What's a Good "Safe" Way to Wash Hair ?

If your skin is not perfect and your beauty is deeper and you want your beauty to reach out and be hugged so often you may want to consider other chemicals than bottled shampoo. I've searched for more than 10 years for a safe cheap shampoo, first I tried health food store shampoo and while as you often see in magazines like Consumer Reports, "healthy" compounds are often about as harsh as the more general ones, the prices were healthy at like 15 a jug! And if health food stores are so good for you why does the Health Food Store owner look like Barney?

I then tried oatmeal which are a recommended dry shampoo, and this is worthless, and you have horse dandruff, a mare won both of the March horse races, she was running for mayor already!

I tried many other types of compounds over (e.g. baking soda and soap, or salt and soap, foams it up a lot more but harsh, and so on) much too slow or too harsh, or like baking soda and soap though they make your aurora more than radiance. Finally after 11 years I tried Olive Leaf Extract for other uses. It's a "miracle herb" so I found that it completely relieved my fatigue I'd had for 15 years! It makes a good shampoo because it binds well with both water on one end and dander and oil on the other end like soap, to then yank it loose with water, it cleans better than anything for safe shampoo I've tried and my search has been more than ten years. Because of the wonderous healing powers for which it is praised, Olive Leaf Extract OLE will make your scalp and hair stronger and more comedogenic (and real comical you'll feel and look so good!) and it's cheaper than shampoo. Out of all the many herbs I tried for health it's the first true comedogenic I've found. It nourishes and boosts your immune system, is strongly antiparasitic, antcarcinogenic, and antiviral. And unlike all the other compounds except harsh health food store stuff it's much faster to shampoo your hair. OLE has many wonderous uses, and even if you don't use it much for shampoo the other uses seem more than worth the 3 dollars a month it costs, seemimgly much better than doctors if you're 21 especially, a sort of super nonvitamin vitamin. For instance it cleanses out and strengthens the heart and lowers bad cholesteral and blood sugar, life insurance in a shampoo jug, without the rent in the Mayo Clinic ER! HOW TO EAT RICH CHEAP, Or, CHEAP, RICH
..
...If you want to lower your cholesteral, salt, and sugar a good healthy cheap dish are dried legumes in a pot. The good thing about these easy to brew up legumes is they go well with many types of other food. I was eating just legumes with some seasoning, it was hot, so one day I had the bright idea of adding pimentos right from the jar to cool it, this tasted a good bit better, it was still so hot I added more, like bamboo slices, this cooled it to a comfortable heat and also made it taste better! Aha, a good hot dish, complete with complete protein (if you eat grains the same day) with no sugar or fat. They say about half of what we eat should be like grains and beans. Easy to cook, and its own timer, while I'm typing this in I can find the beans by sense my nose alarm, so it's never burned like other dishes like pasta. Best of all perhaps about this method of having your hot dish in just minutes, it makes other vegetables not taste bad by taking out most of the flavor by drowning it out a good bit, even so you can find the other vegetables with flavor, not it overpowering taste but in contrast IMPROVING the flavor of the legumes, especially with optional salt or other herbs (if salt is not a herb, so be it!) This is "even better" because it allows you to put say 3 vegetables in the pot with good taste, and continually change your chow from day to day. Thus in essence it becomes viable to eat vegetables 4 times as often, and of many more types, cheap, with good hot meals (research proves that soup makes diets twice as worthwhile when dieting). I'm eating many types of vegetables I was not looking foreward to before like, bamboo, carrots, asparagus, rice, okra, and so forth. Eating five types of vegetables where you would eat just one is much more healthy. You can also use herbs like cinnamon in place of salt for better health yet. I often use hot chili sauce. Unlike dried beans, dried legumes or dried peas don't need to be soaked and don't have much odor. Like pasta, if you add water so the pot is mostly full you'll have minimal or no stirring because, the circulation of the water continually raises the pasta or legumes up from the burner, just so there's enough water to buffer the hot dish from the heat. This gives you more time between when it's cooked and when it's burned. If you're taking suppliments like vitamins, this may help you just as much because food contains thousands of compounds not found in suppliments that boost your health, especially veggies.

HOW TO COOK MINUTE RICE WITHOUT AN HOURS WAIT FOR IT TO COOL!

Put it in a zip loc add the water and heat as usual in the microwave. When it's finished put the zip loc in a pot of water in the sink and keep adding cool water from the faucet to cool it faster, then take out of the pot and pour the contents of the zip loc to serve. This trick also works for cooling bags of frozen food after you cook them in the microwave, like itallian vegetables (brocolli, carrots, and so on complete liver cleanse) and many others.

Make Your Own SELF CLEAN/SELF WRING MOP ...

A REAL LOW COST MOP MOTIF THAT IS LIKE THE Rich BUT IS WISE And SAVES MORE!

..Tired of Auto Clean Mops that don't? The best I've invented is not a Self Wringing Mop of the usual sort, the SWM you buy in stores last about two weeks, I would go for a swim when I bought more! They're made of cheap flimsy "cotton" that makes the owners of a landfill say thanks, mops like this are good for the environment anyhow! The best I've found is a usual mop of durable rayon, it may last about 60 months if you watch about corrosion of the metal bands that bind the fibers. To make it self cleaning I combine it with a Rubbermaid jug about two feet wide and a foot and a half high, this is a sort of standard cleaning pail, it won't wear out, it's beautious Rubbermaid, easy to find. Mine is electric lime green and has two woven yellow poly handles, loops about four inches above the top of the pail. To fill the pail with water I put it in the sink (a double sink like a kitchen sink is best) and tilt the pail about to 45 degrees and turn on the water. Putting the mop in the water (the mop handles rest above in the space between the two shelf doors above the sink so the mops won't fall) and letting the water fill up and flow over the top of the pail a few minutes, this is what makes it self cleansing, the uncommon savvy being about water being like a sponge. If you have a washing machine you may read where they say the more water you use the better your outfits will be washed (women in swimwear are real clean at the beach!) So to auto clean your mop after you fill the jug at 45 degrees, let it overflow and keep the water running, it's like a giant sponge the more you run the water. This is viable with rayon at any rate because it's mostly porus and being plastic and moderately absorbent the water flows through the small spaces of your mop and the mostly unbound dirt flows out. Add your cleanser as you like, salt water or vino are bad for the binds of the mop but they're cheap and simple and they are easy to buy and they are good cleansers, and much better for the permanent environmment (where we live).

MAKE MINE A WRING MOP TOO..

To dump water out of the tub on the sink even if clean (I'll have a bit too much left) I lift up the higher handle while holding the lower steady, the water flows into the other sink over the top but not as high up as my hand so it's completely dry. Other than the right size to fit in the sink and have the right overflow, this is another good thing about the poly jug, jugs with handles at the top sides will get your hands wet, it's a bit of misery for 15 minutes. But you still have all the water in the now clean mop. To make the mop self wringing and clean out the water move the tub via the rope handles with the mop still in it to the floor, perhaps clean the mop a few more times via the pumping up and down in the water, and finally I lift the mop above the water so the top of the mop fibers (near the jug and floor) is a bit above where it meets the handle and the edge of the tub. Move the mop outward from the jug while you spin the mop around and let the gravity compress the mop fibers going from top to the tip of the fibers. The rayon mop holds a lot of clean water and rayon is moderately heavy too, so the gravity squeezes out the water well. You mop is now self cleansed, and wrung out without freezing you hands. Even while self wringing gyp mops are new you have to squeeze and squeeze and they just stay dirty, then the fibers fall out. This type of real SWM does much for about the same price, and it's not a gyp, heck they never said in the mop biz they believed March Weather Women are Non Habit Forming!
