This page is removed from wordpress. Wordpress had change to a noneditor so I had to move, my words at any rate, here. I' m the same author, gotta be me..
.. Please remember that all the methods of this site reflect my experience only and may not work or even be hazardous for some. See your health care nurse (if she lives in your 37 room luxury liner motel so be it!) or other professional before making any changes in diet or lifestyle. FIRST, THE BAD NEWS (GOOD NEWS ON THE WAY!) In studies 57% admit they drive and type even while it’s been proven to be more dangerous than driving while drunk. The average time spent online by women age 22 is 10 hours. This is even if other studies show that cellphones are good for health for awhile but after 2 hours they cause harm like damage to neurotransmitters and it may harm relationships. Science shows computer use reduces creativity and nonverbal reasoning and once your creativity is gone you've lost value. Science has shown that using the machine speeds up your brain and then you can't slow it down as easily like for conversations at usual speed and it also reduces your ability to understand nonverbal signals. Truckers and other drivers using GPS become unable to make a map and their memory of where they are with time and become dependent on GPS. Using spell and grammar editors tend to make you less able to understand your language. Overuse can cause vision loss, symptoms of OCD and autism. THE GOOD NEWS As I say below editing your bookmarks may be a treasure to increase your productivity like for shopping online by strengthening your tired fighting near memory so your satisfaction is higher and you let your brain "breathe" so that neither your long term or short term memory are so overpowered and your satisfaction is increased, by paradox reducing overuse. More change is constant in life what a soap opera! Coin laundry my bills return all wet.. Reducing dissatisfaction like by the bookmark method will reduce overuse overall because when you are stressed in studies you tend to do more of what you did the last time you were in the loop. ... More about how I learned about ways of dramatically boosting memory with bookmarks below.... I found using bookmarks to map your progress and sum it up and compare just the results you might like does work quite well for shopping want to help rapidly solve complex problems or e.g. learn quickly a skill. Even so it's still online. Online there's still the risk of wandering around aimlessly that you don't want, and is not as powerful to stop overuse as the timer padlock combined with non-habit forming offline access to your search results as I will here vwalah! Here's what I've realized...The main things that work I've seen by far the best to solve overuse are timers like timer padlocks. These get you in the right general area with a simple mechanical way to shut down most of your activity (I don't use timer apps because they tend to have random interruptions (the main cause of overuse in studies of overuse behavior like gambling) and aren't simple like padlocks… but much better is to combine padlocks with offline use by writing all my searches in a Text To Speech (TTS) app offline and I time out the router (not the phones which are much less habit forming offline because this is only listening and speaking and writing as in older days) with the timers for about 10 days including "saving up" my searches. I go online and simply do the searches and whatever business I have to do like shopping or other research and this brings it down to just like one day's use or perhaps three hours in 7-10 days! Of course you may have another set of life events each month and on the 35th! You can also time it out for anytime you like, and this will at least give you some defense if you have to use your computer a lot. You might want to time it out just for the end of each day. A solution is here for the 90's and BC Before Cyber has it's advantages if you know what to do and how to use these methods. My favorite use of these methods is to use the search list and bookmark method and finish both business and searches in only about 3 hours a week. Since social media is important and it's also been the main extra edition to usual reading and writing that's causing overuse it's also valuable! After all if you're reading me I must be doing what's right and so I time out from that one day of the searches and business for about 3 days and while I'm offline now and then like now I write in my social media and listen to the text to speech both to make use of all the awesome information on the web and also to add more to it! So in addition to business and searches I also wait 3 days and then publish and all the rest of the time I'm offline. It's true that while offline you may not be using the internet itself, but by this method you're doing things that are valuable both by input and output and because I've stopped the limit of eye strain and brain strain I've increased my reach of information by 80%, without overuse! Why Text To Speech and Speech To Text The TTS and STT app I use is a Russian app called voice notebook you can get it in Google Play without your devine feline overusing its fat or yoga and stretch so reach you in the afterlife, you have it right meoway! and this has both TTS and STT and this can be wondrous for overuse because it becomes essentially no more burden than talking and listening! (While people's eyes have been overburdened this basically converts it to an audio event. It's been seen how the level of useful information on the web is decreasing. My belief is one of the main reasons people are remembering less and less they read online it's because they realize in a deep way that it's damaging their vision and so they're certainly is something wrong with it and it's tough to remember when it's causing them more and more pain.) There are 10 times more neurons devoted to audio than vision in the brain. And this method allows your eyes real relief while you wait for them to revive. You listen to the TTS to get your information and if you'd like to edit-READ ME NOW!-you can use the STT! One way this can dramatically reduce overuse is because it's so simple... you thought up your questions offline with STT, you have your questions to ask, and then you go online instead of being sidetracked by links that aren't really so much fun, you have definite problems and definite solutions. Just as importantly you're replacing web randomness that distracts you with something much more valuable and that is the content of the web pages off the web and not how you have to go about getting the content. You're just saying no by replacing the frustrated web event with a much more productive solution. At any rate by stopping damage to your eyes by giving them more frequent rests this is bound to be much better for you. You only have to look at the phone at the time when you look for the area where you begin reading the text to speech, I'd swear it on a stack of swear word removers! The foundation is in the ceiling of where I live, the foundation federation of associations! Then you give your eyes another rest at regular intervals by the bet, you win the cashbox without even having to pick a number! Also, while you're resting your eyes as you listen to the readout, it's valuable to do eye exercises as I'll show you how on this page in order to strengthen your eyes and help them be stronger. Certainly I'd say you're often getting brilliant advice from people like me and the web has some value I know, I've had my suspicions about this.. If even I'm not perfect yet (moms are lifting weights on Labor Day!) you can repeat with other sites in other loops. As you may know science shows most people are getting dumber as they read on the web. Just looking at your cell phone makes you dumber! It was not known why this is so but I think that maybe because it's damaging your vision as WEB MD well indeed says myopia is dramatically on the rise, SAVE ME A TRIP TO THE Eye ER! Otherwise people are spending 11 hours of "scream" time and this seems to me a sort of screen horror about the web slowly damaging their eyes and brain perhaps permanently. ("I'm serious" but I'm also serious about my comedy!) TIMER PADLOCKS VS THE KITCHEN SAFE My Review I bought some timer padlocks on eBay for about 30 which is about half the cost of the kitchen safes. Even so unlike the kitchen safe you need a padlock box for the locks or a box with a chain and the numbers are balky to enter. I used a duffel with zips. I typed in the time and had to wait 10 days in Ohio a month ago. On the other hand the 30$ padlocks time a month and more and this might be of use if like me you are saving money. The 30$ chinese Amazon padlocks I bought also had another feature that was not as optimal, this is that the battery isn’t rechargable or replaceable, and only lasts for 3 -5 years of use. This was the 37$ ones on Amazon, While they have up to five weeks to time out, one of them stopped opening and the other one still opens and closes both. You might like the cheaper like 20$ ones on Amazon that only have about 99 hours ("or 4 days") for timing out most tempting nonperishable food (even so you can lock it into a duffel and put it in the fridge for like stevia in nonfatmilk yum yum time to time out! The rest of my food is healthier and nontempting and I just release it bit by bit with timers and duffel bags! My all-time favorite for weight loss is walking because Prevention magazine shows us that if you walk for an hour and 20 you lose like a pound but if you walk just for an hour you don't lose but an ounce. This might turn out to be an easy way for anyone to lose as much weight as they want at any rate if they don't get greedy and try to lose too much too fast. And all other types of exercise fail for weight control and walking is also an appetite suppressant as I will say here Click Here WWW or see link below at the end of the post if you like for details of how I've melted off 30 lb as a long-term method..). For timing out my phones I use the 37$ lock since I only compute 1 or 2 days a week. The 20$ ones are more of worth for other use. If like me you want to save money on timers and I never can seem to find my remaining phone and herd it in the box without stampede so no more roundup needed and this can be an invitation to more phone use. I didn't feel like shelling out 40 more because the 999 hour one didn't work like the cheap 99 hour machine with the added cost of the kitchen safes snufs snuf! So right a good solution I use to save time and money in my money machine, plant more cash! Is to take a 99 hour timer and set an alarm in about 4 days to overlap the lock with another 99 hour lock and this can be used with unlimited value if you always watch to set the second timer before the 99 hours are past so you can relax as much as you like at 150 mph up the road to save time and 💰! While more expensive, the kitchen timers may be the best if you plan on common use because while they cost twice as much, mine have already past the 4 year mark with no problem of any sort that were it’s fault. It’s not a Louie XIV Sofa, right.. The Kitchen Safe is a quality product with strong polymer that seems as tough as plexiglass (turned out to be actual more brittle plastic even while about 1/8″ deep) and even while one of the 3 I bought cracked as I opened it with force, it “was my fault with the vault” so I just taped it with a bit of duct tape and it’s still usable after 4 years and no other signs of bus stops yet with any of the Kitchen Safes I bought. One caution; don’t drop them. You can damage the mechanism and 70 is a day in Miami beach in December if mom makes the most of her S and L! If you opt for the kitchen safe as I have you might like the transparent safes since the white opaque safes were invisible to what’s inside and you can have both visible and good looks if you simply store your safes in a larger box like a storage box. If you use a lot of safes you want to know what’s in what while you wait. It’s invisible or visible when you want. On the shelf the box where I could see it was like shelf clutter so you have to put it in another box right away, relief for my site manager to relax she’s so soothed and rises awake each day in her house of the rising RV! So to recap KITCHEN SAFE ADVANTAGES; (mostly) Durable quality, Replaceable batteries Easier to set Times up to 10 days (The 20$ ones only time up to about 4 days) “KITCHEN SAFE DISADVANTAGES” Costs 60$ maybe not an issue.. I considered mine worth it, I own 3. Even so see above about how the padlocks work by putting the wire of the lock through the zipper tabs of duffels. I could have bought 8 more of the 20$ timers if I had bought them with the 37$ one to time out the phones once a week. Much better for brain health and rest! (you might get it cheaper used on eBay); Even so if you have the money the kitchen safes may be best because while easy to set the $20 padlocks only time out for 4 days, and while the 37$ Chinese ones time out for more than a month maximum, The Kitchen Safe is the easiest and most reliable to set. The box is built in unlike the timer pad box and one of the chinese ones failed to initialize. Since this renders it worthless, I might have been just as well off buying one kitchen timer safe and even though it takes up more room it might really be the better buy overall if you have the money. 10 days maximum time limit Takes up more shelf room than the padlocks hold on the shelf if a cyclones ahead! TIMER PADLOCK ADVANTAGES: Half or 1/3 the cost Times out for up to months DISADVANTAGES The 40$ event was Fickle to set numbers it goes up to 999 hours but it goes from 700 to 800 to 900 fast so it goes right past to 100 and you have to use real luck or quick reflexes. I had to sometimes go through 5 loops to set it. I broke it down into smaller steps to reach the time, Even so the kitchen is safe are easier to set because they give you the day and the hour instead of just like counting all the hours for the week. 24, 48, 72, 96 120, 144, 168..etc. The 20$ padlocks are easy to set and they work. Battery is neither rechargable or removable… the 99 hour padlocks are with usb connection You can time out larger boxes by timing out the key in the timer safe or with the padlock. I highly recommend simply using the pouches in your duffel bag. Put the phone or stuff like food to save in the pouch and move both zippers on both sides and then just move the heavy wire of your padlock in both holes of the zip tabs unified and lock it. To watch for when it opens just pick up the duffel by the loop and you can see the LCD with ease.. AND DON'T CLICK THAT LINK With A Cheeze Chip! My phone melts in the heat in the inbox and it's not upside down, our world is just right side up! Another reason I use my audio version of the internet.... which I always dreamed of because it's linear and much more like talking and listening, or this method of TTS and also STT...for example, is because your brain when you're reading a book makes a map with a mapping part of your brain of what you're reading. So it's like you're driving through the streets of the city and you know where all those streets are more familiar by the map making part of your brain but when you click the link it's like you're teleportating to an unfamiliar realm and even if it's a good link of value this makes it sort of like the bees where they move them around the cars and they're stressed so much they often don't make honey. At any rate this is what I believe about why as a web author I like to say click here if you like for embedded links or see click at the end of the page because when the poor PhD is pretending to be a beggar and asking for money on the bus if they use the phrase "if you like" they get more cash even if they don't need it! This might be good for anyone writing a web site with embedded links because it sort of takes the shock off that tendency to be so surprised by the link in the page. This means I also just ignore most links by other authors written in the page other than by the offline links that are with the TTS STT Voice Notebook app I use. When you get more time to consider the link by using the timer padlock to get in the general area while even so you're accessing the web page offline with text to speech, they don't all seem the same. About my method (timer box for general and offline reading and writing for value) the advantage is that it reduces the bells and whistles. My mom the journalist and English professor, says she's just searching for a darn typewriter she's so frustrated with her computer she just stopped and says why? Why not.. I do too! So when you move it offline with only TTS and STT you've also removed those pesky links you can click but you don't know what are and instead you have the list of the links that you might like to click but most of which you never will anyway and so in essence you've removed those annoyances and greatly simplified the process of getting your information. All it takes is two or three minutes to load the Voice Notebook and Voice Aloud app from Google Play.. I find this much more relaxing than reading on the web and I'll never go back to doing it the old way... in the year 2000!.. It's been said we have a totally artificial sense of urgency caused by the web and I believe this finally gets to the source of that annoyance. No more than speaking and listening. Other than the nerd sounding speech which I found I can tune just right and Google text-to-speech settings I hope for you this will be a real relief. One good app that doesn't have the Google speech nerd is The Voice Aloud app. This app has a more beautiful look than the Voice Notebook app. Even so the Voice Notebook app allows both reading and writing by text to speech and speech to text and this is an advantage for part of the time but the Voice Aloud app is basically read only and both of them have the advantages because sometimes I like to add my own comments or jokes or exercises to remember what I've read like for trivia it's great. Even so this tendency just to go on editing and editing is possible with overuse and so I send these documents that I've copied offline from my Voice Notebook with Bluetooth and there I also label the names of the tracks so that I can now find them by the index in file manager on my second machine (an LG G5 phone) to read with the read only Voice Aloud app. The Voice Notebook allows reading and writing with Speech To Text and Text To Speech but it doesn't allow you to find all your documents fast or read them with read only which part of the time I really like to do because it totally stops me from the over editing habit I seem to have learned sometimes any rate (wonder where in the WWW did I find it..) Actually there are four levels of your defense here The first level is you're offline more often with the lock, a material limit that makes moderation a habit, the second level is where you can both read and write like with the Voice Notebook app, this is often quite valuable, no doubt. Third level is read only with the Voice Aloud and or the jukebox on my LG G5 phone for entertainment and music, and the fourth is no phones at all if you want. I often find I should also rest from the editing which seems somewhat like overuse even while less habit forming, more like with an older word processor. Remember it's much easier to say no with these methods. You adjust the level of the pressure to be active and so you moderate your activity, you are in control, feel the burn! You can remove both the editing ability and the web access, like I often have for listening to songs on my LG G5 which also has the Voice Aloud TTS without the somewhat annoying editing ability, and a really awesome jukebox the best I've seen ever, always wanted my greatest hits, and chips in the answer machine! I like to listen to my own songs, jokes, inventions and also some comic type inventions (Edison thought of the internet, and a world of inventions that wouldn't work I'm sure he might have found lots were comical). And I like to think about science and also events about health and life. For a lot of us the jukebox is awesome like to use when I do as 3 out of 4 realtors often want us to be in the lease and clean up, contrary to what some realtors say a clean house is a sign of computer used well, and yet it would be reduced in value if you were spending all of your winning cashbox in Ohio with Amy Fillpot. One thing you'll notice about this method is there are no annoying visuals to distract you (as you copied the web page where you press down on the page where there's no link and the word and then it shows you the option of select all you click select all and copy then you just load it into your TTS program). It doesn't copy the images but it does leave the links and if you have a good site (for example I like Popular Mechanics for the inventions) while you're offline you can consider those links (and of course you can load photos from the web and store them elsewhere in file manager but generally photos aren't as valuable just for speech to text because they're random which has been associated with overuse behavior like gambling) and consider putting them into your Voice Notebook search list like for 10 the days you've timed out your router with the timer padlock. Thus you got your more favorite links, the ones you want not where you're just online and you click one link and another, and another.... It's your option, you're in control, you decide what you like have it your way your'e top dog! WOOF! (I'm not a real dog even if with my amazing typing skills!) The artificial sense of urgency is much reduced.. ahh is for 100 mph at any rate! Have you noticed the one where you're writing your social media or even just a memo and you're halfway in and because of just the general nausea of the web you don't know when to stop.. you're halfway through your editability is so good that you it tends to make it so that you don't know where your boundary is to stop.. Even with beauty here you may not have this problem if you simply stop writing your memos like I'm just about to do for you here! and then write something like ~~~~~ or ##### where you want to stop in your memo and then write this also in the title of your memo and then you can just come back later and search it.. the app has a find feature "inside the memo" and you're soon stopped at higher speed.. The Voice Notebook is the best I've found yet for both listening and editing e.g. you can enlarge the type so your eyes aren't strained, and while there may be better apps because the speech I didn't find as I say the most agreeable, there are just two other things about the app you might want to be cautious about. While you can search within your memos like this to find where you stopped you can't search the list itself and it's got kind of small print. There are three things you can do here. One good trick is just to write ALL ABCS WITH CAPS so you can actually see it in the memo search. Also, at the lower left in the Voice Notebook memo list you'll see the whether A to z or 9 to 1 option and these are not my odds in Reno which are much more even since I don't win the lottery I swear by my Aunt Emma! (2/3 of video gamblers are addicted so I strongly counsel against this. Think of the older people who thought it was an improvement for the lottery to go online and our state lottery instead of doing the right thing and stopping then when they found out it was addictive, they now offer for people gambling to turn each other in to the authorities for overuse! This web stuff takes caution but it has many values if you limit events like overuse. ) The A to Z in the Voice Notebook app gives you the result in Z to A order and in the order for the nine to one it turns out to be the order in which you use the app by frequency so you always find the new document. In order to use the Z2A and reduce stress on your eyes, I use a trick I often have for finding documents of a given type. Like for songs since I'm a musician I wondered how to find all my songs of given type. One of my best solutions was to write like general category for example music or my own music I would use the code MO for music others or MM for my music and then the instrument letter like for example my music guitar for all my guitar songs would have the letters MM and then G. My music violin will be MM V, for my music banjo will be MM B. This is useful for general types of knowledge for example Science is just SCI for business is BIZ with the second area for your more zoom or Uber area code! The other thing about this is that because of the order in which you used you go back and use this when you do the searches. At least the app gives you the ability to find all your recent memos in order all the way through and this at least helps you find these. It doesn't have a word search though for the memo list and so I sort of had to do this by Bluetooth thing these documents to my other cellphone machine and then changing the name of each one in order to sort of add in the ability to access all my memos by word search. In a way this is sort of a higher option and not absolutely essential because you can at least find your recent memos. For long-term use at least part of the time I want to save and most valuable documents so I can find them by word search even so. The Voice Notebook app has only one other glitch I found (it's real simple). The glitch is about saving your document, you don't even have to save it just turn off your cell phone.. remember this one..ah the good old days! If you try to save it with too many words in your title it won't save and you'll lose your entire document. This is the only rather bad glitch in the Voice Notebook app as I used it over a few months. Even so you may be able to use at least 10 or 15 words in the field which is better than a lot of the old ones also even as it is.. One other thing I recommend is where you put your searches. As I say you can cut and paste them from sites you like if you find a link you like while you listen offline. And I put all my searches in a memo they're called LUOL. NO NOT LAUGH OUT LOUD! L U O L MEANS LOOK UP ONLINE! So with the Voice Notebook app you can either have all your documents listed by the letter prefix to find them by Z-A topic and you can also find them in order you've used them (by 9-1 lower left of the app) and this helps you keep saavy on about all sorts of news and other stuff you can find on the web! Like right away I'm looking up 50 good things to give thanks for in life with the extra value of this method. Remember the disappearing file trick? With this you finally get your memory back because it's so simple. Some sites about overuse I've seen say to not use the web for entertainment and like for business only. And Americans are reading less for pleasure than ever before. Even so this would seem a drudgery because boredom is a warning sign. So for not just the awesome TTS for entertainment I also highly recommend the V Radio app VR, that lets me listen to thousands of radio stations, and also more importantly to record them, and without much risk of interruption of the stream like with listening to the site where you would have this problem. I use one or both of my cellphones with my finds on the web, while the radio at rest, always is!... is recording the radio show with the other phone while I'm doing my online searches for 3 hours a week so it multiplys up the value of my hours online. Since I'm a huge folk music fan (Einstein liked traditional music, modern art what does that have to do with relativity? It's so traditional..) I often record the VPR Replay loop All The Traditions which has a loop of 4 hours for the loop each week. They have folk music from around the world including some old time rock and roll so modern art is an old tradition, right! A cow jumped over the Moos and World Report! This is a form of entertainment and I use it while I'm doing my searches in the 3 hours online and this multiplies up the value even more so not only do you return with your data but you also return your entertainment. You can find your favorite music with like 3-hour loops you can record each week, often if the loops are good enough you only might have to record the loop once a month to get a whole lot of good music. HOW TO ACTUALLY HEAR YOUR MUSIC We see these mp3 players everywhere that you plug in and you can't hear. Lawsuits about people going deaf have been common and if you're like me you'd like to have your audio you can actually hear. In a way audio makers have been selling an overvalued product for years because you can't hear what you like. A solution I found as with a lot of the newer cell phones is just use a Bluetooth bone conduction headphone. These aren't actually bone conduction but they are loud enough that you can hear your music if you put ear plugs in. Or just try chewing chewing gum with ear stops in and you'll hear the crunching much louder than anything else. These type of headphones like Aftershockz which cost $70 and are higher end but work or other ones like the Vidon F4s I tried. (The Vidons had the major discomfort I'm having it where you had to press the forward button twice really just right really fast with just a tiny area to work with, and the sound quality is like a third better for the Aftershockz but still not that bad for the Vidon F4s)... Vidons are cheaper but they still work. Above all this makes it so you can finally hear your music including your TTS, and as designed by the lawyers and no Fault and for the plaintiffs to be rich and after about 15 years you can now hear your music and not do without either for your brain health for not having entertainment or going deaf. So it really has worked out the best at any rate after 15 years of waiting so you can hear what you want. The Aftershockz are about 75 and the Vidons were about 44$. Another good thing is, while I'm not sure yet since mom hasn't yet invented a time machine so I win at the Publisher's Clean House, we might expect them to last for years more than a wired headphone because the radiant energy won't smash! And the reason my Google phone doesn't even have an audio jack is because Bluetooth 5.0 really does finally connect a major problem solved about audio especially when you can hear it with the headphones. A WORD ABOUT SECURITY We all hope to have our data secure and my Google phone doesn't even have a disk so while I used to copy my disk with a copying device (mine cost like $10 from Amazon) I would get this message halfway through that it couldn't copy my data from the outside copier with more than a few repeat events and I didn't know what I copied or not for thousands of documents. So basically my best security option at this level is to use Bluetooth to send the documents like music as is with another cell phone that has a disc and then save it to the disc and perhaps you even do this with two cell phones. This is a way to not only save the important memos to the internal memory of the cell phones, but also the disc where it's presumably more safe or at any rate the safest yet, and you're not listening to it to damage it which also can damage your documents just by accessing them because it's safe on the disc. You can load amplifier apps to try to hear your music but I use the Bluetooth headphones because those apps can damage your audio quality of your machine. I had all my tracks saved safely away to the disc but it won't play as well if you use a lot of these apps compared to just getting Bluetooth headphones like the "Aftershockz" as I say above. Remember that if like most you have social media which is causing the main extra burden of the web and you like to write like I am now, coincidence I think not!... Once you've timed out your router for the 10 days for the general area you can also time out your read and write phone itself if you need to for a second layer of defense and also time out all but the "read only" phones but also could even time them all out. This will totally put out the overuse fire if you combine it with the voice notebook app or other TTS STT apps especially if you use it for several years like I have.. I went through several really bad apps before I found the voice notebook app so this is the one I recommend although I may have more experience in a month so far so optimal! I think of this method as really simple; The timer box gets you in the right general area and the TTS and STT are no more stressful than speaking listening and writing. The rest are just minor complexities about saving it and finding the document. You may want to show your teens how to use this method. Teen cyber overuse is considered to be severe and all you need are timer padlocks a duffel, and loading the apps. This may be a real valuable way for parents to shield their teens from the harm to vision and relationships at a time when the teen needs a good defense. Anytime is good for more value in the world. If you find this a bit daunting about the apps another option you might like as an alternative here on this site is the Ushining cell phone, you can use the Ushining offline and it has a really good radio recorder only cost $22 and is a feature phone which means it's not got any internet and it also has Bluetooth and other neat features like a 400 character label field, not too large or small and completely searchable unlike the label field for example of the Voice Notebook app as I say above. But the main feature you might like to save your eyes using the Ushining is that in order to type in the words it has real keys that use like the older type of phone ABC to get C or DEF like to listen to high def high resolution radio! By typing in the letters like this you're not damaging your eyes cuz you're not looking at the screen this can be a major improvement. Even so to read it back, the voice notebook or other TTS app may be superior since to read it back you don't have to read it! Wwwright! PS.. The Ushining turned out to have a hardware crash of the plug that charges it so it's not worth nearly so much after a year, radio recorder tends to work just great with the timer even, The voice recorder which I used a lot for like jokes and ideas about science or inventions I likedto document, The voice quality decreased both in volume and value. Even so I still have the disc with all these recordings on them. After this I just bought a Google phone, which doesn't have a disc, and for copying and listening to my cool audios instead of the Ushining I use an LG G5. LG G5 has a high quality voice recorder. These all cost about $50 to $150 each used on eBay and they work really well. You pay more but the hardware wouldn't crash in a year or maybe 29 l would not doubt. You really do get what you pay for, or, a bit more often here, did I win the cash raffle or what! More about the Ushining option below... Now you've saved all your searches not just boredumb but also more enlightening searches, You're now wising up more often... Let me repeat.. What a relief! One reason this can have real influence on reducing overuse is because you aren't starving your brain anymore with randomness that doesn't satisfy, instead you've replaced it with nourishment where instead of being distracted by things that aren't that important you're also replacing it with access to all those great websites offline and much more reducing the randomness. You replace it with something much more real. It's a valuable distraction because even when you're online you're not so hyped. It's much more easy to say no because it's easier to balance because you've replaced it and filled up the "space" with a more satisfying result. I hope this helps you as I sympathize about computer overuse, I've seen my share... For the time when I’m using the machine I use like vitamin E caps or soothing oils like flax oil in my eyes. I always do this and review my list of what I want out of the online use for best results for an hour or two before I go online. This both reduces eye harm and boosts efficiency. The vitamin E or other methods like coconut oil are good to soften the sharp edge of the site and make me blink more. And as above this makes the machine more satisfying so this helps reduce the loop. I bought some blue light eyewear and I couldn’t find the world and what a goof I seemed in the mirror with these zooms so I found it! Oils like flax or other oils are much easier to reach and more soothing than blue light. My best solution for blue light if it works is to simply use a phone like my LG Stylo 4 that has a feature that lets you remove the blue light in settings. HERE’S THE INDEPTH RESULT OF MY YEARS OF RESEARCH.. I say to my sister I would find myself wondering mostly around the web, and she agreed she was doing the same thing and when you decide off line ahead of time what to do and have a definite plan, this can dramatically improve your efficiency about this. I think a real way of looking at how people are getting dumber with their computers more and more it's just measurable by you're getting more and more edgy and you're getting less and less that you can actually do while you're online if at any rate what you actually can remember or do is a measure of it. If you have a lot of timers you have more options. Almost anything has risk of overuse. As a musician I like to time out my instruments. It’s good to cleanse out my hand with rest especially when I begin another instrument so it’s not just more inefficient inspiration that is in control. While inspiration is a gift and it’s of value to pray for it, rest is a powerful influence, as needed as labor to have a sound surround concience. Reduced with content is more than a lot with contention. One other main way methods like the kitchen safe are awesome to reduce overuse is by setting it to open in the PM hours like 7 PM. This way you can spend the day thinking about how you might use your machine on more your terms and that it’s important to use it wisely. You have more influence and advanced warning about stopping the overuse. You can use an alarm that repeats to wake you up while you’re online after 2 hours. A good trick to use is to get a wrist band with a transparent pouch for your older cell phone and use it as an alarm. It’s tough to damage the other phone and you can use it for alarms you’ve already set up. The wrist band is also a way to travel with your old machine. A lot of us have set up a lot of earlier events on our cellphones like time! Sleep herbs like melatonin or passionflower may be of worth as I have sleep learned! So I fall asleep when the hour is up each evening. Even so see your doctor before making any changes in diet or lifestyle. I think of this like a budget, the padlock or timer sets you to your “real” value, what you can afford and you go on from there essentially removing the hype. Overuse never could afford to waste so much time.. I just set my alarm with an FM radio foam sound that’s loud yet not annoying for the two hour mark. You might first want to set your timer to say 3 days and then like 5 and rest more and then restart at say 2 days and then extend your days out to find what’s the best long range comfort level after you’ve solved the main problem and then you can go out from there by the “real” value after you are more in your range. I go to the pm time like 7 use my computer perhaps three hours, then before I sleep I ask myself, how comfortable am I? What have I improved or not with this loop? If I’m real uncomfortable sometimes I give it more days even 4 or five. If I need to do something the next day, at the least I time it out till 7 pm and then ask the same way, what’s most optimal and then bet on how much I’m willing leave in my will, you’ll be so healthy and sound! An event I often notice…the start of my time online was with doing something valuable and then beyond that often by frustration I would then do wasteful clicks. So make a list, review the hours before and stay with it. When you notice the other clicks the dumb stuff that makes you dumb and tries to damage your efficiency stop right away and in the outbox it locks! The idea is much of the overuse is just in wasted time beyond when you have a real use and beyond that level when the harm may be. The beyond is the artificial event, not the main value you had just like always. For long term events I recommend timing it at the end of the day like 5 o:clock and using it say three hours. Stop beyond this and set the box for the same hour 1 or more days ahead. As I say each day you use sleep like the herbs for an automatic cutoff so you don’t overuse that hour. This method of PM use for say five days is a way to reduce the burden. You don’t overuse on any of the PM events even if your overall burden is moreso. This end of day at more than one day for most indepth web use is the best I’ve seen in all my years online. The timer safe is the main method of all these tricks. Even so you can defend with all the tricks combined. If you don’t have more time, the box or padlocks are the most important and reliable. Once you get in the habit and you understand the evidence, it’s rather like walking up a mountain edge. You can fall off if you don’t watch but if you have an effective net, this builds confidence and if you watch for the first signs of the overuse and nail it with each go round you are an expert mountain web climber. Or I think of it as a fire (often with fans of the flames from outside influence) and you have the value of its power without being burned if you understand how and are expert enough. The danger is real but you are aware of a good solution and so you aren’t getting burned over and over. You’re getting smarter even while others are not yet reading this site, hope so in a month of merry May for you and yours! A DEEP EVALUATION And you want deeper control than just timing out your machine. A good reason for deeper control is the possibility of being around computers you couldn’t time out this way. Another reason for more depth is so that you can use other valuable apps or software without overuse wedging in. Like for business, research, entertainment, there is more on the web you just know wit! In other words you want deeper solutions than a safe or padlock. Overuse has deep symptoms and you want your defense to be strong. Offline, you may be thinking about this or that use of the internet and it seems annoying.. people spend a third of their time just thinking about how to say no to their phone…But here with the timers you have more control.. So a good idea seems to seize the moment while offline and change it by replacing the habit with a healthier defense while you are offline. This can be by way of prayer, or as I say below, you can make simple highly efficient exercises using memory methods like letters for words and comedy. I also would say as in weight control events studies show using a good list of words may be a real value and this may be of worth for the internet also.. If you are embarrassed by admitting the “problem” finding a good list of power words in your audio loops based on the same type of words used to control weight may be useful, all the words are just words and you can build up your defense. Methods like these can return your life if you wanted to visit far away but have returned at zoom speed! Words can be more powerful than any medicine and you can use all that edge to continuously detour the remaining overuse. “There are no unanswered prayers”. Even so I want mine to be answered more often or why wait! for the patience prayer you may have more than Christmas has hugs and felines. I haven’t yet seen word lists yet for internet overuse defense, but would think methods like this might allow deeper control than the timer. I think this as like a way I think while offline about how to find advantage by using the machine and then the hoped for solution. This is more like where you go in and go out with a more clean and definite more well defined boundary so your tendency is to be aware of the real value. This may reduce your overuse by setting boundaries. It’s of worth to write your goal for each session and as I say below, using a real AZ memo helps a lot to ask yourself what you want most while you are offline, and especially with complex events. Often asking the right question saves a lot of R and D. The A-Z much boosts your memory so you can find what most of value in your special cosmic combination of your om. You want to always allow enough time so you rest more than enough even so if you time out too many days you might miss out on important events and emergencies, not even necessary in the 2000s without the machines..Is my bread best if used by! The main thing is to time it so it opens late like this and about being sure to time it out at bedtime, like in 90 minutes set your alarm to get ready to stop after you’ve used your machine. This way you are automatically limited in time by the timer and the sleep on both sides of the edge of your month! This “automatically” limits the time you use. The problem of extra time spent with the phone you weren’t interested in due to charging can be reduced by buying a pack of 10 or 15 ft charging wires and you can also use the wires with batteries. I got mine for just 3$ each from the awesome pawn shop where I live. To keep it simple I loop the charging wires over the bed rails and plug in and only use the web with one of my phones while lying down if needed to charge it. Since if I only use my LG while it's aleays charged this limits the random interruptions of running out of charge. This was an issue because interruptions by way of the randomness like gambling also will increase your overuse as the science shows. If you have 4 or 5 phones like me I recommend just using one of them and I mark mine by tying a colored shoe line around it and this also makes it easy to find so it also centralizes my bookmarks in just one phone and removes tbe randomness of more than a phone and what would otherwise be the annoying power outages. About the problem that cell phone use also reduces your sleep after use in the PM, this is only past two hours. If you use it a while for this studies show it’s good not bad. Did you know that you blink 1/6th as much when you are using the monitor or cellphone and this dries up your eyes.. They need to be milked or squeezed out of tears (so you don’t see typed stars like the cow that jumped over the moon with the asterisk!) HOW I Edit My BOOKMARKS Your short term memory is above your left eye. In depression this area lights up and is overactive on and off rapidly while the rest of the brain is slowed down. My belief is the reason the cellphone reduces grey matter as has been found is by overpowering the short term memory making the brain tired by overloading the short term memory with too many websites. You have to go through the short term memory to reach the rest of your brain. This is an explanation of conciousness by some neuroscientists called General Workspace Availability. Like a desktop and a workstation, not where work stops unlike a train or bus station where a bus or train stops they go also! With GWA the idea of conciousness awareness is only viable when you see it right away on the shelftop of the area named the DLPFC. This area is above the left eye and it "acts like depression" when overused. In evolution short term memory wasn't more than unlimited unlike long term memory because we always had to have fast reflexes to stay alive moment by moment for millions of yarens. The wolf isn't going to ask if you have a phd in engineering as he tries to bite you. ..remember you are not his electric lunch! And smarter memory will always win over the wolf, and the wolf and overuse are over, I see it ahead for us! It's best to have a field of large view like a paragraph per bookmark. At first I just read it word for word in the edit box better is to look at the small dots at the right of the right of the bookmark list click delete but don't instead. Rather you can read the book mark as unified raised movable type and then just click cancel instead not ok. This makes it readable while you can't edit even so you can edit with it, you can read and write kind of neat huh. The advantage of editing your bookmarks is you're getting more than your act together, your words are unified also! When you read several websites it burdens your short term memory, you might remember what's important to you or not. You might ask, why is this so, how does overburden of short term memory slow down the rest of the brain? In physiology like in ecology events are in action reaction pairs. When the heart is damaged, the kidneys have to work harder and vice versa. For each flexor, a muscle must counteract it, even one way voltage has two wires..So too cellphone use or depression itself would seem not to just involve the slowdown of the brain in general, it also multiplies the speedup of the short term memory, and the slowdown in general is much like this increase. Or it causes damage to one tissue by constant overuse of the other. But if you reduce your burden on short distance memory it leaves you with more net result, in your bookmarks you can write your RESULTS. This is sort of like where they say "what you have like wealth gives you what you have but what you do for celebration makes you who you are." So in your book marks you can write Results including things like cost for business yet also your own pithy conclusions. I also write comic celebration pr. (For how to do this more reliably seen the link at the end of the page if you like). This way you can read the news and add your own special edits in your conversations, not leftunders, liftovers! For anything important to memorize from my bookmarks (comedy to me is of real worth) I also recommend writing the first letter of each word upper case and going back and forth between these words and the "Acronyms" first read more the words after you say the letters a time or like three and then go to the letters and repeat the words for those letters in loops of four or five words for letters. And then speed it up to just the letters with time. If I make a mistake I make use of my Pig Latin doctorate just say the Pig Latin word and then the letter and the word to link it to the letter and "highlight memory" at that area of the word loop. Certainly this acronym method "automatically" improves the memory habit, and why lurn errors? To edit bookmarks is good by like if you want to more rapidly improve like say your phone crashes like mine did the other day. I look up on my other phone to find to my woe that malware attacks on phones are up by 57% over last year. But I probably wouldn't even be able to remember this to write here to you if I hadn't made just this note in my bookmarks, as well as that 20,000 cheap (like ZTE) phones have been shipped out with malware preinstalled at no cost to us, comics I rememember more often also. You have serious stuff and you get more of your conversations back too! And brain health, even better. After I looked up about the malware I found a lot of other stuff about my phone including that I didn' t even have to buy a new one and it's easy to save even from a complete stop, saving me 70$ perhaps. This was at the last of my research and if I hadn't written this in my bookmark I might well have overlooked this most important of the the edits I found at the end. You can pick up right where you left off like years later without having to repeat a lot of your R and D over again by the bookmark method. You want to always save your bookmarks, there are apps for this and save it to your TF card. I also found out for security "Vipre" is just 30$ a year. Vipre was installed by the computer repair when I used the shelftop and was secure for 5 years before my computer crashed and so I think of it as sounder than antimalware apps often are. I found from my bookmark research that these too are often with malware installed! l just found out my cellphones allow Vipre and no doubt I wouldn' t have even been aware without the bookmark method. The ancients thought of writing as an extension of your thought and here with the bookmarks it seems like what may reverse the tendency to reduce our grey matter. They originally believed most people would be a genius in the BC before cyber times but you look at your cellphone and get dumber. I had always hoped to use my machine to teach myself stuff. And this along with the padlock timers (see below for my review) and a high speed connection (remember low speed, no I remember with hi speed I hope) so it reduces randomness like gambling and thus overuse are all of value for your nervana relaxation. They used to have the "Frustration Key" on PCs because so many people were so dissatisfied with their machine the manufacturers sought a solution. All this is much ahead of what! Charles’ Vision of Health My eyes are more round and brown even so here I want to discuss dry eye and computer eye strain. Ginger around your eyes is a viable muscle relaxant.. this reduces blurriness..the problem with tense eye muscles is they shift your focus, tensing you more shifting your focus more and you are both uncomfortable and headed to myopia. Vitamin E in your eye is a soothing relaxing bath for your vision overnight. While it’s not for daytime use due to blurriness it seems to cause tears in the morning, great for dry eye. Especially good with eye drops, there's booze in my beer fizz. Actually I’ve learned more about this. To remember to blink you may like the blurriness vitamin E allows. I’ve combined this with flax oil (has ALA which is the master antioxidant that revives your eyes by both reducing cataracts and also reduces the inflammation. Flax boosts circulation to your eyes… which revives your nerves and muscles… which then reboosts your circulation more in loops..) When used to boost blurriness this slows you down and you blink more often but in a more relaxed eye event. Since flax is a bit sour I combine it with a bit of coconut oil which is basic for more blurriness and healing. Coconut oil is almost the same as natural tears and has powerful antinflammatory and healing powers for your eyes. Another good method I use on the outside of my eye so "no blurriness borin' us" is flax oil with msm , msm is a wonderous sulfur compoundith a long list of advantages and few known side effects that's been processed out of our food. Msm with flax if commonly used with eye drops and Vitamin e sometimes gives wonderous relief from dry eye that lasts for days. (Read on for how to resolve dry eye for MONTHS with chitin the common food additive). Msm and flax oil also remove cataracts. I use Rexall flax oil that isn't rancid by a special nitrogen bath method. You don’t want to drive or other risk events with this blur method. I find I can see the screen well enough because the optics are changed at close radius. Even so if you time it out to the afternoon as herein after you do the other life you’ve lived it up right! You can use the oils this way. I keep them all nearby for any web use and they are a real relief. This is a boost even the timers alone are without and healing and comfort is with a lake with a beveled angel so you can surf upward out W.. Problems With severe Dry Eye Experts say that if left untreated, severe dry eyes may lead to eye inflammation, abrasion of the corneal surface, corneal ulcers and vision loss. Decreased quality of life. Dry eyes can make it difficult to perform everyday activities, such as reading. Another good way I've seen to dramatically reduce dry eye while you type is to get an evaporative cooling towel that won't evaporate away. Soak it at the sink and wrap it around your head with a bit of it at eye level. This will trickle down around your eyes. I would think you could use the towel inside sunglasses like outside so no one may ask you why or what about why you're who you are and you see the deep cosmic solution Einstein hoped for, yet you have more than math! To multiply this you have to remember to move it around your eye like with 3 or 4 minutes so you squeeze out the water as it flows down and it won't trickle around your eyes yet stays wet and this is much easier than dry eye! You will laugh and cry than laugh some more..AHHH YOUR EYES CAN BREATHE NO BURP NEEDED! It's been found that taking a photo actually makes you forget the event. Some people say this is because you do the same if you write on a piece of paper and toss it in the trash, but I think this may be a real event which is testable. The reason might be because looking at the photo may cause people eye strain enough so they forget for the same reason that people are getting dumber in general about their cell phones. My Best Dry Eye Solution Ever Chitin the shellfish extract is found to be dramatically powerful for dry eye, with results up to 3 months! In nature chitin is the second most common polysaccharide after cellulose. Chitin is often used as a food additive. If like me you had both dry and conjunctivitis, I highly recommend for conjunctivitis, withiana also known as Indian ginseng. I use a small percentage of a cap dissolved in a jug (lifetime supply) and this combined with the chitin has given me wondrous relief. Eye exercises strengthen the eyes reducing strain and dry eye.. Look around up down left right, roll and blink your eyes. It’s easier to remember to do this with the slow loading clunker cellphone while I wait. One of my favorite invents is like the alarm on the holder that rolls away from you as you grab it in the morning to wake you up. So too I think a cool invent would be a monitor that moves to and away from you and around to exercise my eyes and yours if you like! Like blinking, moving your hand near and away strengthens your eyes so blinking is an eye exercise worth doing. Indeed instead of using the alarm type monitor you can do like me mines a windup! I move my machine around while I type or read. Even so a machine like this might save many eyes by moving the monitor by machine so it’s more reliable. Another good trick I use to exercise my eyes is to hold the screen at like a 30 degree angle. This might more constantly exercise your focus as above by reading both near and away. I alternate mine left and right up and down so I don’t have to keep moving the phone. You might like to hold your phone more sideways for larger type while you read. The angle of the screen reduces the glare. I believe though I don’t actually know that this might help vision by reducing the glare. At any rate if it makes the words look more what you see around the room this might be how it may be better for your eyes. Why go into “settings” again to hope to set it up for no glare another way that you have to go through more settings to achieve and then it often won’t remove the glare or make it too dark, then it stops without cause it seems. This was my experience. Here to solve it just tilt your tube. Are settings just more overuse? Not if you read with the relief I’ll lend with this, my anti overuse goat site. Never say bahh! Be sure to see your ophthalmologist before using any method like this to use your computer. And I hear my audiologist also if I like how her name sounds! HOW I USE MY TIME OFFLINE As I say above the Ushining phone turned out to have a hardware problem about being able to charge it with the plug and now I'm using the LG G5 a higher end medium range machine. This may be built more like a tank and you often get what you pay for. Even so here I include my events with the Ushining for more like general knowledge or archival value.. You can still use your time offline to compute, yet without damaging your eyes or your brain by the following method! I bought a Ushining phone on Amazon for just $20 you can get a used one for $12 and has the best FM recorder I've ever seen! I can pick up the station that I missed and get real good songs. But the coolest thing about this MP3 is that it actually has labels or bookmarks that you can edit. It has a generous 400 word field. The Ushining has about five more features old MP3 players wouldn't have not even eventually! You can write notes to yourself with the voice recorder and edit the words and as I say you can take the words to the letters make CAPS out of them and this is interactive so you can learn what you like for the most important things to learn. To exercise for memory go first to the words and say the first letter like three times then the word and repeat for say four or five words then go back to the acronyms (Letters for words) and repeat the letters then the words the same way. By using the words to shape and mold your memory and guide it you can do more definitely what you're getting. In German the word Is something like Besser ein sterling in der hand als eine taube auf den dache. Which translates better a Starling in the hand then a double in the thatch. And indeed research has found that these same starlings when given a higher payoff without knowing what it was compared to reduced payoff with knowledge of what they got choose knowing much more often even for a lower payoff. This is how and why using the letter method for memorizing in the Ushining is better for health than computing online. The Ushining is indeed offline, it's a 2G phone. And you have to enter the buttons in oldstyle by two or 3 clicks. Even so this is a major advantage to save your eyes because you aren't looking at a blinding screen. And you're still getting high quality data like from the radio including comedy if you like drama, music inspiration, news, weather and more with your own comments and I like to add in my own comedy as you can learn how from my Site How I Built My Own Comedy Machine, and Saved" Encyclopedia Computoria.. or see link at end of post.. This Ushining is like a dream. You listen to your favorite tunes between word documents. This way you get rest while you compute..These words remind my of the more advanced words to edit, just right. Then I go in and improve them and memorize them well with the acronyms. That reminds me of what and right! It's all wool, brass hat, five star! This is like a dream because to go to sleep, a stimulus calms you, then another stimulus calms you more, and so on in loops, and you fall asleep..So too you listen to sounds relaxing, the words you want arise. You go in and improve them in deeper and deeper ways then back to more music in loops...It's like others with their phones but because it's offline and not harmful you're getting smarter and smarter, not dumber with time. As I say on my Comedy Machine Page, use of the 400 word field makes it so that you can have a verbal problem like to find the good side of the word you're talking about is everything has a good and a bad side and then you find a joke and you memorize it with a letter method from there this can be great for your reflexes your verbal reflexes and your brain health. Even if this is not the best by the Ushining as I found out a bit woefully in a birthday's worth of use, I would think this trick might be really valuable for general brain health with another cell phone like it if I can find one with a good recorder like a radio recorder and a large enough field for the memo where I can put the jokes and the letter methods enough. Try to find a voice recorder on Google Play that like the Ushining has an index with search and a 400 word label field that you can search through and also load audio documents to it for higher speed, and also like the Ushining even better for adding new information is the ability to add radio recording to the documents list since this allows you to have new things to think about and improve.. Basically one would just take the ideas I promote in my Comedy Machine page and use the cell phone as a source of new information and new ways to solve the problems like by audio documents off the radio that pertain to whatever joke you want to say or the good side of whatever you want to promote. A sort of verbal problem solving strengthener and verbal reflex booster. After all comedy is just exercises with words... If this sounds good and you like the future it may help you find you have two options here either to look for an app online that does all this which hasn't found yet although haven't been searching much yet, and the other option for this fabulous plan might be to just buy a lot of Ushinings like a lifetime supply and when they crash in about a year just flip out the disc and resume your zoom up the information super highway! Best of all would be a way to even use text to speech for the app if I ever find it in the memo field so that then I just like add in the jokes or the letters or whatever I remember and then it reads it aloud back to me to exercise. This may be a celebration to read and a way to reverse the harm caused by other use of the machines because you're programming yourself verbally for good reflexes and audio strength, speed, and other health related events and common and uncommon scents and vents. Research shows you spend most of your time daydreaming and online is often edgy and they didn't know why all the time was just in dreaming. I believe the fine tuning and R and D by daydreaming by going between short and long term memory might be much the same as easy exercise like walking for the heart. And fine tuning is much about brain reflexes in general. The Ushining is a "feature phone" which means it's got features like for seniors and no internet. I find I feel like writing my relatives once more, it was so bad about the web that it even stopped me from writing before. Our family of writers teachers and lawyers revive! The cool way to write with the Ushining is by thinking of what I want to say to my mom over in E Europe and write it in words on the Ushining. Like mamma1, mamma2, 400 word memos. Then later I go online to convert it to the memo by speech recognition which has much improved to 95% accuracy, as good as recognition by us. Another valuable way to use the Ushining is to read from your online bookmarks while online into the Ushining and then edit them offline into the track names of the Ushining after you have quickly copied them in by voice record. Great for trivia, education, comedy and all the rest. And you can make any comment you like about the audios from talk show like college and news. I use it to get my weather for three days. All in reach by the bookmarks. The Ushining also has a radio time record method. You may wonder if the improved eye comfort of these methods would only increase overuse since they make it easier to surf. But some drugs defeat illness like inflammations by giving more energy, and this relaxes the flare up, and other immune boosters have the ability to reduce not boost allergys. This is by way of boosting the immune system so it “wins more battles” and this calms the immune system instead of making you say “goodbye math”! Hello yes or no! And as I say other evidence shows that what you do when you’re worried tends to make you repeat the same event the next time it happens. So it’s a paradox and reduced eye discomfort will often reduce the problem if also used with the Kitchen Safe and other methods you can use. Note that your eye gets blurry because you are holding you eye out against the gravity like your arm by your side for hours. All the systems in your body are in balance. Your kidneys balance your heart and as in evolution or economics the action reaction pairs are all around. About your muscles for each extensor there is a flexor. And if you hold your arm out without exercise of your flexor sooner or later your arm will hurt. When you only use the lifting muscles of your eye and without much downward flex of your flexors your eye will get blurry. Thus just as you do unto the left as you do to the right and flex what is loose and stretch what is tight in exercise just to clean out your eye you may want to exercise your downward flexing eye muscles so you have not neglected half of your vision. Actually not half because before this in usual life you would flex more with lift than down. Even so it needs balance more like in evolution for best results. And since your muscles work more by stretching this is why stretching my eyes upside down while I listen to T2S seems and feels so great! If you think about it this is the opposite of the way when you read so it gives real relief if you use it while you edit with STT.) A cellphone of today is as powerful as a mainframe of 10 years ago and way more powerful than a PC of a few years ago. So it seems viable that the cellphones have passed the PC’s at any rate for word processing. Cell phones aren't all bad they just need some sympathy and R and D. Since the main cause of overuse has been found to be social media, and this seems like Paris Hilton who wanted to go to college if it didn’t take a lot of speed reading her Monet money, she already knows how! -anyone who likes to write may have an advantage by using these methods to get more control. How The Web Became More Random The computer makers may have been where this started. Some are thinking of suing sites like Facebook for causing overuse and if you like you may get your prize by signing up for class action lawsuits of this type. I would think in addition to cash awards Facebook or other sites like them might also issue cellphones that have both a built in lensr to make your eyes stonger (these are being developed some say) and a built in more reliable slow loadup “buffer” like I speak of here and I think these easy to engineer phones would have an improved timer to countdown at the optimum rate or other built in overuse reduction methods. Ultimately in the history of computing I think the problem goes back even so not to the greed of Facebook but rather the computer makers who were given the option to choose health over greed for consumers. By this in the history of these machines the computer makers chose more features for the same money instead of fewer features that worked best for the consumers since truth is simple as in evolution or science and based on simple symmetries like energy conservation or supply and demand and there’s nothing new under the sun about this. The market essentially corrected itself with the advent of cellphones and the greed stage was passed. But not without lots of bad code that damaged lots of peoples lives and goes on with us today here in the 21st century. So Facebook isn’t the main cause of the randomness rather it goes farther and if you like more sympathy you might want to get involved with the lawsuits as more and more people die of problems like texting while driving and computer overuse continues to become more of a burden for society. Web md used to say there was no harm caused by computers and theyve added another page that says myopia is dramatically increased. A METHOD I USE, ALSO “REDUCING SEARCH ZONK”. As above I use an A-Z on real paper and list my search solutions in the book I made; this way you don’t have to rely so much on memory for complex searches that you may not be yet aware about. This use of a real notebook with the A-Z makes it so you don’t have to remember a large volume of what may be unfamiliar information if you want to compare complex web sites. You remember what’s most important. For example if you are comparing products or need to learn a complex skill fast and you want to compare a lot of products or sites so you find what’s of worth, you can no doubt use bookmarks on your computer (these crash relatively often on my phones so they aren’t so great and the A-Z is better overall) but if you use the A-Z this can be studied offline, good for reducing overuse. As I say a method I use for memorizing is by making simple easy exercises as I write the first letter of each word and going back and forth between letters and words till I can repeat without the words, until the letters remind me of the words alone. For more memory depth you can use blanks or slashes ersatz where some of the same letters for the same words are. For more depth yet if you know it’s worth memorizing and you have the time, you can use more right slashes as “fill in the blanks” with other changed letters for the same words. And of course as I say in my post trained memory methods are great for brain health. I think memorization of some important event each day may be good for brain health.
