LIMITING YOUR MONEY BY SPENDING MOST SO YOUR FOOD SUPPLY IS SHORT about half the week is a good trick, I spend on things I need of worth, Health, Fitness, and so on. If you like to save your money in a bank, find a coin jar with a one way valve, or to save your Monet in a bank, where once you put your Monet in a zoom of your before and after, you can't retreive your savings later in the week. This is the best paint with no fat or oil, and you feel well. The trick here is to have food on hand, healthy food, e.g. veggies, some meat for protein, some milk, say for half the week, you run out gradually. This makes you somewhat stressed but the dish is not so bad you don't eat it and want to color your world in light! You're eating healthier too. This helps your body lose weight like a motor that's efficient. And you get used to being moderately hungry, rather like a heat wave where an impressionant boucoups shimmers in her swimwear. What happened with me was, I indeed lost 35 pounds by this combined with using the sweet herb stevia and the other methods I list here, (mostly these two); others made remarks, "OH' AMAZING!" "AHA!" and some others "Generously" offered food so I was sort of shocked and put on some, just 5 or so rather like a box type zoom of my exercises near ancient Venus De Milo's boost her. Finally, I realized this was the trick I used, If I had realized this was how, not the sweets alone, I would still be at -35, and the judges in the County Celebration Competition may say you're a signed numbered limited edition, and if you use this method combined with the other methods below, you can continue losing weight reliably, week after week, month after month, till you've reached a mural on the higher roofs of indoor cinemas. If you remembeer when the weight is off and this is how you did it, you won't be shocked when other are and so you'll lose, and no problem, by memorizing the same method..These two simple tricks, limiting money, and the no sugar herbs, are easy to draw a thin line near you and your vision of flowers in vase will say yes. If you use both of these tricks, combined with exercise, you'll have a weigh out of diet soap, the more you squeeze the more out of reach it is. The other methods used here on this site (even if these two methods are the main trick I used) will also increase the probability you'll succeed.


The exercise trick! Remember exercise doesn't have to be stressful. Lets say you an extra can of peanuts that were due to stress, or what. I look on the jug and see how many extra calories there are, the can says 770. Exercise, glorious exercise may save you! Because lighter exercise like walking consumes almost as many calories (60) as heavy exercise (75 or 80), good for your heart without so much stress. We see these doom and gloom sites saying lighten up to 300! exercise is out of reach of most people. It's more complex because for those 770 calories, walking burns off the entire jug in about two hours! If you walk for two hours that day and don't go to the grocery till later in the week, all the healthy dish of nontempting type you have left stabilizes your weight. More importantly even if you gain the 770 if you exercise 2 or say 1 and a half hours the next day, you've lost an extra two ounces. If you walk an hour a day the other days you lose 360 calories per hour, or more than an ounce a day. Regular walking is concidered to be antiobesity because it burns calories. If you walk an hour and a half a day of brisk walking you lose 360 plus 180 or 540 calories a day or somewhere around two or three ounces. Three ounces 5 days a week is about a pound. Thus not only can you reverse your binges, you can add reduction each time losing more than you win like ancient greek sounds more right side up, and so on. Exercise seems the hot dish of evolution's snack. This is the important thing, even if you have binges, if you always lose more than you win, you come out ahead, just by looking to see how many calories and then exercising to fit that day or two and say an ounce more. Do this anytime you overeat and you win the bet. Note that exercise is not the same as calorie reduction, this doesn't work except by reducing fat which you don't feel or notice and think of sugar as fat though tougher to reduce. Think of exercise as a more soothing form of calorie reduction. It's somewhat stressful like this but you may not notice. one good thing about this method is it's simple. A number, stay to the number, and you always win more than you lose. It's been said that one of the toughest things to achieve in life is to diet with nobody the wiser. A simple method like this reduces the hype, and you also learn to think of exercise as anti food and food as anti exercise. If you exercise a lot just to reverse a binge and like a laborer in the field you earn your wage, you are more respectful of what you eat and when, reducing your tendancy to overeat.



REDUCED SALT AND SUGAR achieved by blending in your more salted and fat or sugared food with more lowfat low salt and lo sugar food right after you buy it at the store is of value. This reduces temptation when food is plentiful. A good way to reduce salt and sugar and fat is to use stevia (the sweet no calorie herb from the rain forest) with other herbs like cinnamon or parsley (in rotation) as I say below. Another good trick is to use a sweetener like Aspertame in a jug of water. Aspertame is much cheap at the discount store. This water jug method has many advantages. it's cheap, it encourages you to drink water for health in general, it washes out your mouth for better dental health when you eat, a real consideration for half of the population, it improves fiber for dieting and it fills you up so you can't eat if you drink about 10 oz or so. Echos of your show you watch helps me see what I hear the most! A problem aspertame has is it's probably not as safe as sweeteners like stevia. If you want your sweetener, and not eat it too, a good trick, as for other poisons like salt you like the taste of and for moderation is to put a bit in your mouth between bites, and then spit and chew the food, alternating. This may be a safer way to eat food that's harmful for the taste and feel good power. Even so stevia is easier to use because you can blend it right in (using the same trick, your taste buds remembers the flavor and blends it well!). The use of this trick is for more recreational dishes and the beach where sandwiches are great for swimwear if there also all your cash was already used to visit Aunt Emma at the Pink Motel! A six pack of sweetened water (good with cinnamon, a great sort of tea, all it's own in flavor, and so on using other herbs) and you'll be in your comfort zone, 10 feet above when the heat rises.

AN HOUR AND A HALF OF EXERCISE LIKE WALKING (IN MODERATION, TOO MUCH MAY DAMAGE YOUR JOINTS ECT. STOP IF IN ANY PAIN AND RESTART WITH CARE IF IN DOUBT) and 30 minutes of heavy exercise 3-5 times a week so no muscle loss plus usual light exercise to burn off an "extra ounce a day more than the basic 300 calories burned in 50 minutes of exercise like walking" This extra ounce plus the loss enabled by the food methods each day is how to lose about 5 pounds a month, for me 6 mo was not much to wait after 25 years caused by a doctor's herb. ) I REST ONE DAY PER WK.

I found using this plan each day works! If I was in pain I know from (round) experience I wouldn't be thin. First below 50 grams of fat a day helps, you'll lose weight and find no pain provided you also exercise about an hour a day of even such as walking fast. Two 35's one Am And one PM may be of more worth for your joints and power, you won't be weary all day from a 35 min AM and 35 PM workout. If you exert yourself you're going to hurt your body. And there is the social lack of activities when you exercise you may be deficient in if you exercise 24/7, and so on. Past 300, all the calories you burn after this if you eat at level levels tends to be yours to lose. If you lose it too fast you reduce your chance of permanent loss. Exercise of an hour and a half a day like walking burns off 540 calories or an ounce and a fourth a day.

TV shows make good timers to pass the time and a wall clock will tell you exactly how long you've been exercising. This is important because a bit too much beyond an hour and 15 minutes and you're tired and a bit too little and no weight is lost. TV shows are not too interesting no doubt, Realtor's TV is unaction adventure, but "Millionaire" saves winning no Hoosier Euro Prizes, I haven't had to live without! Shows are interesting enough to keep you unaware of your exercise. This is important because it reduces exercise hype. Another good way to reduce hype is to hide the scale, and don't use it for weeks for longer, the lower number you get is all that's of any merit, and this is just once a month. Even if I read a high number once I weigh in, I just breathe in and blame it on the scale, since air weighs 32 lbs/inch! Blaming the scale is an easy out if all else fails, so cheer up, it won't fail by these methods as often. I stop looking at the scale when a bit disappointed, and return a bit later and often am pleasantly suprised, this is the best way, in cycles. A watched watch never boils, and this is probably so.. When you weigh in after say a month's diet and exercise, the best you may get from the scale is a general guess, and chances are it's too high. I've seen my weight go up "20 lbs" by the scale with water weight and so on in just days when I "actually lost weight", exercised, and ate less. To reduce diet hype, I recommend not viewing TV commercials for food because of all the loads of fat and even weight loss ads increase the hype by upping the ante. Close your eyes during the Sci Fi.

I have neighbors who are ill with heart problems and they say "let's go eat". They go to the restaurant and load up on burgers and pizzas when they're about to die of the bad food. Obviously they must have gotten the idea that food that is harmful is better than food that's safe and doesn't even taste worse, somewhere with powerful magic. TV ads for food have insults for dieters, and just trying to "outthink the devil" about this is not as efficient as just staying out of the general area of the food commercials, because the food devil has the advantage or so many wouldn't be overweight and dying of food caused illnesses. Thus it's good to use a book while watching TV between you and the box to hide the food biz or close your eyes and if you keep the volume moderately low and wear earplugs (on wires around your ears so you can have them 24/7 anytime and won't lose them, good for sleep and barking dogs good earplugs that are smooth and don't hurt your ears are best) you can just plug in and out with the commercials to reduce hype or use the remote. A successful diet is like an airplane jump, you should feel no force or pain, and not have any idea you're dieting by reducing the hype. For exercise fatigue, a good Vitamin energy suppliment (like Centrum Performance) with B vitamins may be of worth because B vitamins aid digestion and a third of an adults energy often goes just to digesting food because you lose digestive enzymes as you get older, not only this exercise itself depletes B vitamins! Vitamins are a better way to get energy than stimulants which this product has like ginseng alone because vitamins are more complex and it's tough to influence your digestion without going to the cause, stimulants alone would be like trying to achieve heavy work via a cheap machine. In a month you may lose about 2 pounds by exercise, and about 5 by reduced sugar and fat, and so on by the methods of this page. Because of the woes of too much exercise like time and weariness, I just exercise in a slower and surer plan of just for an ounce-half ounce a day, or just an hour and 10 minutes a day in two 35 minute workouts on a weightloss day each divided into a light warmup of 20 minutes like fast walking and aerobics then 15 of heavier exercise like weightlifting and pushups, the extra time past 50 minutes total each day is extra fat burned that would stay the same. A wall clock with stickers on the wall for both hour and minute at the time when you start and another for when you stop exercise is how to remember how much you've exercised in minutes, if you are a bit sidetracked, just estimate your other minutes used and set the sticker ahead this much. I rest perhaps two or three days at a time to reduce the bursitis, which recovers well, or I rest during holidays, major life events, and so on. You won't have to exercise each day to lose weight since the food/water substitute makes it so any weight you lose you can keep off, this means you lose weight more reliably so you can diet slower and still lose weight and you're in no pain. I find that if I walk to the store (I don't drive when I exercise, this would be amazing in a push up machine!) after taking a nominal daytime dose of melatonin temptation is definitely reduced enough to say "I THINK I LUV MY LIFE!" about being thin and hug me around my stomach, good exercise also.. It's good because it breaks the definite cycle of many years where I would lose some weight part of the week only to go to the store and buy just enough to win just what I'd lost that week. Using this method I say the prayer, and for the first time my exercise prayer is answered, I praise before I eat not pray because of this and aerobics!

The use of monet limits is a method that is not where you're hungry or stressed by your diet. Too much dieting and exercise will make you tired and lower your blood sugar too much via melatonin, and you won't have as much chance of a win. This method of reliable weight loss over say 24 months is of special worth to older people who must or who want to lose weight. Think of sugar as fat so reduce this also. If I go hungry even a bite or a sound byte may hurt the diet. Before I was caught between when I would diet and people would say it's bad to feel bad and be grumpy (and many people would have to be grumpy for months or years by a starvation diet to achieve weight loss!). Or on the other hand, they would say it's bad to be overweight socially, tougher to find a good spouse bad for health, either way it's bad. If you diet the old way and the you go on the scale it may say you've put on 10 pounds you haven't because of water retention, or muscle which weighs like fat but makes you thinner because muscle takes up less room in the mirror. If you're in excruciating pain for days because of trying the diet method of reducing calories, the error of the scale makes the pain seem worse so I would go off the diet discouraged. Of course it's a luxury to be at a lower weight, but a healthy one, even so it's a nice present I found just by accident, after 25 years of diet activities. I had read how if you reduce fat below 55 grams a day and exercise, the weight goes. So I tried this and lost not much. So I stopped trying to lose my 20 pounds from a prescription I was on awhile for opthamology ages ago (The opthomologist looks more sweet in zoom.). Then just by coincidence I was reducing fat and sugar with moderate exercise for other reasons, and the first month I lost 5 pounds and the second, more. So reducing sugar and fat and exercise is of real worth.

These will make you lose weight, but this is of no worth if you are tempted when you buy your dish at the superstore, and for a few days I would have more tempting food, during which days I would refind the pounds I had lost that week. In evolution the food we got was determined by the ecology, so it was automatic. Our food is unnaturally easy to find in civilization, so to be thin, the border of evolution's level of lunch must be established. Eating establishes this border in precision, dieting (by starvation, not fat reduction and with exercise which causes no pain as in my plan) upsets the level, so when dieting, the person if they've eaten too much can't find the level, after they eat a lot it may take hours for them to be on an empty stomach. During this time, the border is nowhere to be found by sense of feel so eating is more yet. Ever notice how eating tends to increase on the days right after you buy most of your groceries, but you can diet successfully on the days before? The reason is obvious, you have all the tempting food right after you go to the store so you tend to eat more. You are tempted by the salt and sugar and the many types of dish. Weight loss goes in cycles, hopefully rowing machine and marathon cycles, right? If you don't live near the food store or you can't access the food all that easily for example because of not being paid except on some days of the month, this can be used to your advantage. Instead of binging/diet cycles when you go to the store, and the rest to stop too much variation of your food just go to a store that has enough selection to be good nutrition and limited enough selection. You're still eating more healthy than anyone else if you buy healthy dish (moderate salt, fat and sugar with some luxury foods so you're not so bored you want to eat bad foods) at these stores, and at least when you diet this may be the smartest. A ruse to reduce the tempting foods if your access to dish is limited is to buy mostly low or moderate salt fat and sugar veggies ect and a few of the more delish dishes, often for good health and salt and sugar, good fat, and so on. When I arrive here where I live at
http://www.room.elevator/ I blend the tempting foods with the lower salt and other healthy foods in a bowl or jug. This is why limited access to the dish is of worth to dieting. By having the store far from you, once the healthy food is blended in with the more luxuriant food, temptation to binge right after you go to the store is stopped all week. If your access to food is too convienient and you'd like to lose weight, you might consider use of this trick by going for life in the country. I buy just a few luxury foods at the store date and blend them in with the moderate or low fat, low salt low sugar health foods. Later in the week before the store journey to the neon stars I may find not enough munch at the end of the money, so I keep a bit of extra money to go find just a bit more of the flavor foods and perhaps some more healthy foods, to blend when I return and by this the food I eat all week is moderately stimulating to keep me interested, but it's level enough I can lose weight reliably. A good trick is to buy a small amount of juice or other sweetener, and eat a small amount of the strong flavor with more of the more healthy no salt no fat dish, like legumes, this method of reducing sugar is delicious and not overpowering. I watch for any diet lapses, usually after I go to the store, and note what I ate, if say two tins of meat or too many oranges, I just buy one of the meat or some oranges, not a box of them and also more veggie blends, which are an uncommon taste. Not too bad but more of worth in an optimal blend to the diet. I buy a low moderate amount of the weeks sugar and fat, and the main food it flavorises, and then parcel out the flavor day by day. Buying behaviour at the store is where 3/4ths of weightloss can be controlled.

..They say memory and other thought is most sharp not when you're estatic, but actually when you're mildly uncomfortable. Woodrow Wilson had all these peace treaties and it was Teddy Roosevelt who won the Nobel peace prize. Roosevelt had written bestselling books that made peace more common from where the world was mostly, without assuming all was love, peace, and lofat. I Xpect Xellence, sure, And Enough's Enough too, it's efficient to be prepared, so you can both be strong-and so you recieve comfort by earning it, not just by sleep, this is true in life in general in an important sense.

Even if I reduce salt, sugar and fat lower to moderate levels and exercise, I still find I would eat a bit extra now and then, and this would add up. How to take up the slack? One Word "FLAVOR SUBSTITUTES", like vinegar, herbs and spices or the stevia jug of water to replace the tempting dish via a mostly opposite flavor. In theory you lose weight by the other methods, and don't win weight during the rest of your time. It stops overeating in the times of temptation.

Stevia is the sweetest herb there is, Japan consumes 20 tons of the herb a year (not a giant Samarui who eats that loud crunchy bag of chips they had to stop it was so loud!) it has no carbs and is actually good for your teeth. I got Stevia with mostly honey powder and it was only later I found the honey was bad for my teeth (most honey would cause me some discomfort right away but it took a couple of months to make my mouth uncomfortable. If it says serving size 1 gram and less than one gram of carb/serving it may still have like 45% honey). So you may want to buy 100% pure stevia. If like me you thought stevia was too high in price, a trick I devised is to first dip my spoon in the stevia jug (a seperate small jug is better for downloads to keep the main jug dry) then put the stevia on my toungue and roll it around for much better flavor between bits.

In general anything that increases would be diet hype is to be stopped, for instance I have a box of canned foods and other foods like juice I buy at the store, if the lid is open it's seems to be at least somewhat more tempting to eat, so I keep it shut while not at meals. You want to simplify all your eating behaviour, or if you cook, just cook one type of food, add flavor seperately, and so on. The following about the Flavor Substitute was an earlier memo I list for sake of completeness as I say;

Substitutes are indeed good for eating healthier food because it improves the flavor here too, or when your dish is a bit low, if you add the herbs on like cin.amon (in moderation and rotation and with caution about the herbs) it makes it so you eat enough healthy dish and don't undereat so you would gain back this weight lost plus more.

If you can't take the same herb continously (Use them in moderation, because for example cinnnamon causes allergy, basil is bad in overuse, and so on) rotation of your herbs may be good for this. Other sorts of food substitutes you may try are pepper or ceyanne soaked in vinegar in a jug in your refrigerator (can also be used as a healthy flavor on lunch when you do eat and the vinegar is also an aid to digestion, body cleanse, and so on. Dilute your vinager with water, because it erodes tooth enamel. A boost so you can level the remaining temptation is to the aspertame water method, and you can combine this with apple cider vino, boosts your metabolism, has enzymes to digest your food better to give you energy by digesting your food faster so your body doesn't have to use it's power just for digestion, so they say we all should imbibe.). Diet sodas are bad because it's all synthetic, including the out of this cyber price. The price of the diet sweets are often PR ad-sorbitant! and the flavor is too strong (this is what is to solve not cause) the price is too high, and unwholesome side effects may be reduced by just dividing up the dose of the candy much, this sort of solves all these problems, but the problems remain. You may see these sites that say, "a calorie is a calorie". I believe otherwise, because sugar and fat are stored as fat but vegetables are stored as power, provided you don't overeat the vegetables. I think it's considerably better for pain proof weightloss, better nutrition for you when you're in the process. If a calorie was a calorie if you eat the same calories of fat and sugar as the vegetables, the distinction is you don't lose weight, without pain or you lose weight with pleasure. And if a calorie is a calorie, why is sugar empty calories? You need sustenance when you diet, and plant based calories are better for health in general. The problem is eating too much of the vegetables which although good for weight loss can be something of a temptation, I find this is this is the only remaining loophole in my diet motifs if I do all the rest of the motifs like low (moderate) fat and moderate salt and so on. The final step of not overdoing the vegetables, and so on are achieved by the Flavor Substitutes. If pizza's on the list at the restuarant I munch on the commas! For exercise I read with both hands on the exercise wheel, so I don't crunch on 79 mph coffee!

These motifs are a plan of achieving balance. Any problem or anything else is a pattern of both what changes and what stays the same. When you have them in the right place and working for you, you'll solve dieting just like any other problem. Temptation is just a loss of balance, when you have the pain and emotion of dieting stopped by these methods, you can start to overpower the ideas that are often involved that are not in one's favor. The main idea itself of weight gain is that if you lose some weight, the thing that goes with it is, you guessed it, eating more. This comes right from the pain that is involved in starvation diets. This is what people associate diets with. As you practice the skill of dieting by this method, the illusion of dieting having anything at all to do with imbalance or temptation, at first gradually, and then more definitely begins to dissappear. Diets aren't an excruciation.. You can diet each day, and not be stressed, your idea itself that if you diet, you must eat more after you lose weight fades, and becomes as beautious and thin as you in triumph deserve to be. The exercise in this plan has three uses. It lowers your appetite, it burns fat, and it builds up or at least keeps you from losing muscle. You lose muscle on calorie starvation diets. Experts don't recommend nofat diets, you need a source of moderate animal fat and eggs to stay healthy plus the usual food groups. For example the brain is about 2/3 fat. They've found that moderate good fat is itself conducive to weight loss. You also need protein or it's unsafe to diet. But by combining more fat free vegg protein with a small amount of animal protein you get "complete protein" of the same healthy amount as if you'd eaten a lot more of the less healthy animal protein. And the third component is to add in salt and sugar in low to moderate amounts in a constant steady flow, this for the same reason as the moderate fat, it's most conducive. I achieve this by either sometimes eating dish of no salt or sugar just for the sheer pleasure of roughing it and being close to evolution. Or often if I buy a dish with lots of salt or sugar I combine it with a low salt dish for moderate taste. For example salted sunflower seeds make good flavor for popcorn. If peppers have too much salt I combine them with other no salt munch.




I find if I change the types of dish bought at the store too often or not enough this is not as conducive to weight loss, here again moderation (being careful and serious about the plan when you go to the store) giving much better resistance. I did this method of constant dish first for several months so my body settled down so no binges.

Exercise all day in say 10 or 15 minute jogs is healthier as they recommend because like a dog needs to bark, we need to think, and if afterward we would have to rest 2 hours in pain it's out of reach. Exercise for an hour is perhaps not like evolution because it floods the body with harmful free radicles and may drown your brain in too much oxygen. To do a heavy chore, breaking it down into moderate steps may be much healthier and makes you strong faster. ..



Wouldn't it be great in life when you go in a store and the ones who are finding how to improve health and try to help in general were treated at least as optimal by the store personel as others? One method to be fit may actually be to wear sound soothing audiphones when you go to buy your dish at the store. Research shows where you live like via neighbors has influence on your weight, and other research shows 1/4 go in stores feeling good and 3/4 leave feeling frazzled, thus merely not listening to the sounds of the store may be a real influence on how good you are at fitness, so the better store sound may help dieters achieve goals at higher efficiency. Even though this sort of oil is of great worth for noncontinuous use, it's not as safe for use of more duration because it's harmful to your fat receptors (too much Omega 3 and not enough 6 and 9) so you would lose your worth from the Flax Oil and more because the fat receptors need to be in worth to use Flax Oil and it damages just these receptors. That's the bad news. Here's the good news,

While Flax Oil has too much Omega 3, unground FLAX SEED has the right amount of the good fats in relative harmony (a good Omega three formula is better). It's not so out of this world, but you reach the world! Ground Flax may be best for perineal use. I've tried combining the higher power flax oil with olive oil and some ground up flax seed to balance the Omegas, olive is balanced, so is ground flax oil, so perineal use of all three seems both to have omega moderation and worth for prostate. Don't take Flax with any other hormones. Flax Oil goes rancid and becomes a poison without refrigeration so store your Flax Seed in the Box of Vanilla Ice. Buy new Flax Seed after a year. Flax may not be as good as Olive Leaf Extract because it only temporarily reduces prostate inflammation and this can cause harm like necrosis (death of living tissue). You feel fine for a while with Flax Oil, but it's hormonal and with Olive Leaf extract you go more to the cause of the problem, reducing other types of symptoms, curing them all at once.

With any herbs be sure to try them near where the hurt is you're trying to help if possible, for example on your chest for cardio or on your shoulders for back problems if possible. This saves money because you use less, is often more powerful and with reduced interactions and it's often safer.

SAW PALMETTO Saw Palmetto acts like zinc. Saw palmetto can be used for a cheaper "Maintenance dose" to maintain your prostate health, with the main power from the extract of Saw Palmetto you can buy at the Dollar Store for five (high value when you save!) It's much cheaper on the web also at stores like Puritan's Pride or Swanson Vits. but for cost the Dollar store has it for about 5 and it's often many times this online. The more optimum combination is both cheap and it works. (Perhaps 1/3 of OTC herbs being bogus "counterfeits" as has been shown. How to know you're not getting bogus saw palmetto? Some recommend buying two or more brands at once. You take both each day so even if one is bogus the other is real. A better way I use is to buy two or three brands of Saw Palmetto and open the capsule to find the taste which is easy to know too, once you know the taste, you'll know right away and you won't have to go some months with half the power and you'll know which brands are bogus to avoid.) While it takes at least three years with lower power use of more conventional Saw Palmetto, taking it at a moderate higher dose may solve most prostatatis in months not years, or never, even so there is an optimal dose because too much saw palmetto may cause liver problems or pancreatitis. You may read all these wonderful praises of saw palmetto for prostatitis, how it's bettter cheaper, safer than expensive drugs, some read and read for 10 years wading through site after site, trying herb after herb, baths, exercises and so on, to no avail, wondering why Saw Palmetto seems to be worthless for prostatitis after years even though it's proclaimed tip to top to wall to roof to be of more worth than any other herb or drug for the price. You may wonder, why all the praise of Saw Palmetto and 10 for a jug at the drug store for them to overcharge, or even perhaps the doctors are putting on yet another medicine show just to make us feel bad (after all they cause prostatitis for millions by witholding care for years of worthless tests the insurance pay for, in perhaps a sort of shady insurance business). If you ask the doctor's advice it's more solved. (You may have to wait longer than two months if you haven't been taking Saw Palmetto at a lower dose). And while these other herbs are good, if all else fails sooner or later they say, Saw Palmetto will win for you. If you have liver problems, saw palmetto combined with ceyanne may be better. Saw palmetto at higher doses is bad for this.

THYME
is of more worth than any of the other of the 50 herbs (other than Flax) for short term use tried in research because it cleanses out the UT. While like Flax Oil it's a real aphrodisiac, thyme is considered to be a poison, a carcinogen, and is even said to cause mental illness and is just recommended for short term cleansing. Even so thyme is only rumored to cause these problems. Thyme has not been researched to prove if it has these problems because in the history of thyme the champagne industry was jealous of absinthe and thyme or "thuja" wine and it was a caution so much no research was ever done to actually prove the claims. With the long experience of use of thyme for culinary worth it's believed by many if there were any serious cautions for herbs of thyme's type, they would have been already seen with millions of dishes with thyme served by chefs and and the risk of interactions with other herbs or foods therefore is believed to be improbable in common doses if used per se one day a week and in small doses. The main caution has been that it's for internal use not the perineum because it causes skin allergies. See sites about Thyme.

Neither Flax Oil or Thyme are recommended for use with any type of hormones or anything (e.g. herbs) that also influences hormones in unknown or complex ways. Progesterone is not reccommended for prostate or any other use it's been found by the state of CA to cause cancer and the risk never is reduced except by other methods especially graviola, you might consider finding a substitute for this so you can take Flax Seed which may be of worth to you.


VITAMIN C C is often touted as the best immune booster, it's the Wonder Herb that works wonders! Vitamin C powder at Trader Joes is $9.99/lb. To make crystalline Vitamin C 1000 times more powerful, Put 1 level tsp (4 g) in a glass, add 1/2 tsp Arm and Hammer baking soda, add 1 inch of water, let fizz, dilute to 8 oz and drink. This is also a way to prevent periodontal illness because the fresh Vitamin C binds your gums more to your teeth so it's good to gargle with the C on the way down. PANAX GINSENG is both a great boost for a safe energy and oxygen for you, it's been found good to energise libido by 67% in clinical research.
