Salt Substututes and A Cup o' Cash Without Fat

**
How to make cheap, safe, and simple salt, sugar, and fat substitutes.
..
Synopses

To make a good Salt substitute, better than honey or vinegar may be more vinegar and water with less mustard or ketchup or other condiment in a jug, this is low salt, low fat and low calorie, and has a good strong taste, unlike vinegar, it's not too acidic (unknown in effects or causing tooth enamel loss and tooth aches). Unlike honey this may be of worth to reduce blood sugar problems. (Moderate vinegar is good to reduce blood sugar.)

A Good Sugar Substitute is a small amount of sugar in a jug plus a flavor of the month like vanilla or cinnamon. It's cheap, safer, and easy to make. Cinnamon has many benefits, and a sweet sharp taste.

A Good Fat substitute is water sprayed on the food + flavorizer. Fat moistens for swallowing and adhesion of flavor; water has both of these advantages.

These substututes are of worth for health by reducing salt, sugar, and fat and are viable FOOD SUBSTITUTES of worth for dieting (Click Here on my Main Health Page for weight loss using Food Substitutes).

You may read all these sites that say if you want to reduce salt a good way is to flavor your food with spices. For example on some sites you'll see a list of perhaps 20 herbs and spices you would by their causeology go out and hope make your own salt substitute out of and thus keep the planets and stars in line. There are some problems (no not Mars and Venus, they'll be around and around). You often would have to search for the stars and beyond to find all the herbs used. And 20 herbs would cost perhaps $75 (not so cheap) and a lot of people wouldn't have any place to store them. Doctors say more herbs are not necessarily the spice of life, they can actually do harm if too many are used. Another problem is about taste itself. Even one herb by itself can be extremely bitter. Fresh herbs are much more expensive than just $75. Even if you buy fresh herbs, they're often of bad flavor in just a day or two. You may say all this is fine and good, we can only go uphill from here on up! I'm not at the top of your click for inconvenient purposes!

You might say what's my solution, a salt substitute of my sleeve? No, salt substitutes with potassium are a health risk. Two solutions have been proposed; small amounts of either honey or vinegar. The problem with honey is it causes blood sugar problems and tooth loss. So vinegar would seem to have the best worth as a salt substitute. It's cheap and easy to get, it has a strong good flavor, and it's known to do all sorts of good things for the body, like cleanse it and it has enzymes that help digestion. Even so I find that I get tired of the taste in just a week or so. And they don't know about the safety of vinegar for more than months of use. For this reason obviously vinegar is no doubt to be used in moderation. Another problem is, the flavor in the jug of 5% acidity is too strong. If when you sit on the sofa it burns through the cushions you're a stromg person! To improve on this, my solution is a hybrid of the herbs and the vinegar, e.g. mustard or ketchup. You buy these jugs of mustard and you can't get half of it out of the jug. If with just one fifth of the mustard in the jug you add in about half water and half vinegar, it's not too acerbic in flavor, it has no fat like salad dressing or huge price, and it has more flavor than just vinegar, much lower salt, perhaps just one calorie per serving but it makes a real jolt that is useful both for flavoring and even a good Food Substitute that replaces food cravings with something of higher worth when dieting or to not gain weight if in doubt about food. There are other low cost no fat condiments like ketchup you can use in low dose like this with vinegar with water right in the jug so it's much easier to make than buying all the herbs, I alternate jugs of perhaps ketchup and more vinegar with the mustard and vinegar jug, and other jugs of this type

Sugar Substitute

A similar strategy can be used to make a good sugar substitute. While sweeteners like Stevia and Xylitol are known to not raise blood sugar, the price they charge is higher than blood pressure at Pizza Shack! I just use conventional sugar in small amounts in a jug of water with lots of water with a flavoring. This is something like for example vanilla that has too strong a flavor to just add to food, but when you mix it with water and a bit of sugar, it much improves the flavor. So the same strategy as with the salt substitute is of worth; small amounts of something like salt or cinnamon easily blended in a jug with something else that has a strong flavor but is more healthy, with no fat, salt, or sugar in it ( this may generally be something like a culinary flavor.) The vinegar with other flavor for salt, and the small amount of sugar or stevia with such as vanilla are of worth for the reasons of good health low-cost, the ease of creation, and the cost is not too high. Aspertame, sucralose, and other flavors are slow poisions that do insidious harm over time. The power of yeast thrives with sugar, but these compounds are good to totally kill yeast, and if it harms what thrives so well, any one who uses real sweets like Stevia or other sweeteners may have the advantage in many realms if the advantage of comfort is of any worth as in evolution!

CINNAMON is a good sugar substitute, it has a sweet, sharp taste, and it lowers blood sugar and bad cholesterol while keeping good cholesterol the same, is a stimulant, and increases circulation for warm hands and feet. Be cautious; cinnamon is known to cause allergies. Be sure to consult a health care practictioner before you take any herb or make lifestyle changes.

FAT SUBSTITUTE

Fat seems to be of worth by moistening the food; this makes it easier to swallow and makes it so the flavoring like salt or sugar sticks well to the dish. "Good" fats are good for you but you may have to cut down your fat in general. These two advantages of fat are both in reach in a fat substitutes just spraying water on your food, and then adding the flavor, because water has lubrication for swallowing and attraction so your flavor situation is headed where you are zooming in your hot dish of wheels up the supperhighway! One disadvantage of low fat is it speeds up digestion so it increases your risk of blood sugar problems, but this is solvable by eating fiber and vinegar, like cinnamon, both lower blood sugar.

These are good for a Food Substitute when dieting, they add strong flavor that reedits the tendency to overeat, and they're of good worth for general health like reduction of salt and sugar. And you won't get tired of the taste because you have a flavor of the month by changing to other flavors for the jug.
