Improve Absorption Of Herbs Foods Or Prescriptions!

Often DRAMATICALLY, and Cheaper Yet Than What!

Bloated? Is your perscription out of order? Two thirds of Americans are on perscriptions or herbs of some type. Your liver is the master chemist of your body. Many OTC's like progesterone or epsom salts make your liver tired, and the liver is responsible itself for much of the absorption, so your liver is tired, you can't absorb, and this makes you feel bad. The good news is, while you can live without as much as half of your liver and it can heal on it's own by rebuilding, there are many foods you can eat that may boost you in just hours. I was feeling bloated (water in the chest flowing out of my liver) and my herb wasn't working for months then the first day I tried the liver power foods in the list below IT WAS MUCH MORE THAN SINCE THE COLLEGE OF ANCIENT NUMERALS ON THE WEB IN 1997!

The booster foods are for usual use, for example if you're out of reach of the SUPER FOODS when you go out West! If you can't find the super foods that day just bring along the jug of garlic (not the pill type, a third of OTC's are bogus, mine were of no worth). Be careful and don't spill the garlic or the outdoors will smell like the old world!
Garlic is like 100,000 IU's of penicillan, and safe and cheap! The ancients thought of garlic as pure gold.

IMPORTANT!!!

Take more of the super foods at once to multiply up your liver by many pathways! One good thing about this motif of many foods is that unlike perscriptions because they are so gentle you can often solve more than one problem at a time without much risk of interaction, so if you have say IBS and headaches, you won't have to wait for relief if you take the foods for each (e.g. cinnamon for IBS and flax for headache. Often like with the flax you can treat both problems at once since flax is good for both IBS and headaches.) If you have cancer, heart problems or any other illnesses for which your're taking herbs this may be of worth to you because most OTC's and perscriptions are absorbed via the liver. If 2/3 more of your perscription is reaching you your changes of improving and survival may be much better. Be sure to consult your doctor if you have liver or other problems before making any change in your diet or exercise.

Herbs for your liver;

Ginger protects the liver 7 ways, improves the flow of bile several times over and has minimal side effects. Taken with cinnamon, ginger boosts the absorption of other herbs and foods is dramatically.


Rosemary improves absorption of all other herbs-including Rosemary, which makes ginger absorb more itself, and rosemary too is good for the liver many ways and also improves the absorption of Both the Rosemary and Ginger and Ginger and Rosemary- and all other herbs or foods taken by mouth. Rosemary is good for the liver many ways is also good for the kidneys and other boosts in general health. A caution about Rosemary is that it contains thujone. This is considered unsafe (although it's not been well proven) if not boiled which boils out almost all of this compound. To further increase safety I use Rosemary dermally.
