heat valves, and would stop heat flow inward. To not burn out the heat cut off mechanism of the microwave oven when you open the oven be sure to turn off all operation lights on the Radarange before you open the door. Please see my Disclaimer or at bottom of post below this memo of Your Royal Zoom site.

ITCHING WHEN YOU WEAR BOOTS?

..

Agricultural Cultivators, Outdoors Santa, Postal Corriors, and others may have this problem There are two ways to control or solve this. One is to seal off the air so no germs can build up in socks. You may notice the itching is most near the top of your boot. This is because the germs can only function well with air and moisture. My legs never would itch anywhere except the more open air between socks and the leg of my pants, with both moisture and air, moisture alone isn't enough. Sealing off the air around this area will help reduce the itching. To seal off the air, a good trick is to use snug tight fitting underwear with wicking power like polypropylene that seals of the area between your sock and your upper leg. The drying is a way to stop the itching too. No doubt it's good to wash your socks. If you have itching bumps with pus, you may have staph, curable with good hygiene and antibacterial soap or cleanser with mupirocin. One problem with polypropylene is though it wicks away from skin, it holds it own moisture, and this is tougher to clean. Odor control polypropylene now sold may be a good solution. Another good way to seal off the air around you ankles if you have to wear heavy clothes all day is to simply use wide tape like 2 inch paper tape or tough transparent tape taped rather loosly around your ankle sealed by the polypropylene. This both reduces the air and the circulation of the air too. If you have trouble cleaning your conventional polypropylene and have odor, try Febreeze, all natural or moreso, great for anything you can't wash in the washing machine like shoes. One good way to cleanse your skin is to spray some hydrogen peroxide, it eats up bacilli, even so hydrogen peroxide is not for use over large areas or for long term use. I use it especially after exercise. Though baking soda has been long known to work well for underarm odor, baking soda is tougher to apply to your legs, and it turns out, unlike hydrogen peroxide, baking soda makes your groin and feet miserable and cold, like walking in a tub of salt water all day. H2O2is good as far as it goes, say if you can't find the H2O2 a while at the resort, hydrogen peroxide is an easier to use underarm deodorant, one hand to spray. Baking soda takes two hands and is slower to pour out in your hand to use.

One problem about Wik a Way is they cost about 28 for enough to be of most worth, 5 or 6 pair, but they wear in a year or two. The method of using a cheap inner insulation layer and an outer shield, for durable, truth, and beauty, can also be used to save hundreds on socks, coats, and other clothes with an outer rather beautiful shield layer for each. HOW TO STAY COOLER IN SUMMER

..Link

By far the most cool motif I've found outdoors in the heat is a jug of water you spray on your face, arms, and legs (I wear shorts). This is so comfortable in the heat you just need to add more power by cooling the jug in the refrigerator just three days a year, it's way cool on other days. To store the jug in the box I use the spray handle to go over the beam in the side of the door of the cooler, I just open the door and it's always there in reach, if you're thirsty in the heat you just use the jug for a fountain of refresher. (If you use the motif of locking your jug below I don't recommend using the jug for thirst. To walk the sprayer of jug loops on your belt (or better on your backpack loop so less risk of the jug dropping higher up). The problem here is the top comes unattached as you walk. So to stop the top from twirling off and a visit from the safety council Safe Advisory Federation, ("Just Jump In!") I put a pushpin sort of thumbtack in the side of the jug where it would untwirl, a "lock" on the sprayer top so it can looped even with jostles. To add water I just pull, and put the twirl stop on if the jug is thus a slosh jug. You'll want the jug in reach, so better may be just to hold the jug by the top of the jug in your hand, it won't untwirl and is simple to hold by the weight without holding as if you were in spray mode. Wal Mart Has better spray jugs than elsewhere, they spray both large and small drops at the same time for more complete cool. This is much cheaper than to carry heat if the heat may melt!

A more computerized version of the water jug may save lives. You may read about the football coach who was charged with murder this month because one of the players died in the heat last summer while in training practice. And 16 football players major and minor league have died in the heat in the last 3 years. To save lives from the heat, a stomach belt filled with water has been devised that with each pump of the foot down from the resevoir could spray a mist up to the waist, and on the shoulders sprayers could cool both the head and torso. The water jugs could be both for drinking water and they would make good shields from impact. Sensors would sense when the person overheats and turn on the spray. It may just take one jug to save lives for the hour or two of practice. This football outfit might cost a bit more, but it could have saved those 16 families the loss of their sons. Coaches want to coach and players want to play, often at the same hour, this would make it a safe and more wild celebration!

How to Easily Stay Cool Indoors In Summer to Save On Air Conditioners and Humidifiers

..

Humidifiers are good but they cost and you have to add water to them often. The outdoor sprayer trick is not as easy indoors when you're doing other stuff. I use my air conditioner just to sleep because it costs three times as much to cool as to heat a degree. Here's a trick I use to cool my amazing feat; In the winter you get cold feet by constriction of your circulation by way of cold CCC, Cold Constricts Capillarys. What happens is you get cold feet, this constricts your circulation. Circulation is warmth, so your feet are cooled, this constricts your circulation more yet and so on, terrible for winter, but good for the heat of 100, or top 40, much better. Moreso your feet are your bodies thermostat, cool them and you feel cool all over. So to make use of these bits of bee bytes about the science of heat of physiology, first with clean feet, put on some clean socks to walk around in. Pour a puddle of water on the clean floor, like in the kitchen or out of the path of the hound surround. Walk in the water to get your socks like cotton socks moist, bad how they hold water in winter, good for summer. With your socks moist you have the same method your feet are too cool in winter, may the force be with you! If you want more cool, sit and power up your box fan, mine's cheap and so of special worth. While the water stays near your feet much longer than a spray, to add more water, just walk in the pool of water for more. This may even work for sleep because I'm only awake at first to know if I'm saying AAAH!, OUCH, saving a lot of cash in summer while you feel as rich as a machine that moves the world.

WHY I COUNCIL AGAINST ELECTRIC BLANKETS

There may be fire retardant in your bed and it's flammable as it is much inflammable! I've heard they use cheap wires on electric blankets and they melt and go up in foams. Mine is breath powered in just a bit before I yawn and sniff and not UL Listed. I would yellUL real loud when my house was the towering outferno. Body heat is 98 already so I'm always comfy. There were no electric blankets in most of history and I've read of no ancient cold feet. If you want to save heat it's not uncomfy in the morning by this method, if you wear warm outfits so you retain your heat when you arise and shine. The flame retardant is also why I council against candles and incense in rooms other than such as the kitchen or bathroom without rugs and cushions and lots of porcelean to put your flame on with shining sparkly spiffed up clean that reaches all the way to where The Merry Maids are in your room.

Easy Ways to Reduce Risk of Toothache While Improving Your Pleasure In Life (The Real Cinema IV and VI!)

Periodontal illness is associated with more risk of cardiovascular woes, it's perhaps as much important to diagnosis as other risks associated with it including high calcium, blood pressure, and so on.

. To keep your teeth for more of your life even if, like me you like just a small bit of honey for a salt substitute on biscuits that are like a half hour Brush My Breath infomercial, I use the usual methods liked by your dentist like a flossbrush. I've considered brushing itself to be like how opthomologists charge 800 for a wire frame that may be worth 10. Brushing spreads the germs around well so first at any rate it's better to rinse with a mouthwash like Plax. Another method I use is when I sip from jugs of juice off and on is just add water to the juice, for my sweet room in the roof of my mirth. With this method you won't have to chew and if you let the juice roll from the front of your uplifted tongue to your throat by a lift of the sides of your tongue to form a v shape, you bypass your valuable chomps so you may go without tooth dents or other prices the the tooth doctors hide behind the golden tin grin. This method of juicing without chewing just as with all sweets is important to be combined with fiber so you don't spike your insulin (we're all at risk sooner or later, without fiber, at any rate). These methods are used in combination with drying, which is the most effective way to save your teeth, because germs can't live without moisture. When you use drying herbs or also use water, you often may find it hurts more when your mouth is moist if an inflammation is present than without the water because with water the bacillus can cause problems, and without it they can't even with sugar. See link below for more. Another way to reduce sugar density is to use a jug of say V8, and blend the V8 in your mouth with the juice, this reduces your sugar consumption by half or more in your mouth and tastes more like a real lunch. While this may seem like a small change, it may make it so you save 1000's in dental bills and lots of pain while having taste that's not so boring. Be sure to put the juice like V8 or drying herb in your mouth first, then the more sweet juice so the sugar is not in contact with your teeth at high density. If you sometimes forget and the sugar is in your mouth first, hold it up with your tounge to the roof of your mouth so it's out of contact with your teeth while you go to get the V8 or other juice of this type.

Olive Leaf extract, a miraculous herb that's antiviral, antibiotic, antiparasitic, and an immune booster, and so on. It may be a better mouthwash than any other herb, especially for prevention (like for children). It may well be the most amazing herb in the history of medicine, it's being used to treat malaria, polio 1 and 2, about 20 other types of viruses, parasites and many more illnesses like tropical illness. To use as a mouthwash, use dry from the capsule with your own saliva to concentrate the dose. Apply to gums with a flosser and a cotton swab. Makes a great painkiller by killing the microbes and boosting your mouths immunity. Relief in seconds that lasts for hours. More about Olive Leaf.

An easier and faster method than brushing I use if I'm multitasking already is just to slosh around water and baking soda in my mouth after meals. Baking soda with water may not be nearly as good as drying hebs however because it's cleansing but moist. Dry baking soda is good on the gums, press in. These methods is especially of worth if the drying food is a herb that builds up your mouth's immune system. More about this Drying/Immune Boost Method.Link

Colostrum on a toothache has relieved pain in seconds for millions in the US, I tried this after months of trying other herbs, salt water, and so on. And the relief lasts for your mouth with no side effects. If you have an inflammation of your gums or other woes of this sort you must also see your dentist, but while you wait and for general prevention, this may be of real value. Or Colostrum for any type of inflammation. Colostrum is from cows milk. I pulverize just a tab and put a bit of water on my hand or finger to apply it, and it will last about of month of uses. I used to soak whole pills in water but it goes rancid in about 5 days, if you'd like to add it to large areas dermally, just soak the tabs in water to use, but for toothache, bursitis, headache, sinusitis, and so on, the powder on your wet hand is easier and cheaper.

A real good way to reach between your teeth with any medicine or such as Plax (the antiplak mouthrinse) or colostrum, salt water ect.,is via putting the medicine or herb on a bit of moistened floss like the disposable flossed arches and you floss between your teeth with it, so non munchy and mostly real. If the herb is somewhat unsafe, you use a safer amount. For gum problems, toothpicks are cheaper or for more precision, a sewing pin with the end cut with a pair of wire cutters so it's not sharp. Be sure to use one at a time for the area between each tooth, to minimize risk of spreading the inflammation, a lot more of worth. About your gums, a good way to improve your risk of pleasure is to use the herb or other mouth aid not just between your teeth, but also with the herb around the gums on the sides of your teeth. Flossing or gargling won't reach it here well, brushing somewhat well, but this reaches better.

In general if you have any woe that is near or of your skin, it's often better to try the herbs nearer the tissue you'd want to improve first. It's not so toxic, it's cheap and with lower risk of interactions and often many times more of value.

Since it's an immune booster, Colostrum seems to be a dermal good clean speech softwear machine no mime will cuss, good to smooth skin bumps (in combination and or rotation with other immune boosters). Here too, no doubt, this is not medical advice, see your doctor. See also Inflammation, below for more about colostrum, great for CFS. You can get Colostrum, 120 tabs from www.puritan.com for about 22$. Puritan's Pride is a wholesale vitamin store in NY. They're a big business so they're able to offer the most value and are reputable, I've been a supporter of this sort of Puritans since before 1607!

Combinations of gentle herbs that operate by different pathways, are much more of power and rotation of these motifs so

For toothache Oragel helps, it costs ten bucks a tube and I've had mine many years. But it's not for long term use like colostrum. The good thing about colostrum compared to other mouth aids,it doesn't just kill the bacilli or mask the symptoms, it builds up your bodies defenses over years, so a good defense may be first to stop them so you're in the right general realm and then an hour after I use colostrum. Along with more usual motifs like the above I think of colostrum as good for general dental health. For added power you can also try the following although they may have more side effects

.Cloves or Ceyanne or sage are thought to be of value to rub on your tooth (use a toothpick, one end for each room between teeth, so the inflammation won't spread), add ceyanne with the cloves, it multiplies up the power of all herbs. Ceyanne may be safer, sage has thujone which is considered not as safe. For short term use it's considered safe, it's the main active ingredient in many mouthwashes. Garlic is of worth for many health issues. There is garlic that actually has good flavor (think pizza hoot). Powdered, like many powdered herbs it's hugely bitter, to take powdered garlic, powdered onions or other bitter but healthy dish, I buy jugs of juice and add half a jug of water or more to the jug, then add the garlic or onion or other herb. Too much juice sugar is too extreme, if you add the water, the juice takes most of the sourness out of the garlic or other healthy dish, and the flavor left contrasts the juice well, you get all the healthy power with ease and it makes a good food substitute (see below, How I Lost Weight) no fat low calories easy to make, cheap, low sugar, and it's filling.

Clean Hands And Health

Doctors and nurses often don't wash their hands when they aid patients. I look at this from their point of view; with the cozy cool air conditioned office in summmer, and doctors being in a hurry, they just forget because it hurts their hands in the luxury suite. In cold weather I have heat, the heat from a pump which is cool and saving a million so I just use baking soda which is dry on hand, so if you are a nurse or doctor using a dry hand cleanser or baking soda may be of plus aid both for you and the patient. Baking soda is a good method for outdoorsmen on hands, to reduce risk viruses or other bacilli it's good in pockets.
Atkins I think the premise is unfounded about the Atkins diet. I've heard (I stretch my ears. You've heard of what they say "No matter where you go, you're where you are? "My splurge ship realtor hasn't! She runs a nonprofit business!) the assumption of the Atkins diet was that if you eat carbs it spikes your insulin and this evokes diabetes. They recommend meat and protein in the Atkins diet because this is assumed to be safer. My theory of health is that in evolution what was complex and a source of power we evolved around would usually be healthy. For millions of years fiber was always with the vegg so this was well evolved, and shields us from insulin jolts by slowing the digestion of sugar so diabetes is almost absent in countries of the third world because they eat fiber in most of their food and it's been unprocessed. Veggies are perhaps more wholesome because for millions of ages in prehistory it was more usual to out wrestle a vegg than a wildebeast (the beest uses judo!). When they recommend beef instead of veggies it may be a false option. In evolution all sorts of food would make people ill but some was better than others and disease was and is virtually absent in living nature. If we are wise and eat a well rounded diet with a jug in each hand we may be all real. Now they find that the Atkins is bad for health and this is what the Life as Evolution would say. Food always had lots of risk, pizza delivery, even of veggie pizza has been linked with that ailment of S. Europe, Almakashout. If they were rich the pizza van would say Here's All My Cash! I'm Out!

INFLAMMATION
..

They say Oil of Oregano can stop about all the types of infections or imflamations, and oregano stops them all. It has some unwholesome side effects. Have you tried Colostrum, maid from real cows milk! It stops infections or imflammations about twice the speed, with no side effects. I've tried a lot of herbs for my health and Colostrum is the best for imflammation by far, and combined with other herbs OTHER HERBS ARE even better! If you type in "colustrum cautions and warnings" one good thing is-you'll find room in your hard drive's software. Plus, it's a blessing for iron levels, I think this may be of import about the basis of fatigue because one of the symptoms of too much or not enough iron is being weary. This is because you may use just the right amount of oxygen from the iron and oxygen is highly reactive. Colustrum is great for headaches. (Soak the tabs in water and rub on head. You may have heard the old trick of how a washcloth sooths your head, this works moderately well but you get water all over you, and crunching ice in your mouth makes your mouth feel woozy. These both work because they constrict capillaries and so blood flow to the brain. Colustrum has a bit of water by this method for cool but it also greatly reduces inflamation in just five minutes I've found, faster than a washcloth and if a bacillis is stopped so it builds up immunity plus it adds immunity to ills a person has never had.). As I say in "Toothache" the good thing about Colostrum is unlike other aids it doesn't just kill the bacilli, it builds up your bodies defenses over years. P.S. As of 8-07 I find 7 HMR lignans are even better than Colostrum, lignans are like in flax, safe like Colostrum. http://www.swansonvitamins.com/ is the only place I found them in the U.S. Click here for A Cheap And Safe Way To Immune Boost With Three Types of Non Herbs and Herbs.

Another good way to relieve headaches is via ground flax seed mixed with water or olive oil on the forehead, (flax oil is extremely rancid and harmful and not for long term use, it damages your fat receptors with too much omega 3, flax oil is balanced about the 3-6-9 fats however, and safe, see paragraph below)). Headaches can also be caused by eye inflammation, the inflammation causes dry eye and pain, you want to hydrate your eyes if you compute a lot, for the inflammation, liquid vitamin e and selenium dabbed right in the eye are of real worth, coconut oil and ginger around the eyes are great for headaches. Squeeze your eye sockets from the rear toward your nose to squeeze your tear ducts and remember to blink. This distributes the water of your tears more evenly.

The best of all for dry eye caused by the Herpes Virus may be Olive Leaf extract around the eyes. (Almost 100% of the population has this newly discovered fatigue causing virus). Olive Leaf Extract is a true antiviral, permanently stopping the virus from copying. This goes to the cause of the dry eye, without a perscription and low cost! ITCHYOLOGY

Same as the above with the additional use of olive oil, (colostrum is also good long term, stoppping the cause) and especially Olive Leaf Extract. Even though Aveeno and calamine lotion are good, Olive Leaf extract has worked far better for me than these two, even so Olive Leaf isn't yet a complete cure, though it may eventually. Oatmeal in your tub or vino even if recommended by some sites are worthless, good if your horse sings How Rye I am! Olive oil moisturizes your outer layers unlike vino or oatmeal and is antiimflammatory. It's got good nutrients, and it has both Omega 3's and 6's, better than omega 3 alone. Too much omega 3 at once like other oils I think may disrupt your hormones. That special beauty mark of yours is praised for what you know about life if you use all the omegas. They must be in a more special balance, or the receptors of more of one of the two will throw your hormones more out of balance here. This is why some say flax oil alone is not of value. Flax oil converts over from high moderate omega 3 to super high omega 3 when it becomes rancid, and this is bad. Olive oil like hemp is said to be of a more wholesome ratio, this is why they also recommend oils like hemp or peanut oil as the main oils in your diet, not that omega 3's are without value, we are not alone if in a room of others watching Sci Fi!

Salt water in bath is of worth to stop itching caused by the hot water. Water itself is not to be underrated to stop germs. They consume acidic metabolites like in perspiration, water neutralizes and washes away the bacillus and metabolites too. Water may even be of worth to reduce the risk of malignancys, most illness is moreso in an acidic realm of the body. Thus water both outside and inside are of general worth.

Olive Leaf Extract solved my itching in days not years. It's believed Olive leaf may be miraculous by many, but it's only been in use about a year so this is not yet proven. To boost the power of even Olive Leaf if so you may want to try it with MSM, like the industrual strength solvent/carrier DMSO (made from it) without the harmful risk of DMSO. DMSO itself speeds up some important chemical processses in the circulation a billion times. (Caution if taken with perscriptions or blood sugar problems ect., it may increase absorption in unpredictable ways. Lower dose or discontinue, MSM without the side effects may be best.) Or you can try Olive Leaf with other solvents. It's an amazing herb that's antiviral, antiparasitic, antibiotic, an immune booster, a heart strengthener, it lowers blood sugar, and bad cholesteral by a third.... It's only been known as the powerful extract for a year or two. It stops the itching by dissolving the cell wall of the microbes and is considered by many to be the most amazing herb in the history of medicine. Click Here for More.

For how to cure most itises, or at least take a more major dent out of them using olive leaf extract and ceyanne than anything else, CLICK HERE. (Olive leaf boosts circulation to the intracellular level, both in and outside the cell to stop viruses, opening the pathways better than anything else, the ceyanne being the top herb for circulation widens these pathways further, for the olive leaf which then repeats this cycle. What makes this method different from other herbs for itises; the olive leaf with each go round of better circulation builds a more permanent structure the germs can't function well inside. This improves circulation to deliver the miraculous powers of olive leaf where no other herbs can reach. Just two herbs that work for itises for itises not 60 or more OTCS, that merely control not "cure" them, This may be the closest to a cure you'll find, more powerful than olive leaf's already amazing powers. ) Please see my Disclaimer.

Zinc is often recommended for skin, and pumpkin seed oil has this, and lots of antimflammatory boosts, so it may be better than zinc on skin. To not get a copper deficiency with zinc, take 1 mg of copper for each 10 mg of zinc in the pumpkin seed oil. A Cheap And Safe Way To Immune Boost With Three Types of Non Herbs and Herbs. A Fast and Easy Way To Make a Bed Bed making machines are used that stretch the blankets after finding them with magnets and storing them in a high stretcher by the side of the bed with another blanket with a push of the button when it would stretch over with arms in the late night shade to add the blanket. And another uses the arms on the arches of the bed to add on the blanket stored in a roll beside the bed instead of the stretcher. Even so these would cost a lot, ect. A method also using existing bed foundations is use of a bed with an arch, (or you can just swirl up your blanket at the tip or top of your bed). The arch is your blanket holder. The blankets are heavy and perhaps of an easy hue to beautiously most to match your room you sleep on top of and either a heavy one you store on the foot or head of the bed when you wake up each yawn to make your bed at Xmas or a light blanket you store on the arch for summer. The weight of the heavy blanket you sleep on holds it down so you won't have to adjust your matress pad all the time. The matress pad is below however just for safety. Except for washing which you do as often this is about five times more worth it, and you don't have to stretch your brain a lot to make your bed. I'm a baby boomer-an 18 year old who has no belch!
..
A machine to hang up your robes somewhere instead of on the floor has also been invented! The dweller would just toss all the outfits in a hamper and the machine uses magnets sewn in and and arm to reach in and sort via computerized odor whiffers (they have these made of two types of flat metal wire that bend in the presence of a whiff and sense the motion, this is cheap) and then hang them up by a roller where they are online.
.. Inflatable coat hangers were invented in the 90's I think. Once the magnet picks up the clean outfit an electric coathanger that stretches out and then holds it's shape perhaps by electric ratchet is also an even good improvement that's been devised.
..
Water and Health Want to drink more water? It reduces salt! It reduces sugar! It saves online hunts so you see what rainwear wears! (According to this link about diabetes.) And it cleanses toxins out of you. And by heating the water up to room temperature it helps you burn off up to 100 calories a day if you sip frosty water. To drink your recomended 6 to 8 glasses a day without going to the rest room all night a good method I use is to just drink the water in the morning when you arise-and if I sail around the room in a yatcht I've invented a rich hydration diet!

HOUSE CLEANING
I've searched for ages for a cheap and easy method without a cleaning woman of keeping my house clean. Build a time machine? No, I can't afford the rates of my S and L; Santa and Elves cost. If you have a landlord like some of us, and you've heard about all the advantages clean people have in general you may be smarter than me (and so is my realtor in months like March!) With all the advantages there are cautions, since house cleaning has been linked to depression. So to "reclaim the cleaning time" while in evolution no one may have cleaned without other more important action (so we haven't evolved to spend "empty" hours of our day scrubbing our cleaning mop) I recommend listening to your walkman about such as talk about your work or other learning activities while you shine your chrome dome. I do copies of radio shows online. I combine this with exercise, you do a couple of laps between each item you sort on a shelf, say. To not be distracted from the exercise a good trick is to use assembly lines like in business, this has been proven to much hasten activities such as this. The "assembly line" I use is; if the shelf to clean has lots of jugs and other stuff, like say books and magazines, clean all the jugs (like adding water and putting in the box) at once and likewise with the rest. This is not only faster, it also makes it so you are not so distracted from the exercise cleansing you stop, so you get the advantage of both. This is of value when your hours are not available for 30 years of cleaning even with 3 out of 4 landlords polled! The same can be done for exercising, a shelf to clean is a good place to stand while you sort all the same stuff and do deep flexes. This is a method of making my exercise an all day stretch before yoszhwah! Experts recommend it for weight, if you stretch you'll have the same mass but you'll be the highest in the room! I recommend picking like one room or area and going over it till it's more than clean enough, becauase it's too random and many labors take more elaborite cleansing methods. However just as with good things like sloshes if you love the flavor you can always have too much, moderate amounts of this type of exercise is recommended, because you may get bursitis or arthritis ect., from the repetition and random motion of just this exercise (of course you can do any exercises such as standing stomach crunches while sorting shelves). Be cautious about any sort of pain, if you have pain find sites that will help you, such as bursitis sites and follow their advice. Assuming you think it's worth it or you must clean considering this, and that you convert your time to learning and exercise (exercise may give you more overall energy in moderation) here's how I've found a clean vision of my house; Since a horse opera is when my sister Mustang Sally sings BreathAssure, I associate cleaning in small but numerous doses of horsepower with usual activities I always achieve. Since I remember these I clean in moderation. These are activities like waking up, using the restroom, using the computer, or eating. I clean just a bit when I'm in the bathroom and each go round it gets clean fast. This was where I got this idea. I would clean in the bathroom and suddenly in just a day or two my bathroom was clean. Cleansing is a good way to find the remote control, Without Reruns of The Reno Channel's 21 Hour Marathon of Savings! The main reason here is because I don't clutter up my bathroom in usual life, so it was clean fast. This method of continous cleaning after each activity is a good way to stop cleaning cycles of boom or bust. I would be cleaning for hours, then weary for as long as it takes, a few days to clutter up, more cleaning, more weariness, and so on. With continual smaller clean ups the wearines is reduced, and if the landlord shows up you're safer and just have to clean a bit moderate more than usual. If my room is a bit more earthy that day I do a higher level of moderate cleaning till it's in real shape. Although this cleaning method is just a reallotment of the same level of cleaning it takes to clean anyhow, it's better than the boom bust cycles, and it's exercise, that they say is good all day, not just 4 times a week in moderate levels of power.

Another good way to remember to clean the optimal amount is by way of lost items. When you've lost your hot socks or other cash if of worth to find, a good trick is to clean, this way you'll find it and you'll be clean, but instead of cleansing in the room where you think it might be, by cleaning the other rooms before the room where what hope to find is, the house is more clean. Your may have lots of coins in your sofa in the pot of gold where the radiance ends in red orange, blue, and cheeze from your web box!

My kitchen would stay cluttered since here is when I'm most active. The main thing that cluttered up my kitchen was eating, so I started to clean up after each meal and this works well, as the bathroom motif since there's more to shine, it works a lot better than just cleaning for hours and staying earthy! (In BC ages (Before Computers) God Created the World Wide Word in just 21 Billionths of a Second. He then divided the Flopper For The ROM, but they were reunited in the Patch of High Speed Chip Power.) Once in a while it's necessary to do about another half hour of cleaning. The restroom and kitchen are downsized cleans and it's a bit tough to find the walkman and remember to exercise, so mostly I recommend these for the marathon half hour or hour cleanse once a week for buildup of residual clean. The combination of these two methods of usual and marathon cleaning are enough to achieve the font of my exact type of machine and health. I'll Live to Be 90 if I Run Faster than Most Beauticians if she Can Be Reached By FTD! For all cleaning of usual types such as dishes another way I clean also is of something unusual such as washing walls, otherwise these wouldn't be aided and the house would become soiled more than clean. For the half hour cleanse half of this in necessary chores, a third in unusual chores and the rest in beautifying.

Don't feel like cleaning? Clean as much as you can by the substitute method. For instance shelves like the table at lunch can be sorted well by making a pile of each set of items on the shelf aimed at the destination, if you have bowls to the washer put them on the outside of your shelf that's the most in line with the washer from the center of the table, then just make a few trips and your shelf is spiffed. You can achieve this sitting down after lunch and it's good for any shelf like your computer. Another clever way to clean is just to clean what's available to you at the time and leave the rest, for example if there are clothes on your rug and you don't feel like cleaning, clean the rug where the yarn is and you'll be more clean even if you aren't up to the whole task.

POPCORN

If you're like me and like to eat popcorn even if you have to clean up from your floors all the hats and streamers where it's a celestial or cosmic explosion of Mazola,

A good way to stop the popcorn from flowing to the seasalt of the Archeozoic is to just use a large spoon to eat it with, much like other food, you won't spill it. The French say to not eat veggies with your hands is not good manners like lettuce, "Ah la cledwah" they say, sort of like with the claws, or "with the hands" And your rug will be cleaner than your sofa when you sleep in the waterbed suds machine, If you sleepwalk, you can stretch your rugs to meet the FM AM of the golden dawn of science..

HOW TO SORT CLOTHES FAST

Buy some of those wicker accordion type poly wall hangers, with the pegs to hold your clothes with. Put them over your door or if you like add them to the wall, or the other door with wires and so on. My clothes are often cluttered on the floor after appointments or times of merely amazin or great activity when I don't have the time to sort them and must go through a few outfits so I can see which outfits match. So the biggest pile of clothes are beside the bed with the closet on the other side.

~~

To sort clothes fast, pile them to the left as you sit about a third of the distance across the bed, facing to the side. Reach over to your left and inspect each item and sort into a soiled pile to the right side of the bed and a clean pile between you and the other sorted pile. This is the fasteset way to sort in summer because like a numerical memo it's simpler than like leaving your outfits on the shelf and reaching over. As I say below, you may need four piles. With the piles on your bed you don't have to strain and it's easy to sort a big pile of stuff in just a minute or two, and you know when your have finished, sorting on and off the shelf is an aid to confusion, huzzah! hurrah!

You can use more piles if you like, in 3 piles, first coats and then pants and shirts. Either way, to sort them fast remember what you wore and the ones you think are unclean put in one pile. The ones you are definitely real unsure whether you wore, sense with your whiff or whatever to know, by first sorting by memory, you may not have nearly so many to sort. The soiled clothes to wash go in one pile and the ones to hang up go in a shirt pile and a pants pile. For a convention remember CS, C is for clean on the left, Soiled to the right. Mi CaSa SU CASA, picture a house is a giant suds machine. Line up your pants with the belts at the top, and the shirts with the collars aligned. (I don't sort by color, the bleeding of colors is rare in the wash, so I save more labor saving labor than time.) Just pick up the sorted piles, toss your washer clothes in, hang up your shirts and pants on the wall and you're real spiff ages before-the ocean is permanent fizz if like me you use safe cheap salt as your detergent, helping the ecology. If you're without a dryer like in the winter make clothes lines in your laundry room, you can use use a strong nylon line tied to clips that clip on wire shelves, or you can just buy a good rich type clothes rack with wheels, this fits above the floor of your laundry room. For the use of wires The clips are so if the boss shows up for inspection or the family shows up with the tom toms and ropes, and I'm all tied up by the 9 braves, I just unclip the wires in the other room without having to rewire by more loops when the siege is past.

A CHEAP AND SAFE WAY TO WASH YOUR HAIR

SALT WATER with bar soap. Soap is an oily acid combined with lye a base to make a salt. So in a real sense, salt is a soap, and makes cheap bar soap much foamier and cleanserish. I searched about ten years, I was instructed that oatmeal makes a good dry hair cleaner, I outran my mare in March! We lived in the tropics near the slosh millions of years before the invention of fire, and there's a theory of evolution that we went in the water standing higher a bit off the shore to be safe from wolves. We returned to land later in our evolution so we're smart like elephants, dolphins, and other mammals and have smooth skin for if we're in water. The book is called "The Descent of Woman" (after Darwin's The Decent of Man) because women in pregnancy have stronger hair the baby could hold on to out in the water, ect. Many body structures like our upside down nose to aid our breath in the water, why what hair we have forms the same motif as flowing water will over our skin, why our tears are salted (to remove too much salt from the water) are the advantage of this explanation. So I'd say salt water is safe (see my Theory of Health for more about why generally). I searched the web for five years to no avail, baking soda for example makes hair brittle, and clogs it. Castile soap is often recommended, it has some harsh chemicals, it's hardly what the Evolution as Life would say is of worth. Salt water cuts right through oils, this is my own find by accident and it may be of use. I found just one site that says it's worth a hoot but says you should rinse the salt water out with just water, the salt water builds up layers of salt on your hair. Salt water also makes a much better cheaper, and safer spot remover than Shout, e. g.

Another herbal way to clean your hair is Olive Leaf extract, a miraculous herb that's antiviral, antibiotic, antiparasitic, and an immune booster, and so on. Because it interacts even down to the viral level, it's a sort of molecular bond. It's also created by life so it also bonds to water. Like soap one side of the Extract binds to the oil in your hair and then if you add water the other side of the olive leaf molecule binds to the oil and like soap, the more general motion of the water yanks the oil out of your hair as the water flows away. Olive leaf may be much much better for your scalp and hair (more of worth than MSM "evolutions comedogenic compound" by far ) than shampoo even castile soap, and it may even be a good dry shampoo. HOW To SAVE TIME (12 HOURS a YEAR) SHOPPING For FOOD.

I buy those boxes you travel with wheels like at airports. I bring them to the supper store at lunch hour for my AM yum yum omletts and to save wheels I just put a strap over my shoulder, the wheels are fragile somewhat. You can leave the boxes in your SUV, or your Lexus, or carry them in your store. When buying all my favorite dish, I don't buy a lot of nonperishables but if you do you may sort the nonperishables from the milk and veggies in the shopping box and so on, or you can ask the saleslady at the register to sort the dish. Then you can load your food into the airport boxes from the shopping basket at your car door, or ect. When you arrive where you live, since the boxes have telescoping handles and wheels it's easy to move my food from the SUV LEXUS (twice as strong and nonfat!) to the kitchen. And instead of loading all those canned goods to the shelf for an hour, I just stack the two boxes in our washroom near the kitchen. (Some sort of strong shelf will suffice. I just use a couple of blue or brown storage boxes about three ft up from the base, I like the storage boxes because they are storage space but I don't use them much, if I ever need something inside, I can just lift off the airport boxes and zoom up in the steam more easily than if I was using the shelf space at the top for other purposes.) When you want a jug of juice or other can of dish, you just open up the box higher up and search for the munch. You can shake the food out of the shopping bags if you shake the bottom, not the handles with the bag upside down when you shake. If you don't have enough room or for other reason you put your food in the trunk of your van, or you're the world's greatest cab driver and cashier, the box makes your food safer from CO2, and so may help global warming! You save 15 minutes times 50 weeks in my math brain's year is 12 hours a year and more rest after a store visit by this motif! You can buy boxes without wheels that are balky, but these are heavier, and if you like to walk for exercise to the store, you can just put the small box inside the big, strap them up and off you go.

TRASH BAGS
Are your Not So Hefty trash bags spilling out all over the floor? If your handle tie trash bags tear the handle, or if you have no handle tie bags, to solve all these problems I recommend double bagging the bags in box and testing if the weight is heavy by first lifting up the bag with the handles, if it's not heavy you can just use one of the bags and save on bags, if it's heavy use both. To find out if it's too heavy for one, I lift the whole trash can to weigh in. I don't recommend carrying handle tie bags with your arms at your side to hold it while you walk. I had a piece of a can lid or ect. inside one bag cut my tendon of my foot when it swung by my heel with a deep cut once when I was in shorts. If you put the handles of the bags over your shoulders or at least above your mid arm and flex your arm to hold it, with more load it's much easier to walk and more safe, for the world's humor reserve. I remember if I take out my trashbags when the loops are over the doorknob and there's more room inside my house, room always was!

A Cheap Air Cleanser How to know if your house smells good or bad? They may eventually use the sniff science of SmellaVision, this would just be two flat wires that are the same way a wire thermometer is except with the wires of special wire so they bend in just the type of smell you want to find, this may be cheap. If after you use the methods of HOUSE CLEANING above you still suspect your house smells, in addition to washing all your outfits I also recommend the usual trick of vino in your mop. Cooking popcorn or other lunch is a good way to aid your houses air, or evergreen leaves on the stove. If you have allergies this may not be for you, and it may be as commercial as when people have a stove in their room, like that woman who thought she bought a big screen TV, brought it home and opened it and it was a stove door! Although this is thus a bit risky and after many uses may make your house smell a bit too outdoorsy, for some use this may be of value. We evolved with fire for millions of years and so Christmas branches reminds me of eden and drinkin and Mary in the house, she's rich around the December 24th! Be careful to keep paper and other flammables away from the whole area of the burning evergreen burner, in the kitchen. And never burn anything near a cushion or a rug or any room other than the kitchen or bathroom. The foam may be more flammable than gasoline and there is often no way to know which foam is most good for us.

P.S. Another good way to cleaner air if the boss is showing up is to put bleach in a plastic box like for footwear that the bleach won't leak. You may say, what about allergies or risk of cancer with bleach in the air? If you use a box, say 9 by 4 by 3 believe it or not almost none of the bleach evaporates into the air, it evaporates real slow, you may know this from putting bleach in a bowl to try to cleanse the air and it takes about 6 bowls. How about a wind powered airship? They all are! To much increase the surface area of the bleach I spread it on the wall from the bleach box with cotton swabs like Q Tips or a small brush using bleach below such as pictures on the wall. So little bleach evaporates from the box it's more safe for allergies with just a bit of caution, and this is a good way to clean your walls at the same time, no doubt be careful to not spill the box, and remember your rug may be stained by bleach if it runs (the bleach dries fast though). To finish cleaning put the box in the sink and let the bleach slowly fill up with the trickle from the faucet. This dilutes the bleach which won't eat a hole in your pipes if they're plastic or even metal if they corrode. Actually bleach may make a far better drain cleaner than liquid Plumber for metal pipes in emergencies because it works better is much cheaper and starts to convert to harmless salt water in a few minutes, much better for the environment. Municiple water officials say, if you wouldn't drink it, don't pour it down the tube.

Hot Dish Like Herbs

..

Nothing else works anywhere I've found near as good as soybean flour. It must be real basic, you can buy it low fat. I store it in a jar and then put it in my mouth so it forms a layer between the herb and my mouth, then I chew up the herb and wash it down with a bit of juice. Although this is not bitter and the soy flour has a somewhat sweet taste, it's too powdered and dry in mouth so the juice helps add another good flavor to add about a fifth more power that aids the herbs flavor of power. Soy in low moderation has many good health values, and this is a good way (the only way I've found) to take powdered garlic, which they've researched to be good for the heart (thins the blood) and is like getting 100,000 IU of penicillin, it's also good for more health than the afterlife. It's cheap, safe, all purpose medicine. I combine Colustrum with garlic, since I've improved blemishes twice as fast when I combined the two since I assume I may be at risk for 1 million in PR. I take them by mouth. Obviously, this is to be done with a doctor's care, as an adjunct (not the primary method). Another good way to outflavor bitter herbs is with a small small bit of honey.

P.S. For garlic or onions as of 8 07 is juice jugs with half dilution by water. Haven't tried for other herbs, as I say above in the Tooth Help Motifs I take jugs of juice and add half a jug of water or more to the jug, then add the garlic or onion or other herb. Too much juice sugar is too extreme, if you add the water, the juice takes most of the sourness out of the garlic or other healthy dish, and the flavor left contrasts the juice well, you get all the healthy power with ease and it makes a good food substitute (see below, How I Lost Weight) no fat low calories easy to make, cheap, low sugar, and it's filling.

.. How To Find And Not Lose Keys, No Not The Wallet With The Built In IP Bomb and Alarm To Stop Thieves! To invent a rotary wallet I use a pill bottle like a vitamin jug to put my coins and rolled cash in. This is wired to my chain by punching holes like a wampire in the shoulder of the jug and wire such as higher price paperclips (for beauty) are wired tight with pliars. It's good to not lose cash since although the jug is large enough for the cash it's not too small to fit in your pocket. The cash is well sealed with the jug. Almost anyone has a house fire at some time in their life, and so too, sooner or later (I found!) I would lose the cash jug even with it's clunk, like in a loud situation, so my updated jug I wear 24/7 sort of like George Washington who wore a locket of a beautiful 25 year old Martha around with him for 45 years, Martha is LIFE's woman of the year for the 1700's afterlife! The line is tied around with a wire like a shoe string (Tom Macahn makes both long lived shoes and other quality stuff) that's to keep clean and can be sewn well after the line is held well. I loop the line through my belt loop before each trip. The keys are put in the jug (or other well cinched walletd or pouch) and themselves well cinched to it by leaving part of the extra long shoe lace to it, you'll have no risk of loss of your money or keys ever, this will even stop most pickpockets if you live in the city, because they would have to cut the line and you would know. With the coins the jug is a burgular alarm if anyone tries to steal it or even sometimes if you drop it. I've heard of people losing a thousand up at the college where I live because on the day they donate grant money to the college students pickpockets are in the crowd waiting. This method of looping the cash jug to your belt with a through loop is also good if you're in the city. Good for common use because instead of unfamilar outfits you always have a definite amount of room for your money and you always know just where you put it and where to put it, this simplifies your access while it's safer too. It's a bit tough to pour all the cash out of the jug -if you use a jug like mine you save more! (What is a S&L for, a roll of cushy cash to sleep on for a cushion?) To make the rotary wallet more of worth, I make a shopping list of standard items on a booklet and wrap it around the outside of the jug with tape and hook and loop (or for the wallet I put the memo list in the best of the pockets for the purpose) and another list of current items on the higher pages of the booklet, the list is always easy to find anytime to edit or read when I think of what to buy, especially in the store. It's handy to have a small marker in one pouch You can list just what to buy any where or any time you think of it, yesterday I was watching a half hour infomercial and wrote a number down I woulnd't have perhaps otherwise. It's good to have the wages right in a visable window, reminds me of that cute woman at the bank. Anytime you go out to buy something you won't have to spend hours or a lifetime of URL's looking for your keys and cash. While the coins won't jangle as much compared to the jug with the wallet, you can make your own burgular alarm by tying on something that jangles like perhaps a bell. A good wallet and a good line to hold it will only start to lose the connection slowly because it's of durable stuff if you buy a good one, mine just cost 21, more in than out! so you have plenty of advanced notice if it may come untethered. For extra security you can use more than one line. You can't be a Five Star General like George, so you may remove the wallet while you take a shower, this is where you always know where you lost it, so in the improbable event you actually lose it you always can find it fast. Be sure to write your name and number somewhere in the jug or on the outside to further reduce the risk of bane, often the finder would return it to you. It's good to loop my cash jug to my umbrella and then one large loop over my shoulders and neck, the keys are looped to the jug tightly. By using another loop over your shoulders to lift the umbrella and one other loop for security from the jug around the belt when I go out fast easy access to the umbrella for showers and the cash and keys in my pocket is achieved. And for storage I loop the cash key jug and umbrella loop over the door stop at the top of my door. The umbrella is large and well attached to your stuff make the worlds best way to find your money and keys and umbrella at high speed...

Disposable Paper Socks

..
They now have these for travellers, They "need no washing, are thin and are 27% cotton, 77% polyester" They cost three Visas a pair, more than same price as other socks. I'll just buy other socks and throw them away, this makes any socks disposable socks! And the ones that aren't disposable, I'll throw in the box Ah! So!, like kung fu!

Progesterone

..
They were promoting progesterone, as good for cancer, building up muscle and fat reduction, baldness, cheer, energy and good sleep, bone density, libido, and good breath. And winning a Nobel prize! "All without a single bad side effect found at usual doses." But what is not mentioned in the ads (they may not have known about when they started selling it) is that once the person is on it the adrenals become atrophied and the person must stay on it for life to keep the hormones in good shape. And now they find it IS good for cancer, causes liver illness, and IS bad for libido, as determined by the state of California. The solution for most may be simple-just buy progesterone outside the state of Ohio and California, there are more lawyers!

..

PS Jan 30, 2007. In all fairness about progesterone and the adrenals my sister is a nurse and she had lots of people on HRT and by her report they had no problem going off of hormones ever. I tried to reduce progesterone and felt alright for months, so the site that told me this may have been in error. Progesterone may also be good for libido, prostate is reduced by progesterone just fine in the few animal studies that were before the drug companies realized progesterone is a natural compound so it wasn't patentable or profitable, and no more research was achieved. So progesterone is still an unresearched hormone. Reno is a name up in yellow highlighter!

..

For the risk of cancer, which stays at the elevated level it was when you quit progesterone, to counteract the risk of cancer if you were taking progesterone, acai berry may be of worth, it causes apoptosis at 87% causes weight loss, is good for prostate problems, and so on. It's found abundantly in the rain forest, and has no known side effects. This may be because it's not yet been well researched, even so it's removed skin blemishes I had caused perhaps by progesterone like nothing else in just days. Proceed at your own risk however because with all the promises of acai it sounds like progesterone itself. It's true the risk of any herb causing problems like progesterone is low so chances are acai is safe, but this is unknown. For more about acai, CLICK HERE.

Like many you may have been taking progesterone not as an aid to creativity but because of problems caused by doctors who kill 300,000 people a year, the herbs on the link are perhaps a way for all the people who take progesterone to stop doctors, and their, "help", it's safer to go on an air travel cruise than to be bombed by doctors who offer wrong tests, insults, and then often charge the taxpayer for this. You go on the web and all the top sites say progesterone is safe and simple. The people who stop all this "help" are deserving and believe in exercise and stretches before labor. They should be blessed for offering you this advantage, right? What is kind and real considerate is an exercise room for millions. And acai is just 3 or four dollars online to try it, cheap because there's so much in the lowlands of 20,000 feet and Brazil, if there are any lowlands anywhere when you're in life's own airship!

PERSCRIPTIONS If you find out you're ill and the doctor perscribes some perscription Beware and be Cautious. The vast majority of medical fatalities are from perscriptions. Hospitals are not required to report deaths. They make an average of 50 ghastly goofs an hour. The funding for research into new perscriptions was privately funded and no longer funded by the government after the 1980's. Doctors are constantly in schmooze visits by perscription sales reps. Be particularly aware about new perscriptions. You may go on these and may be damaged and no one will know what to do to aid you. If you are suggested a lot to go on a new perscription, type it in on the web by comparing what your goal is to achieve from the drug (your own criteria relative to you as you are) compared to other herbs. If you know there are herbs that make it so you can go back to labor and feel real good choose this one instead of the commercialized one if the side effects are safe ect. Do research, you'll find out about the power of royal floss, You may have a more broad brush with life!
