How to Use Hot and Cold Water to Lose Weight

Did you know research shows you can lose 50 % more weight with soup! This may be because like via drinking cold water, soup has hot water. Your body wants to maintain 98.6, so if it's too hot, your body burns off the heat, and if the water is too cool, your body heats up using power to achieve this burning off fat to achieve either. If you have the hot on one side of the pool and the cool on the other you'll have a pool that will always be continuous, you can swim around the world which has 4 sides! It may be the hot water and presumably the low calories of soup that aid this. The hot water fills you like fiber for a warm and cozy feeling (in evolution the warmth was more common because we were in the tropics for millions of years before the invention of fire.) And hot water is alkalizing, which boosts energy levels. An interesting way to improve weight loss may be to drink cozier water in summer (when your body hopes to cool down already) and cool water in winter. Another trick may be to first heat up a bit with hot water then cool down in a few minutes (alternation). Since soup has flavor, both may be used with food substitutes or make your own salt and sugar substitutes. (imbibed from another jug with the hot or cold water) to multiply up the power. If the boiling water is too hot, pour in a bit of cool water from the tap, this way you can sip the hot water over a few minutes at the right temp, even if the water from the source is too hot.
